I have been a cable customer long before Comcast came to town. Just like any large company, if you pay your bill on-time and dont expect miracles things work well.Two of the most disliked companies are ones I do business with and have for years.The reason I gave 4 stars is because, I feel, the automated phone needs a lot of improvement. Its quite a challenge to get through to an agent.

YOU SIGN UP FOR PACKAGES YOU BILL CHANGES EVERY MONTH AND DONT LET YOU KNOW.Then to set me off the edge my Father passed away on the 2 ND. I am sick and tired of Managers B/S CUSTOMERS TO GET WHAT THEY WANT THERE IS A PANDEMIC YOU INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE.I could name everyone that had lied to me.Dates times.
