Show up for life and be a REAL leader. This is exactly WHAT Master Mailman teaches. As a father, retired LEO and veteran, I support and defend the five rules instilled in his teachings. Life is hard, embrace the suck. WHAT kind of person do you want your child to be?

Grandmaster mailman is a amazing instructor with the kids and adults you could not go to a better school for martial arts. With his vast knowledge of techniques and understanding of the arts you could not go wrong. I know when my family and I train in this style of martial arts it makes you feel safe in the world we live in today.

Master Mailman is an instructor whose martial arts knowledge is incredible. He expects the best from his students and gives the same right back to them. Weve had our son enrolled since he was 5 years old and he is now 12! Our son has learned discipline, focus, and impressive martial art skills. Of course in that time, weve seen various students in class including those with ADHD. Its been my observation that Master Mailman treats those kids with kindness, patience and yet just as with any other student, firmness. Some parents seem to take that personally but for those willing to push past their comfort zone Ive seen even hyperactive kids grow, become more centered, and joyful when they master new skills. It isnt easy to watch your child occasionally disciplined by someone beside yourself but the results are worth it. We are grateful for Bill and his wife Elizabeth and are so glad they are a part of our community!

We are honored to be a part of this dojo! Grandmaster Mailman is such a positive influence on the children with his fun, yet stern teaching style. My son has shown excellent improvements academically and physically thanks to his class.

I would give zero stars if I could. My 5 yr old who has never done something like this was so excited to do this! Well she ended up leaving crying because he had no patience for her. She was trying but was also distracted. I let them know when I signed her up that she has ADHD. So being a bit distracted is normal, well he couldnt handle it and GAVE UP. My daughter was trying but it was her first time. He might work better with adult who can listen better and learn fast. But a child who needs repetition will be treated poorly and gave up on.
