SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!DO NOT CALL! WASTE OF TIME!! VERY UNPROFESSIONALI called for service for my snow blower. Waited for 2+ weeks because thats the only time available. The night before, they sent me an email to confirming my appointment on 2/16/2021. Waited the half a day and no call. Called them only to find out they rescheduled my appointment to a different day WITHOUT INFORMING ME! I took a day off of work because there window is 8a-5pm, and did not have the courtesy to inform me that they rescheduled me. I might as well sue sears for lost wages!
Called to get lawnmower fixed, customer service $160 just to come out. i said no thank you..
It was the worst experience ever. Please do not waste your time or money. Call someone else. The tech was there for 5 mins and suggested the repairs would cost $1,400 for a 3 yr old fridge that I can buy new for half of that amount. $99 down the drain. I really wish I could get my money back.

Did not repair a new fridge then they sent me to collection for non pmt even though I pd with my credit card. When I called them I was transferred 5 times to foreigners and still got no results.
