For many reasons we have have been trying to get out of our contract and have been given the go-around! Our listing was not listed on the MLS as stated for almost 2 months!!!! No excuse!!! Our ‘flyer’ was low quality and stated we had a finished basement!!!! We live in California, we do not have a finished basement, must have been a template! Only response has been when when we contact Bob Hubbell but he does not care about customer service. Regardless, our contract ends at the end of the month and they obviously are holding us hostage until then, even then they are not holding their part of the contract. We just want our dad’s house sold! They don’t understand the damage they are doing!

Terrible service have not been able to reach one of there agents for a week. Supposed to have an open house this weekend and there is only one picture on all the websites said would add more pictures a week ago and there is nothing on websites stateing there will be an open house this weekend!! I tried calling office today to complain and no one answered! Very disappointment to say the least would not recommend
