My experience was not good. I was referred to Chem-Dry by a flooring company. The guy who came to clean the carpets was so unprofessional. I had to keep telling him to pull up his mask over his nose. He used my bathroom without asking first (not that I would have refused), he didnt wash his hands and I had to tell him to. After cleaning my carpets he left the water stains in the picture below. My carpets were still wet after 6 hours. Im so disappointed and will have to use another carpet service cleaner because I dont believe that my carpet is thoroughly cleaned. Please use another company.

Although the two men who cleaned my couch were very nice and my couch was clean when they were done, it was WAY too expensive! When I called them to get a quote first, I was told it would be under $200. Fine. When they showed up, I was told it would be over $400! What?? Unfortunately I let them clean my couch and I regret it. It was not at all worth that much money.

5 stars for honesty and getting back to me when I left a message. They genuinely want to help. :) My cat was not so happy that we moved up here to CT and had been peeing along the walls in the spare room where the litter box was since we had moved (5 months) before I realized what was going on. And even then I though the damage was localized to a small area. I called these guys for a consult when I couldnt get it cleaned. The damage was way worse than I thought. Instead of saying, Sure well clean it, but its going to cost a lot, they told me it would be cheaper and more economical to rip up the carpet, bleach underneath, and then proceeded to tell me the best, and cheapest way to make the room presentable, giving all sorts of tips. A little sanding and finishing and $36 dollars later, I have a nice hardwood floor room thanks to their advice. And the cat uses the box now. I will use these people for all my carpet needs while Im out here. :)

There guys did a great job cleaning my carpets and were extremely professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone and will use their services again when needed.
