I visited this store looking for a mens wedding band. I had a specific type of band in mind that wholesales in the region of $300. The clerk was busy and another person was working on something to the side nobody addressed us for a couple of minutes while we waited. When the clerk finally came to us, she did an excellent job of finding the ring that we had described to her that we had found we liked online. She did not show us similar rings and the selection at the store was at best average compared to the other stores we had looked at. She showed us the price marked up about 100% when I initiated a discussion on price, we were immediately shut down. While their markup is not as extreme as other stores, the service and selection were poor. Overall 3 stars but could easily drop to two. (I ultimately bought the ring online for $250 cheaper than they offered it to me for). While I desire to support brick and mortar a 100% markup and no wiggle room is a bit much. Great place to shop/look would not buy here!

This jewelry store has a beautiful selection of rings, necklaces, earrings,etc. Including unique estate jewelry (which they also buy). I was trying to get an idea of how much it would cost to build a custom family ring and the woman there went through and told me what each gem would cost and the cost of the setting. She spent a lot of time with me without making me feel pressured to buy something.

My experience was wonderful. I had my wedding band and engagment ring enlarged and what a terrific job. I cant even tell where they did the enlarging. My rings came back looking brand new, shiny, just stunning. They fit perfectly too. The service is exceptional. Sue was so personable and ensured me my rings would look fantastic when they were done, and she was right. I highly recommend Grader Jewelers.

Brought my ring here to be repaired- I needed a prong straightened out. They were very transparent and helpful. Let me know a price estimate. I liked that they don’t mail anything away for repairs. My ring came back faster than they anticipated and it looked brand new! So happy to have my ring back and glad I found a place I could trust- thank you!

Fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable. I bought our wedding & engagement rings here over 12 years ago and was more than pleased with the sales and service. Just returned last fall with a special order for a christmas present and had the privilege of working with Beth, who was super friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect.Even after giving this custom gift to my wife who asked for a couple minor changes, Beth was happy to make the changes at no additional cost.I dont wear or buy jewelry often, but I will be sure to stop in when such a need arises again. I recently had two rings sized and rehabilitated, the before and after are indescribable. This jeweler really did some fantastic work on them. This place is now on my short list for future needs.

You can trust the owners as well as the employees for their honesty and integrity as well as the quality of the store merchandise. Advice on purchases and on work/repairs is thorough and based on years of knowledge handed down over the generations. We could have let our sons-in-law get their engagement and wedding rings from any jeweler but when they asked our advice, we took them to Grader Jewelers. They guided each of our sons-in-law through the process who got each of our daughters the perfect ring selected with that personal touch.

I took my platinum wedding band to Graders to be resized. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable and I expected that my ring would be returned in great condition.Unfortunately, my ring was improperly resized, decreasing the thickness beyond its tolerance. Even more disconcerting, the matte finish was removed without my permission. They forgot to engrave the ring even though they suggested the engraving. None of these errors were noticed by the staff who called me to pick up the ring. Obviously, the ring was not inspected before I was notified. The staff was apologetic but also defensive.It should have been a painless process but the results were riddled with careless, thoughtless mistakes. I was very disappointed. I cannot trust them again for my jewelry needs.
