Best car wash on the Southside of Atlanta, Cameron was very nice and helpful. My car is so much cleaner after the wash, definitely much better than any other car wash I’ve been to. I’d strongly recommend this place great value, efficient, and great workers.

An awesome place with good staff and a good clean for the price. I personally have the monthly package, and its great. Always a clean place, and the wash itself is about 3 minutes or so. Well worth it.

Ive used this car wash a few times, but I can say that they are inconsistent. The prices are good, but there are times when the customer service isnt. Sometimes they are rude, sometimes they prescrub, other times they dont. I do love their vacuums though.

Went through once and had some dirt still on the car, the manager not only gave me a second wash but hand washed the areas I had concerns about personally! Amazing service and quality!! Absolutely recommend and will be coming back!

They are so unprofessional. I tried 3 times to cancel my membership. When I called it would go to a voicemail message that said the voicemail box is full. When the charge came out again I called over and over until someone picked up. He canceled my membership and i asked for a refund for the charges that were still pending on my card. He declined to give me a refund. I had to really push the issue reminding him that this was my third attempt. He finally said i will issue a refund and just hung up ...

The price I paid for them to detail my car was pricey. They didnt even vacuum out the back of my car and I had to ask for them to clean a few things after they were done. The employees were very pleasant though.

I went for a car wash after the neighbors cat left a present on the roof of my Jeep. The Jeep came out almost as dirty as it went in. The roof was not clean, including the cats vomit still being there. The dirt on the back window is still there minus a few stripes of clean. I would not recommend and will not return.

Fast and I got the job done , I needed air in my tires and they had an air pump and a nifty high pressure water hose to help get all the gunk out of my tires and to wash my mats ! (Rubber mats ) very convenient!

The car wash did a really good. We did have to run it through twice. But it was really dirty. The attendant let us run it through again without an argument. Great customer service in my opinion.

Great car wash, love the ceramic wax. If you go several times ina week the ceramic builds up to a nice shine.

I have a membership. The price is fair. The only problem is i usually have to go through the car wash twice because the attendants wont actually get the back door and windshield clean on my Yukon. I have to drive around for a 2nd time and ask them to wash it with the scrub brush rather than just spray it with the pressure washer. Some of the attendants are cool and oblige. Others role their eyes and act burdened by their job.

Every customer leaves with a clean car no matter what they spend. Spending more gives your vehicle products that will protect the paint, help you drive in the rain, and also make it shine longer. Go try dirtydogs!!

If you use the wash more than once a month, get a membership. Unlimited washes that are about 10 dollars more for the membership than the price of the same wash for one go. Super fast and easy!

This place is cool! Car wash is automated and has multicolored lighting inside as you pass thru. Vacuums work really good. Highly recommend.

Im blown away by the service and amenities. I have a young family 11months,2years,5years and ten year olds and theres always a need to clean the vehicle out ALWAYS.I signed up for a premium package and it paid for itself. Ive never had to wait in line for the wash or vacuums. There are cleaning rags , window cleaner spray nozzles, air hoses and the vacuums are strong!

I drive my honda threw tow my whole from grill and bumper off.

Not that great of an experience. This car wash seems to always leave stuff on your car and doesnt clean it well. You have to pay extra to have your car pre-scrubbed which leads me to believe that this car wash will damage the finish on your car. The vacuums however work phenomenally very powerful. However I do not care for the fact that they have one back fitting option. So it does make a little harder to clean your floor mat.

Some brushes dont work,and it beats the car like a rented mule.

I will never use this place again. They were running two many cars at one. About five of us got stuck in the machine and big problems. I had to get out of my car in the machine. Did not have Manager on the location. No one knew what to do!!Never again!! Do not use this place!!

Absolutely loved coming here. For the price you pay it is absolutely worth the wash. Do not listen to the negative reviews given, I have met the friendliest people here! They came out to my car and personally helped when I was having trouble with something getting stuck in the vacuum and were incredibly kind. This place is awesome!!!

Im not happy at all. I have a membership and noticed alot of scratches on my front bumper today. I dont know if it the bushes the guys use before I getit washed or its the machine brushes.

Sad to see such a decline on a fairly new business. Vacuum stations are horrible, the glass cleaning/air stations are broken and do not work. Will not return.

My fiancé and I took my car for the Rookie wash which is the cheapest at $6 so I didn’t expect anything spectacular. As we were vacuuming I noticed a black residue on my driver door that hadn’t been there before so I went around for another wash. Darius provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond by scrubbing excess dirt and grime on my vehicle. AWESOME employee you guys have here. The man deserves a raise for sure! 5 stars!!!! ⭐️

C- for a $15 car wash. SUV came out with soap still on the right side front, car wash missed the lower portion of the left side AND employee only used brush on left 2/3 of the drivers windsheild.

I chose the detail option, these two young adults did more than 15 dollars worth. They should be paid more.

Very efficient operation, attendants were helpful, prices are reasonable, and the car is clean. Plenty of vacuums available and they are powerful. Still needed to wipe down water droplets and windows afterwards.

We wash our cars a lot. I love the fact they support local fire fighters. They do a good job plus you get free vacuum, glass cleaner and rags to use.

They have the pressure way to high and damaged my car ripped the antenna off and the roof molding. And the kicker is the sides of my car was still dirty!!! Dont recommend this place!! Told the attendant he said we are not responsible.

We drove an hour and change to have the Holloween experience just to wait in line 2 hours and get to the wash and have no scare! I understand the workers were tired but dont offer an experience and not have enough staff to cover the overload of patrons you should of known would show up.Wasted time and money😔

I have been through dozens of car washes with this being the worst so far. Machine hasn’t been calibrated properly or something. I’ve heard of multiple issues from this location and now my new truck has deep scratches. Beware as I am one of many with issues here. Never had any issues with tidal wave or other car washes.

This is the best carwash Ive ever been to!

I spent over $40.00 to have my truck detailed and it was terrible. Cup holders still have trash inside them. Seats not fully vacuumed out. Windshield still dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Please be careful with your vehicle at this car wash. Whatever mechanism they’re using to wash car is very damaging to your vehicle. My second time using this wash and when I came out, the back panel lid that was secured with fasteners and clip were completely ripped and broken off. A $400 part they refused to pay for claiming that the part is aftermarket, I do not have any aftermarket parts on my vehicle besides my wheels. I will be taking them to court, looking at the comments they obviously don’t care about their wash damaging people’s vehicles and finds ways to not take responsibility for the damages. No wonder you can’t find any owner information nowhere online about this company. I will absolutely NEVER use or recommend this car wash!

Costly damages to our car!Be careful going to a car wash! I understand the convenience of an automated process for cheap, but that’s exactly what you can expect. Cheap. This was about our 4th time going through the car wash and we suffered deep scratches all throughout our car. Paying hundreds of dollars for repairs to our brand new car isn’t worth the convenience of a drive thru wash.We will not be returning.

There were three guys that were working early in the morning. Im sorry i cant remember their names but i had locked my keys in my car and couldnt get them out. The three gentleman worked together kept me calm. I have never expeirenced such kindness. I didnt even ask them to try and open the door they took on the responsibility and mananaged to unlock my door and i can only say they were not looking for me to ask they performed the task without getting me involved. I hold them in high reguards because of their initial thoughts of me being so uncomfortable about having locked my keys in the car they just were concerned about my well being. Thank you the kind gentleman that took the initiative and saw how i felt vunerable. Thank you guys for taking time out for me and my issue. You are true gentlemenDebora Prosser

The manager is the most unprofessional and rude individual I have had the displeasure to encounter. There was a large stock pot inside of the car wash structure that became lodged under my car. Attempted to ask for his assistance without further damaging my vehicle he refused and called the police on me and my son. Only to find out he had a jack the entire time. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again and caution anyone else clearly they didnt clear the wash from the last person and then to not only refuse to accept responsibility but to call the police, UNACCEPTABLE!

Great for the money

Signed up for 19.95 monthly deal and was just charged 29.95. When I chose the 19.95 they gave me the opening special but said it would go back to the 19.95 that I chose. I will cancel as trust is the most important part of a business and I am not sure if I trust them. They should have had their business plan in place instead of customers having to ask for refunds.

If you value your vehicle, don’t take it here. I got out and noticed a lot SCRATCHES on my vehicle. The wash isn’t very good either and I bought the $25 wash.

The car wash broke a piece of plastic off my car (a $200 part) and they said the plastic was old which is why it broke. And they refused to replace it. Will never use this place again! Also Disrespectful and rude!

The car was was excellent. Having air and glass cleaner at each vacuum station is a plus.

Good price, and my vehicle was clean. I did not noticed any new scratches.

I paid $34.00 which is not bad 19 for the was with the undercarriage, but the car was still dirty. 15 for the inside detail and they did not do the dash or the doors, I had to wipe the dust off the dash when I got home. $34 is not good with that service.

We have a muddy big truck.. went through the wash came out still muddy in finder wells and step bars and on windows .. staff halfway pre washed areas that should have been paid attention to

The manager is very unprofessional! The carwash left scratches across the entire front of my hood. The employees were very considerate; however, the manager was not at all concerned and stated that they would do nothing to correct the incident. Stay AWAY!!!

Took my suv through and got the rookie wash. Part of the machine was not working and when I brought it up that the right side of my truck was not touched I was told that since I got the rookie that there was nothing that they would do to get it clean

Went through dirty dogs at about 10:35am 4/30/20. I have a 2014 verano that ive has since 2014. Been through multiple carwashes never had an issuse. This time the dryers lifted my sunroof letting in water and causing water on ceiling of car. Spoke with managers who said they have never had issues with their fans but then turned around and said they turned the pressure off the fans down because customers were complaining about the pressure of the fans and there was nothing they could do about my car anyway. I started they could at least put a sign out that they are having this issue. I would not have used their services. Never the less I’ll probably be having to replace the ceiling portion of mysunroof due to water damage. I will not be back to dirty dogs. Not worth the cost I will incur replacing my ceiling.

Went through car wash and when we got over to the vacuum area we noticed soap all over our car. Had to come home and rinse it off. Also, the vacuum wasnt working so we had to pull one from across the bay next to us.
