Loved it in here! Staff was super polite, everything was clean, and it was relaxing. They even fixed my toes when I screwed them up on accident! Definitely coming back.

I came here over two weeks ago to get SNS dip powder and tips with a fairly simple design, and my nails and still in pristine shape. Ive always felt reluctant to get tips after my one awful experience with acrylics, but they really know what theyre doing here. My technician spent two hours on my nails (yes, you read that right) making sure I was fully comfortable with the nail shape, length, and polish colors (and I asked her to change my nail length a couple times too...). They offer a quick complimentary shoulder massage with treatment too.Certainly looking forward to my next visit. : )

This place is awesome!!! They did a great job with my nails and they stayed on for a while. I got a colorful gel french mani and I absolutely loved it!!

I was looking for a good nail salon and after reading countless google reviews I found this gem. This place is awesome, hands down. Firstly, no gross chemical smell upon entering. The facility is clean and new, too. Second, every single employee is super attentive to the client. The guy I had was awesome. This is the best pedicure ever ! Parking can get tricky cause it is in GP but arrive a bit earlier and shouldn’t be a problem. Also would recommend / encouraging making an appointment instead of walking in. I don’t get my nails done on a regular basis but I will definitely be coming back ! Prices are also decent given the services/quality and location !

I LOVE Beauty nail spa. They have the friendliest, most accommodating staff, a lovely, clean environment, and truly provide the best manicures, pedicures, and facials Ive been able to find in the last five years!

Mindy is fantastic. I went to her two weeks ago and my natural nails still look fabulous. I know that the polish is not old because it stays on and looks good everyday. I also got my eyebrows arched by Mindy and she did a phenomenal job. The salon is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere.

When I get my nails done, I would come here. I only like the younger girls doing my nails because I find them to be more meticulous with my manis & pedis. Today I went in for a shellac mani and pedi and a younger girl did my pedi. As usual, I was extremely happy satisfied with her work. The guy who sits at the front desk and answers the phone did my mani. He soaked my hands in warm water for 5 mins then proceeded to polish my nails. I was furious. I asked him about it and he deflected the question. I was still charged 70$ and highly upset because he did not provide a mani. Instead he decides to tell me that he doesnt know what Im talking about and hes been doing nail for 14 years. I dont care if hes been doing them for 14 seconds, minutes, or days. I pay for quality not quantity of experience.

Owner was very rude in the manner in which he spoke to us. We were at the location for a birthday group pedicure and manicure. Few minutes late and a gentleman we believed to be the owner was very loud and rude with how he made that known. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and he was very unprofessional.

Visited for the first time for a pedicure. Prompt service and clean area and salon. Classic pedicure was well done and fast. Will be back in the future.

Day has done my nails for over a year and always does an amazing job! He takes his time and is a perfectionist which I appreciate. My dip always stays on at least three weeks. Love the whole staff at beauty nails! Definitely recommend coming here to get your nails done. :)

The girl that did my nails was sweet as pie! They are just WAY to overpriced!!! And extra $20 for gel polish on nails and an extra $20 for gel polish on toes!! I mean come on $40 more dollars for gel polish is a little steep!

If you are black and you try to go to the nail salon they will always tell you they Can’t do your nails because they’re too busy. It happened to us three times in a row.

My pedicure cost me entirely too much. A HUGE scratch on my new car came from a customer or employees leaving the parking lot. No note. Just a $300 refinish for no fault of mine but for my choice of salons. Someone was irresponsible, thinking I should pay for THEIR mistake.

Tim not only listened to exactly what I wanted but he was fast, friendly, and slayed the look! The salon is beautiful as well.

Been here twice both times my nails broke less than two weeks, overpriced and walked in to fix one nail and they denied me. Somebody who denies money to fix one nail never heard of before. Who’s got a better recommendation in this area?

They say that they’ll take walk in , but only when they want to be bothered, they have no problem sending you away rudely when you don’t have an appointment.

My daughters and I are in every few weeks for manicures and pedicures and are never disappointed. Wonderful customer service, easy to make an appointment.

Best Mani/Pedi in the area. The type of elite service that you see in other cities, but has been missing in Metro Detroit. Very clean, excellent new massaging chairs, great options, and fantastic massage. Highly recommended.

Ive been going to Beauty Nails Spa for years, and Ive never had anything but a great experience with them! Theyre always quick about getting you in, even when you dont have an appointment.A hot stone massage is included with every pedicure, something that you typically have to pay extra for elsewhere.They have a wide selection of shellac colors. The staff is extremely friendly, and the salon is well kept.

I have been to many nail salons in the Grosse Pointe area and by far Beauty Nails Spa is the best one. When getting the dip polish done at their nail spa, my nails last at least three weeks. The Facility is clean, and the nail technicians are professional! They do whatever they can to ensure that you leave not just satisfied with your nails but that you are impressed with them. On one occurrence one of my nails chipped earlier than expected, and they were eager to fix it free of charge. They are timely, are always able to fit you in and take pride in their work! Highly recommend this salon!

@@@ While visiting the I needed a gel manicure. I was immediately greeted and welcomed and seated. showed me a large selection of gel colors. I am very pleased with my manicure and found their price reasonable. I would return and recommend this salon. I noticed they have a large back area with comfortable looking pedicure chairs.

They have some of the best nail techs! Stephanie is my favorite. Jade does an excellent pedicure. Zoes facial is the best that I have ever had. My skin was soft and glowing. Zoe also does an AWESOME job on my Lash extensions! This is a one stop shop for all of your Beauty needs! I suggest that you make an appointment with Stephanie as she is always busy.

Definitely a five star experience. Pedicures are amazing and no upselling. The foot. Massages But the best part are the manicures.I like a natural nude nail so i am particular about my manicures. I asked for a thin layer of dip powder, and almond shape, and thats what i got. They got my nails where they need to be. The previous manicure listed well over a month, without any lifting.

Hi! They do a good job nail wise. The problem is the prices. I live just down the street and like having this business in my neighborhood but would like to offer a suggestion so that Beauty has staying power and is successful. I want them here! We dont want another empty storefront! Lower all of your prices so that you come in under the competition. For example, I go to Mi Nails in GPW where a manicure is 15.00 + tip. I drive right past Beauty to go to Mi Nails. Imagine how busy Beauty would be if you advertised on your outside window that manicures are 13.99 (1 $ less) and you did that with all of your services in order to come in under the competition. I think that many people would switch nail salons instantly including myself. Remember mothers with daughters like to get their nails done in groups so the person paying for everyone will indeed choose the best deal.

Best Beauty Nails Spa in the whole valley, a hidden gem! Very clean, and had lots of employees there so we didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes! Friendly, good customer service. They wear gloves and sanitize the pedicure bowls the massage chairs. My new go to! ***

Jade is so sweet! My powder dip nails have lasted 3 weeks!! I would make an appointment because they are pretty busy especially on the weekends! Which is a goon sign ;)

They did a good job on my nails, but they overcharged me and tried to back pedal and say I was charged correctly. I got a full gel set with Shellac. On their price menu, it states the price of $38 for a full gel set with Shellac. I was charged $58. They said the polish is $20 more. So what does with shellac mean if it doesnt include the polish? Every nail salon in the area charges $45-50 total for a full set with Shellac polish. Yet another nail salon trying to scam you out of a few extra dollars. They wont see another penny from me.

I went there to have my nails done. Zoe did it for me. She did a wonderful job and it was an enjoyable experience. Also, Stephanie has done my nails before, she was wonderful too. I like this place.

Friendly service and so detailed! They offered to being me coffee or water while I was having my pedicure which I thought was such a nice touch. Reasonably priced for the area, but definitely worth every penny and definitely recommend!

One of the nice things is because this salon does not do acrylics it does not have that awful chemical smell so many salons do. Im pregnant and really sensitive to that stuff so it was a great surprise. Clean, friendly and I was happy with my service.

They say walk-ins are welcome but I didnt receive a warm welcome on my first arrival. They told me Id have to wait 30 minutes-okay, no problem. After waiting 30 minutes they asked if I could come back in 30. NOPE.

Rude staff. Didn’t understand what I wanted at all. They do whatever they want here. Don’t wast your money!!
