We drove more than 90 miles to do business with Kirk Toyota. We came in for routine service and ended up leaving with a new Highlander. This was our second purchase so far with Kirk and I would recommend that everyone check them out. Every experience has been straight forward and respectful. Definitely worth the drive!

Kirk always does a really good job. Nice, courteous staff. Clean, attractive showroom and waiting area. Pleasure doing busness there, and I recommend them to others looking for a vehicle or service.

Was a long time customer but not after today. The wait time was right at three hours after being told that it would be roughly an hour. You could hear the employees using foul language and the desk personnel was not very welcoming. We are planning on not returning again.

The staff at Kirk Toyota at 237 Frontage Rd in Grenada, Mississippi treated me well. I was traveling through town, and dropped by for information. Parts and Service was respectful and the Sales people made me feel at home. I really liked the new Toyota Supra on the showroom floor. Toyota Tacoma is my dream truck though. I will be back!

Kirk has a monopoly , they own most if not all the car lots in Grenada.Hard to make a decent deal.Better off looking elsewhere

Great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. But they could work on there service department, had a appointment on a recall, had to make two trips at my expense. COMPUTER DOWN, SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND LET ME KNOW BEFORE I DRIVE 75 MILES AND THEN FIND IT OUT. I GOT A SORRY BUT THIS DOES NOT PUT GAS IN THE TANK. NEED TO WORK ON THIS! ( BAD FOR BUSINESS)

Bought a new car never received any follow up calls. Come in for service and you harassed by sales ppl to trade. Service give them your information after checking in.They come already armed with all info and vehicle data.

These have to be the sorriest hicks in the state of Mississippi. Helen Keller could change oil better than these fools. I went to the gas station and popped the hood to see what the funny noise was and they left “oil drip cans” around my alternator and fan belts. Oil was blowed all under my hood and all over my skid plates and frame. I hope someone steals all the radios out of their inventory.

Less than pleasurable shopping experience but as 6/14/19 it is over and done after wasting the bigger part of a week. 1 star only because I couldn’t use zero stars.

I drive a 2012 Prius. Had oil change n tire rotation in Hattiesburg. crazy sound made me stop here. Service technician took a ride and ensured me that I wasnt hearing things. Apparently they didnt screw down the plate that covers the oil plug? Anyway, three clips to fix it. No charge. Blessed that there are still good folks around. THANKS Kirk Toyota!!

Pleasant experience working with Lurline and Chris. However, the finance person seemed to be rushed to get us on the road. Using this term several times as if needed to leave. Tristan (finance person) was not helpful nor was he truthful. Had it not been for the exceptional service up until entering the finance office, we would have walked out. One more thing, in my experience of purchasing vehicles, I have never been given only 1 key. Also, If it were not for that experience in finance, we would have given Kirk Toyota 5 Stars.
