The Spicer / Mohegan OIl team is great. We are on a 24/7 support contract and the oil burner stopped working on a Friday night in a cold snap in January 2020. Technician came right out and got things running. Then came back promptly later that night when it turned off again. Got us back up and running with new parts to update our old burner.

I would not even rate this company . The worst customer service ! I moved in and found out the furnace unitWas on contract with this company for its regular maintenance — because I know something about this unitI noticed there was NO FILTER - someone from maintenance took out the filter and NEVER put it back!In fact this system has been running for sometime without a FILTER ,which was #370051 PERMANENTFILTER! I have called them and only been told LIES !! Their is an olderly gentleman that is obnoxiously rude every time he comes to the phone ! What they have done is put a cut out foam sheet and not cleaned their MESS ! Where is my permanent FILTER for my UNIT?!? Besides the missing screws that should have been put back on the unit!?!Their Oil prices are too high! They don’t honor what they do WRONG! BeWARE !!!

Dont monitor their clients well. We have run out of oil twice, and they do not come to fill up tank until we called several times.
