The driver was timely -- even early although that was okay with me -- and met me at the storage facility. Although I had to remove the boxes from the storage unit (I had to check to make sure what was in them) he did the heavy lifting from that point on. He showed me how the shredding process worked. When I looked a little haggard from the lifting, HE gave me HIS extra water bottle!! He stayed around long enough to help me clear the area so I could drive him out of the facility. Overall: Highly recommended!
