Well organized and clean gym with plenty of high quality machines. Very good location. Great value for your money. One key benefit, if you travel, is being able to access other PF in the USA. Very good COVID-19 safety measures as well.

Been to hundreds of planets fitness gyms across the US and this one stands out. They do an awesome job at keeping it clean and the service seems to be good. They get really busy in the evenings so plan accordingly. Patience is a virtue!

Good but electronics need better sales people to let them try out their various brands of refurbished computers.

Guaynabo pr location lacks free weights. More than half like 60 percent of the space is wasted with bikes and elypticals no one uses. Only 4 free weight assisted racks always in use for squat or bench press. No rowing machines, 1 shoulder machine, no neck machine. No area for deadlift machine you would have to use one of the 4 racks. Very big lack of variety. Probably going to change gyms soon.

They are following the COVID-19 sanitary requirements...

I enrolled in Planet Fitness around May or June 2020. I used the gym until I left Puerto Rico and moved to the states. When I moved the place was closed until further notice because of Covid and lockdowns, so I couldn’t personally cancel my subscription. What a problem this has been!! I called them as soon as they opened and told them I wanted to cancel. They said I couldn’t do it via phone, they said I had to go personally to them or send them a letter via US Mail (so 19th century!). Anyways, that’s what I did. I sent them a letter in October and they still charged me for November. I called on November and they told me to send another letter, which I did.I was hoping this was finally resolved and completely forgot about it. Today I check my bank account and they have never stopped charging me!!! They charged for November, December, and now January. I even sent an email to Planet Fitness Headquarters and they brushed me off saying there’s nothing they could do as they’re all independently owned. Are they serious??? So today I called again and after keeping me on hold, getting my called dropped (or maybe they hung up on me, at this point I don’t even know), and leaving a voicemail- I was told I should send another letter via Certified Mail this time (acuse de recibo). At the end of the day, all they could do was transfer my account to a Planet Fitness in the state I’m living in now!So my issue was never resolved.Now if I have to cancel, I have to go out during a pandemic and try to cancel this. THIS METHOD IS ARCHAIC! It’s the 21st century Planet Fitness!I have decided to call my bank and report this place as a fraud. They have my bank info and keep debiting a monthly fee.Don’t waste your time speaking with management either. They’re there to look pretty and flirt with the customers. I’ll make sure none of my veteran friends from Ft. Buchanan waste their money in this place. They’ll rob you!

Been here for 3 years and have been to all the planet fitness on the Eastern part of the island,favorite being in Caguas, but today was the first time I visit this location and 3 minutes into my workout they give me the clunk alarm, only because it was almost empty and quiet without music playing, and because my guided drop of the Smith machine bar was not quiet enough,keep in mind 25lb plates on each side maybe hiring personnel that are used to libraries is not a good idea.😒

If you want to lose weight but not your budget, PF is definitely the place to visit. They have a good trainer who creates an excercise routine to target the areas that you want to workout. Their machines are basically new and they have a good amount of them so you dont waste time waiting for other people to finish their workouts when the gym is full. Highly recommend it!

A nice, new gym. My only pet peeve is that some users dont wipe down the equipment after theyve used the machines, or some use the own towels to wipe the machines, rather than the gym-supplied paper and cleaning solution.

Only one rear deltoid/pectoral fly machine. Very much a bummer due to the fact that this machine is supposed to work for TWO different exercises and there’s only ONE. Other than that, it’s pretty much like every other pf.

Went in with my boyfriend to get a membership the receptionist didnt look at me or answer my questions and instead only talked to my boyfriend when my boyfriend wasnt even talking. He went as far as bending over the counter to shake my bf hand when he was hiding behind me again completely ignoring me. Sexist af.

I have visited PF gyms in PR and the US. PF @ PBG, FL is 4 stars; @ Altoona , PA is 3 stars; and Guaynabo, PR is 1 star as I am unable to give it 0 stars. PBG has the best combination and availability of machines. Altoona has the best cleaning stations (see picture). Guaynabo is overcrowded, understaffed, has poor availability/variety of training equipment and is poorly supplied as cleaning supplies, soaps and sanitizers are frequently empty/missing. In addition, the trainer at Guaynabo loudly blares a boombox during his training sessions. Adequate supervision/oversight is non-existent at that facility. Overall, as a corporation, PF has inferior quality control of franchises as opposed to a McD, for example.

This place is packed. I was in Guyanabo for a day and wanted to work out. Its just like any other planet fitness but it was so crowded that I had so stand around and wait to do anything.

They have enough equipment to accommodate everybody.

I was doing the 30 minute workout when these 2 people decided to hog one of the machines and interfere with the routine. Multiple clients were complaining and when an employee was called to rectify the situation, he just made it worse by saying its ok to hog a machine in the 30-minute workout area. Was a black card member and decided to cancel my subscription, Im better off working out at home.

Good facility. Ive been a member of Ciudadela since 2015. The service in Guaynabo is the worst Ive experienced. I did a new subscription for my grandson and they said there was a special and it was the prorating they do, so they lied. Any way I did the membership and the employee damaged my last check. Weeks later I went to the haircut and the guy that cuts hair was nasty in service and did not followed my instruction. BAD HAIRCUT. I RECOMEND PLANET FITNESS OF CIUDADELA, NOT THE GUAYNABO ONE.

Tremendous gym. Very clean.

Bad communication, the trainer is a brat who cant stand pressure. She pulled me out of an area because she was offering a class. But when I enrolled in the gym, she told me that there was no class and now there is a trainer overnight, and that she paid the most expensive membership of that gym ... the manager told me that this was stipulated in the contract. As if there was time to sit down to read the contract, as people live these days. So, cancel the membership. And I go to another gym that has good communication from the beginning.

Here the individuals who come come to do everything but exercises. It looks more like a fellowship center than a gym. Everyone sitting on the machines waiting on the phone and not exercising. If you want to exercise, this is NOT a good gym.

It is not the best gym, I do not like their philosophy against personal training, the prices are the only good thing.

They are the worst of poer. I canceled my membership at the beginning of the pandemic. I have a receipt for the cancellation. But they have kept charging me and they dont answer their phones. The manager Mr. Millan has promised me a refund then they charged me again and they still havent returned my money. They are not honest. They are robberies.

Close to all in plaza guaynabo we have the newest gym open every day of the week. Large number of machinery, lots of energy, massage machines, everything I need. Clean and good service.

Ive never had the privilege, you know why ... I can not pay it. They do not think about the people that we have conditions that would be very suitable to go, but unfortunately for the economy we can not afford that luxury. If prices fall in favor of poor people, if because we are already a poor population ,. I leave you my feelings, forgive my sincerity. Good day
