Compassionate, kind and patient. Its never easy losing a loved one. They helped us through each and every step with patience and grace. Promptly returned phone calls and quickly responded to requests.

Losing a love one is never easy.When we lost our grandfather we didn’t know what to do. This place made everything easy for us. They explained everything, step by step. Thank you guys for helping families when they’re grieving.

I think saying Loved it on a Google review for a funeral home is kinda off... I can say all the staff we had contact with was professional. They were not all smiles and bobbles, it was for a funeral. I think demeanor of the staff was appropriate. The price for the services offered was second to none. They really can do as much or as little as asked. I would say the only negative is the out dated decor of the facilities. But on the other hand it was fine for the price we paid. Andrea was really helpful and she did on more then one occasion offer condolences, as well as she was really great about giving us the time we needed for our questions. She never pushed us to do or buy more. Honesty Andrea was great at her job and as much as I hope I never need her services I would not hesitate to use them again. I have the utmost respect for what she and her staff do and they do it well..

We are so pleased to have chosen Gresham Memorial Chapel for our Memorial service, they were so helpful and kind to us at such a difficult time, I would diffidently use them again and recommend them to friends and family! We also attended a Candle lighting last night at the Chapel, its only been 4 months and didnt know if I was ready for the emotion of something so new! I am so grateful I attended it was so special! Gresham Memorial Chapel did a great job helping and accommodating all our needs for our mothers funeral. John was very straight forward and open with us. He did not pressure us at all and even went out of his way to provide us with a special package deal. They stayed longer the arranged time and gave us all the tools me we needed with our mom. Overall they went above and beyond what we had paid for. They even took all of or flowers to and from the memorial services. The price here is unbeatable. We got the same service for 1/2 the price of any other memorial home if not more.

As someone who has worked in long term and hospice care, I would never recommend Gresham Memorial Chapel to anyone in need of funeral or cremation services. From the moment we go there my family was treated in a cold and unfeeling manner. Not a single member of the staff offered condolences for our loss. The staffs demeanor only got worse as we began to experience problems. The specialized memorial I ordered and paid for was not delivered, nor could anyone at GMC find a receipt. While my sister was there to pick up my fathers cremated remains, the staff ignored her for more than 15 minutes before finally addressing her and telling her there was nothing they could do about my lost memorial. When I called to ask for a replacement memorial, the staff told me I would need to bring my receipt to their facility as well as my fathers remains. I told them I thought it was horrific to cart his remains all over town due to their mistake, and asked for a refund instead. They told me I still needed to bring my receipt to their location. I instead asked if I could email them a copy of the receipt. After waiting on hold for more than ten minutes, I was given an email address to send it to. I emailed the receipt and promptly received a delivery failure notification as the email did not exist. I am STILL waiting for a return phone call about this issue.I would not want to work with this company under any circumstances, but especially when a family is going through a difficult time.Take your business somewhere else!

This place was the best decision, they are very professional, they respected the pain at all times and they facilitated the process. Coordination with the church, preparation for the wake and body etc. My family was very satisfied and grateful.Great place!
