Called for an estimate, a guy came out stated hed get it done and someone would call back. About 8 months later I got a call asking if I was still interested, I stated I was, but was informed that the estimate had not been calculated and Id get a callback. Its been over a year and still nothing. Needless to say, Im still looking for someone to do the job...

BE CAREFUL!!! Make sure you take the estimate before hiring them. I have used this company twice for basement flood removal. First time they charged reasonable. Second time they jacked up the price THREE times for the same area. They left several fans and dehumidifiers for days. They would come for about 10 minutes every day and say its still wet so they could add to their bill. They will charge you extra if you ask them to discard any damaged items. I thought it was part of clean up. The franchise owner/manager wouldnt even come on the phone to listen to your concerns. Also, each local servpro is independently owned so you cannot complain to the main office. I feel like I got scammed 🙄. Since, I had deductible I ended up paying a lot of money out of my pocket.

Jim and Nancy are down to earth people with all the resources of Servpro at their disposal to handle fire and flood restoration projects that others are simply not equipped for. For residential or commercial disaster restoration theres nobody else we will trust to mobilize the clean up. They are happy to work with clients insurance companies and truly have integrity.

Called for a 9am appointment. On the day I was supposed to be seen (just for a simple inspection, just before 9, I was told they would be late. I waited for another call all the way until 1:50pm. Called back to reschedule, and they barely tried to accommodate me by giving me a time asap. I just told them forget it and hung up.

Very pleased with the service overall. Staff was professional and efficient. Jeremy Ogden took the time to assess what the problem was and went out of his way not to over charge. He cares about his business and the customers he serves. Thank you.

Nancy is always willing to help. These guys were like a Swiss army knife. Water damage, fire damage, ruined prescious documents, cleaning things like dryer shoots etc. Great business.

These people come when they want to no call back leave the Dumpster in your driveway empty for weeks. No crew but to guy only did 2 hours of work. Then dont want to do the job as far as taking because they feel like it to much stuff. Will not recommend they to anyone.
