I had a charging problem, they had my car for 3 days to figure out a fuse. $220 Then had a slow leak in one of my new tires. Went to the tire store and found out that somebody switched out my brand new tires for used ones. The only place it was at for service was Briggs! Police said I couldn’t prove it. So, looks like I learned an expensive lesson. I should have read the chop shop review before I went there. If you choose to take a risk dealing with these people. Do inventory on your vehicle before you get there and before you pay. I wish I had ☹️

I have had them work on several different cars for me. They just repaired my Trans Am , got it thru DEQ !! Quite the relieve. I recommend Briggs !!

I took my vehicle here and it ended up taking way longer and costing 2 times as much as they quoted me even after telling them i didnt want it to go past a certain amount because its a old car. They were rude evrytime i called to check on it. I explained it was my work vehicle and i need it to earn a income. They did not care. I ended up missing out on 7 days of work. Do not cone here. The only upside is they did do a good job. But come on i couldve gone anywhere else and it wouldve cost half the price and took 1 day as quoted not 7 days.

Really bad experuence i will never go to this shop ever again they charge me 2800 to fix my car the problem came back

Car electrical place with out car batteries? What kind of electrical auto shop is this? That’s like the most important part about the electrical is the source of the power???

Was not fixed after charging $250 went to have fixed again from Briggs and they wouldn’t even credit what was serviced !

I have used these guys for 18 years on several different vehicles. I have always found them to be ethical and honest about the problem (or problems) with the vehicle. I dont always like finding out that there is more wrong than I thought but appreciate their thoroughness. If you look in the shop area, it is always clean, neat and well kept. I should say that I used to own my own shop years ago and am reasonably familiar with the mechanical workings of a vehicle and have not found these guys to be misleading as some other reviewers have said. Just because you dont like the diagnosis, doesnt mean they are trying to over-sell you.

Got me in right away. Took care of the mess the other guy did which left a total mess of redundant new wires leading nowhere? It was a nightmare under that hood no matter what electrical diagram I looked up for it! 😱. They told me up front prices even with the extra surprise. Great shop. Honest and reliable. I have been using this shop for over 4 years and three different cars.

I recently tuck my 1999 Dodge Ram in because my trailer harness was crap from the factory and shorted out while on a trip to the coast. I managed to get everything back running again except for the trailer brakes. I was able to work them manually so I nursed my rig home. I took my truck into Briggs to have them find my problem and they found nothing so I hauled by trailer in and initially found nothing except they did an excellent repair on my trailer wiring harness, it will never be an issue again. Anyway a long story short Mike finally found the problem, sticking with it until he found the issue, repaired it and now I am able to take my Grandkids to the coast this weekend. Briggs is my place of choice and thank you all for your excellent service.Dave

There just isnt enough stars to rate Briggs. The mechanics are so knowledgeable. Went in for electrical. Was waited on quickly. Job done in less than 15 min. And it wasnt a switch like others had told us. Kuttos to Briggs.
