Great masseuses.Price gouging and misinformation at checkout. Get told one thing and then when youre standing there with your credit card they tell you completely something different. At this rate I dont know how theyre keeping clients who come off the street?2x Ive been burned by this company in 2 locations. And they sdobt really care to help make anything right. Just get their money and then out the door.But I repeat great masseuses!!That the organization itself is not helping them,(the people who do the massaging) keep clients either

No one answers the phone. No one in. Close at 2:00 some days. Only 2 masseuse working ????? I have 6 hrs prepaid. Will I receive these?! But the masseur I have had for 5 yrs is awesome. Best I’ve ever experienced. I LOVE his massages. MARK is the best. He has been cut by 2.5 days per week. I want him. No one else will do. I have really enjoyed Message up until today. You owe me 6 hrs. It has to be MARK. I wish you well. Mahalo nui. MARK!

Called three times without any answer. Left three messages with contact info and no call back.Cant speak to the quality of service as I wasnt even able to schedule a visit.

They seem to be down to one, maybe two therapists who do deep/firm pressure massages, and only at times during the middle of the work day.Ive seen some great people there whose styles worked for me, but theyve either left or reduced their hours. A light massage is just tickling me, so I leave more tense than I came in.It just seems like a weird deficit in staffing.

Membership with Gresham for a couple of years - have used varied locations. Always been pleased. Package deals are not a scam - you just need to ask questions and be informed. Get to know the therapists & learn which ones suit your specific preferences. Recommend services whether or not you become a member.

Customer service is awful during the pandemic. Cant talk to anyone, cant book an appointment, but they will definitely take your $60 monthly membership.....but of course cant contact anyone to cancel that membership.

My first try .. Nice people and nice place but- I booked 60 min session and got 45 min- I wanted full body massage but she did not touch my shoulders, chest, biceps, front and back leg mucslesOther than that she was good

Ive been a Massage Envy member at various locations for a few years now, but this location has, hands down, had the most helpful, knowledgable, courteous front desk staff of any Ive visited. The therapists Ive seen here have also been pretty awesome - the staff does a great job of trying to match your needs to the right LMT.Re: the company generally - Everyone has different needs/preferences for their massages - so when I find someone that really works for me, I try to stick with them as long as I can. Thay can be tough in a larger practice, like an ME location, because some therapists do move on pretty quickly. But for me, that inconvenience has always been offset by the larger staff offering more flexibility with appointments via access to multiple therapists with complementary styles when I need a session but my primary LMT is booked when Im available/on vacation/etc. As for price... I think its relatively average. The advertised price is pretty low if you get the membership, the suggested tip is kind of on the high side. So it averages out. But keep in mind, the staff are not only making a low-ish hourly rate, but its a lot less than you are paying because ME uses a lot of that for overhead - desk staff, rent, equipment, advertising. So dont cheap out - if you enjoyed the massage, pay the suggested 20-30% tip (even though that.is a pretty high % for a gratuity, IMHO - the hourly rate was low, so good service *should* be tipped more). Heck, even if you hated your massage, LMTs arent mind readers and its hard, physical work - so pay at least a 15% tip, and just dont book that therapist again.
