Stanley Steamers just cleaned out neighbors carpets. My husband was so impressed by how they cleaned all there equipment before putting it back in the truck and asked our neighbor to look at the carpet and make sure it was to her satisfaction. He has always cleaned our carpets himself, but said today we should hire them. I’ll be setting up an appointment very soon

I could not be happier with Stanley steemer. I have dog and the foot traffic dirt was heavy so I was not expecting much. When I saw the final results I was amazed! Stains and dark/pet spots I never thought would come out were gone and so were any residual pet smells. The price was less than the competitors and they were able to schedule my cleaning within about 48 hours. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

This place is a scam!. I spent over $700.00 for three small rooms, a 7ft by 10ft rug, a chair cleaned, and a few throw carpets. Once here, they kept adding extras like deodorizer, and spot remover. They needed to come back to re-clean two of the bedrooms as the carpets were spotted and filthy after the first clean. The smaller carpets buckled, and they took them to re-do as well. I contacted the assistant manager, who came out and the owner. All they did to resolve the situation was who play good cop, bad cop. Had I not just gotten out of the hospital, I would have filed in small claims court — something I have only done once in an incredibly extreme situation as this was.

I have been using them for years and they do an amazing job and their prices are very reasonable. The crew is always very professional and never fail to amaze me with how good my carpets look when they finish! I will never use a different carpet cleaning company and I recommend them to everyone!

Imagine...deep red nail polish broken on porous basket weave white tile floor!😭 I cried all night, then remembered seeing that Stanley Steemer does tile as well, called them, they came out and said if they couldnt get it out, no charge. Not only did they get it ALL out, they cleaned the whole floor...its spotless! Im having them come clean my 2 tiled showers next! Dennis still uses bar soap and his is brown groved tile🤦🏼‍♀️ Theyve always done well on our college rental carpets, but this was ABOVE and BEYOND.Thank you, SLO Stanley Steemer!!👍👍👍👍👍

We had our travertine tile grout, that covers most of the flooring in our home, cleaned today. First of all the the actual bill was more than $100 more than we told when we were given an estimate.Secondly they didnt clean a bathroom that they were supposed to and wanted $50 to come back and do it.Then after Andres and Fernando left I noticed a pelican figurine was broken. It wasnt all that expensive $25 or $30 but they didnt even tell me about it.When I called to complain I thought perhaps they might offer to come back and do the bathroom that I felt I had already paid for. But that didnt happen.Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Im pretty certain their pay doesnt depend on their customer satisfaction.I am a dissatisfied customer in Morro Bay.

I have used them many times to clean my carpet and furniture with good results, UNTIL! Last month they left brown, rust streaks and blotches in my carpet. They came a second time to fix the problem but it did not help. I asked for my money back but they said they would come a third time and use a special cleaner to take out the brown. I asked why they did not do that the second time? And he really did not have an answer and refused my request for a refund. I will not do business with them again.

They give you a quote over the phone, and then send an email confirmation of that quote, without any mention of room size. Then when they show up, they hurriedly get all their equipment set up, while a guy measures the job and informs you that one or more of the rooms are larger than standard, and the price of the job goes up significantly. You can refuse to sign the agreement at that point, but its much harder to do when theyve got all their equipment set up and youve got dirty carpets you need cleaned. They never ask the size of the room(s) prior to showing up, either on the phone or by email, and their standard room is much smaller than most normal sized rooms, so in most cases the cost of the cleaning will be significantly higher than they quoted. Our living room is 13 x 20, and that was larger than standard! When I called to complain about their tactics, they said, Well, you signed the work order., with no apology. Well never use them again, and will tell everyone we know about their bait and switch tactics.
