Came out right away to spray my porch soffits for a swarm of wasps. They guaranteed riddance of wasps for 10 days. I have seen wasps coming around but leaving immediately. I believe it worked and treatment was effective. It was approximately $165 + tax.

They came out quickly. The gentleman explained what was going on and said that he would treat the problem in an efficient way that would be safe for my kid. He was friendly, understood my concern and was reassuring. When he was done, he gave me suggestions to help prevent the mice from coming back and also stated that there was a discount if I chose to have them come out again in a few months for maintenance. They didnt make me sign an agreement or contract. Just offered a discount in a respectful way. Its been a couple of weeks and the mice are gone!I thank them very much for taking care of this problem for me!

I was told someone would be available between 10-12 and sure as the sun shines, Danny came over right at 10am! He was super friendly and beyond helpful! He got along with my cats and my silly banter. He identified my moths, ants and beetles in the house and how to take care of them and made sure everything was pet safe for my babies! He made me feel reassured and safe and was very friendly! Guardian is a small business who takes very good care of you and your home. We’ve had them come for years.. ants rodents bugs! They worked with us trying to trap Ms Maisel, our opossum who had gotten sick and we needed to trap her so she wouldn’t suffer.. and the ants! Year after year they find their way in until Guardian comes! Danny was awesome this time but we have had lots of good technicians come.

Cant understand why the second time they came out (at my request), he said it should take no longer than 15 minutes. He was there literally 5 minutes!.. For my entire house?!!So, Im paying $69 for 5 minutes of spraying?!!! Thats not what I would call thorough.You say he was here 20 minutes, yes,in his truck in my driveway while I watched him doing paperwork. So thats how the workers bullseye the patrons! Nice gimmick!

I contacted Guardianfor squirrel removal. They came out to assess and give ma an estimate. We set a date for them to return. Michael Taylor was punctual explained the process. Since the traps have been set they come by everyday to check and remove the squirrels. I would highly recommend their service!!

I called Guardian out to remove birds next from my warped soffit. While they were there they noticed that I had some damaged fascia that needed to be replaced. The estimate for fixing my fascia, soffit and removing the birds nest was reasonable and their response time was great also.

I was mortified when I found out a bedbug problem was stemming from my bedroom. I am a boarder, and not untidy. I have anxiety and was afraid the homeowner would hold me responsible. The technician explained that anyone could have unknowingly brought in the source, and the bugs just decided to take up residence primarily in my room. He was very professional and took great care to treat perimeter as well as surfaces, and worked very hard to remove mattress and box spring from the frame, even treating support slats. Weve been using Guardian for my moms home for the past year. Their service has always been great! Everyone is always professional, friendly, and on time. The past few months have been especially stressful as my mom is elderly and unable to leave her home or have visitors. Brad has been the technician who has been treating her home and he is always kind and compassionate to the point that my mom requests only him. This past month when Brad arrived my mom was having a bad day. Her cable TV had been out and the company was unable to come to her home for 2 weeks. I was referred to Guardian Pest Control Services by the subdivision I live in. Once I called, the receptionist was super friendly, helpful and professional. She was able to send someone out the same day because I said it was urgent (other places Ive called were going to make me wait a day or two). I ended up having a squirrel in my attic and Jerry S. came daily to check the traps and always updated me on what he found/didnt find. Mike came to the townhome and I explained to him something had entered the fresh air intake vent for the HVAC unit and made its way into the return air venting system. A employee of Guardian Pest Control hit my car while driving. Their insurance company is refusing to pay the claim out, even though their employee admitted he hit me and the police report states Im not at fault. If you decide to use Guardian Pest Control be aware that their insurance company doesnt take responsibility for what their employees do. So, if they crash into your car while visiting your house or business they will try to blame it on you. I now have to go to arbitration and fight them in order to eventfully force them to pay. Dont allow this company near your home/business.

Had a pest problem and called Guardian, Mike came out and was informative and done in less than 30 mins.

During this time of sheltering at home due to covid-19, knowing an animal is in your attic is very distressful. I called Guardian and Dan came out as scheduled. He verified that the noises were from a raccoon and told us how it was getting into the attic. Dan did a great job answering all of my questions so I was comfortable contracting Guardian to do the work.It took a few days for the raccoon to be caught. The traps were monitored by Mike who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Mike provided information daily and his calm nature helped us not to freak out.Removing the raccoon and making a repair to the attic hole has been a great relief. While I wish I could have avoided this experience, I am appreciative that Guardian and its fantastic crew exist.

I came home on Saturday afternoon to hear something scratching in my chimney. I called multiple companies, many of which would not even answer, and was unable to find anyone to help me. This morning, I called Guardian around 8:30 a.m. They said they were booked up, but would try to help me since I had taken the day off of work to rectify the problem. They were able to get a technician to me by 1 p.m. he was very professional and worked quickly. He removed the bird from the chimney and proceeded to the roof where he found the hole and sealed it with new wiring. If you need any help with Pest Control call Guardian!

Carl is THE best. When nobody else could pinpoint and fix the problem, he was the one that did. I always request him and he ALWAYS does a fantastic job. Bug bomb your crawl space if the problem persists. Carl’s suggestion and action is what sealed the deal in getting rid of my bugs. I wish they would have gotten rid of my problem. They let me know that the poison they were spraying was safe but it harmed my dogs and also didnt work that well. I was forced to use Command and call KIA Pest Control.

When we moved into our new home we discovered we had many little sugar ants. Guardian came out to spray and bait for a one time fee of 200.00, to be followed by 60.00 a month. I was told the service was guaranteed and my ants would be gone. After the first 10 days I had more ants than before. They came out to re-spray 15 days after the initial spray. Again I waited the 10 days they require and yes I still had ants. (and lots of them) Guardian agreed to come out and spray again. By this time is was day 31. The tech said I needed to pay 60 more dollars because it was past the 30 day mark. What??? The ants were never taken care of in the first place. I canceled the service and then started getting phone calls that I owed the 60.00. I refused. They then charged my credit card the 60.00 without my authorization. (I had used my credit card to pay the initial 200.00). Be careful everyone. Their guarantee is not upheld. Very poor run company.

I was greeted over the phone by Christine, she was very polite and although she couldnt give me any real pertinent information and referred me to a tech for all of that - she did set me an appointment. My appointment was with Mike, who was an awesome guy, friendly, honest, and cordial. He did the inside of the house and due to forecasted rain he offered to come back in a day or two to do the outside because I wanted it to be effective (for $200.00 on ant spray - they better not have to come back to re-treat lol!) Hoping it was a thorough job as he came when we were all asleep to do the perimeter. All in all - I am pleased with Guardian thus far and reccomend them.

Technician was prompt and courteous. Explained what he was doing and reason. Only drawback was that they are very expensive and they only guarantee for 30 days.

We had yellow jackets entering a crack in the brick above our front door. We needed to get this taken care of as soon as possible so the tuckpointers could start work on our home. We called on Saturday and Mike was at our home on Monday morning at 9 am to give us an estimate. He quoted us a price of $150, which appeared to be well within range of what other companies were charging, and said he could do the job right then as it would only take a few minutes. He dusted the entire crack, not just where the wasps were entering. As of the following day, we have not yet seen any wasps entering or exiting the nest even though he said it might take ten to eleven days for them to be completely killed off because of hatching larva still inside the nest. Well worth the money and came with a 30 day guarantee. Other big pest control companies wanted a one year contract!

Ive been in real estate for 13 years working for a property management company. Any time we need pest control, Nathan at Guardian Pest Control is the only one we call.
