My personal experience when using this laundromat is that it has been clean and occasionally there is a machine that may be out of order but that is no different from other laundromats anywhere. Ive talked with the owner and he cares about his laundromat. So far Ive not lost money in the machines and they work well. Also have had good experience with the dryers. Sometimes there are people who dont care and abuse the use of others equipment no matter where you go.

This place is flithy, washing machines and dryers are out of order, a 30 min wash took an hour!!! These machines do not work! First and last time I am coming here.Who takes care of this place? Its garage!

Not the best Ive been, but definitely not the worst. Very clean machines; lots of clean floor space, surprisingly fewer machines than space allows, only 2 larger and 2 med, zero (0) extra large so cant wash my big comforter here, and even fewer dryers; all only accept quarters for payment, not unusual, but only 1 change machine, which thankfully did give quarters, but will only accept bills in $1, $5, and $10; in normal times, this would only be a minor inconvenience, but in a covid-19 coin shortage and most places only accepting card or exact change, it makes it impossible. Inconvenience of my needing to go to another place to wash my blanket not intentional, and change shortage not their fault at all so only -1 star for the limited payment options available +1/2 stars for the air conditioning

Machines not working takes ur money and durty water comes out. No number to call for attendance or owner. I came here all the time but pass 2 months is been horrible. So sad.

Always clean. Owner is nice guy who cares about his place.Sorry I have to update. Place has been dirty lately. Sticky counters. Machines caked with old soap. Still a good value.

The place isnt open Hasnt been for the past two days/ They say open 365 days a year... but who knows how long they havent been open before I tried to go there. Must not be making any money. Maybe just a tax right off. A couple of machines have been busted for months maybe even a year. If they arent there to clean the place at night then they sure as hell dont know what is going on. You can see a wire is broken on the door that may activate the door. Dont try to call them... the mail box is full and has been so for months also. These people shouldnt be allowed to own a business in town... let alone any place else. Maybe if the business was run by Mexicans or Muslims it would be open today. Doesnt seem Americans give a crap about giving good service anymore.

Came in July 7th 2019, wont be back!! One washer didnt start, and some customer got it going, we didnt see soap, which means clothes dont get clean!! Will go back to North Portland and lombard where theres staff 24/7 because its a 24 hour laundry mat and theyll give you money if its a problem!! I dont have Extra money and it was a Huge mistake coming here!! Peoples clothes can NOT be getting clean if the washers dont work, will be reporting to the business bureau tomorrow!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Very dirty and 3 of the machines didnt work and ate $6 in quarters. Dryers were not hot and took forever to dry 3 tee shirts. Will never go back. No number posted to call and get a refund.

Cleaner and cheaper than others around, lots of folding area for large blankets.

Unfortunately the owners have set the water levels in the large load machines to a very low setting, so they dont get clothes very clear. It is frustrating when cleaning something like a large sleeping bag. The bag will absorb all the water, leaving no water for cleaning! I wont use them again.
