Prodan Construction did excavation and removal/disposal of about 30 yards of dirt along the side of my property. They were responsive throughout and took care of everything, even staying longer and going the extra mile to get the job done. In the end, they saved me quite a bit of money over doing it myself. Great experience.

Fantastic contractors!Ive really struggled to find honest, hardworking, fairly priced, general contractors that have good communication. Prodan checks all these boxes.They are excellent communicators, easy to work with, and own up to their mistakes (on the very slim chance it happens).They have handled two manufactured home demolitions, asbestos abatement, a fence build, water utilities work, and some electrical utilities work for me. Without a doubt, they are my go-to guys for anything.

We basically built a house on top of our house and Prodan Construction took in the challenge. We love our finished home and still bring them out for small projects whenever we can! They do great work!

We hired Prodan to build a large awning off the front of our house for a covered porch. They started the project when they said they would, did a quality job, and finished in a timely manner. Joe, the owner, is a friendly guy which was a plus since we were home during COVID and saw him daily. We have some future projects lined out that we will definitely have Prodan back for. Thanks Joe and Mike for doing a great job. Our house feels so much better.

We hired Prodan Construction to remodel 2 bathrooms, replace all our interior doors, install carpet in 1/3 of the house along with baseboards. They were very helpful in helping make sure we always had a working bathroom while assisting to save money by purchasing all the fixtures for both bathrooms at once. Their subcontractors for tile, electrical , carpet and plumbing were amazing. They helped us save money were we could (countertops remnants and doing the painting ourselves) and yet made sure we were able to get the custom cabinets for our bathroom that were exactly what we wanted. They finished earlier than their timeline predicted even with some delays in getting our doors from the manufacturer. They communicated well about when they (or the subs) would be there and worked around our schedules. It did take about 6 months, but that is because we couldnt do both bathrooms at once.

Prodan Construction did an excellent job for us. They listened to our needs/desires about our attic & garage remodel, communicated well with us throughout the process, and worked with us to keep the project within our budget.
