We had 3 different companies come out to give us an estimate on removing a dead tree for us. Two of the companies said not interested and left the last one gave us a crazy astronomical price. Then my husband met Zach! He gladly gave an estimate said the tree removal would be no problem at all and might I add it was not an astronomical price it was a reasonable fair price the other company wanted 5X what Zach quoted us! When they came out they were quick and through just watching them it’s obvious these guys know what their doing and their good at it!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Unprofessional. Timbertech does not own their responsibility. They were working at a neighbors house when damage occurred to my fence. The damage was minor, but it is clearly visible that there is minor damage. The top rail ties are broken, the post caps bent, the post are now not plum, loose somewhat in the concrete, and there is part of the chain link that is distorted for lack of a better word. When I spoke with them, it came down to they were saying all I wanted was a new fence. Even their field employee said he could see where everything was well maintained and the damage was fresh. All they have to do is straighten it up. My fence was neat and tidy and the area in question is very well maintained (confirmed by their field rep- Keiths conversation with me). They did not even offer to meet me here to discuss. They stated they did it with themselves and their customer.

If you are looking for a tree service company, look no further. This is the most professional and courteous service Ive ever experienced. Honestly, I am not sure if I can recommend any company or service in ANY industry with more certainty than I can Timbertech. Its been a month since they were at my home and I am still impressed. This is the 4th different tree service weve used over the years, but it will be the only one we use moving forward. Incredible service from start to finish.Timbertech was one of several quotes we received. They were not the first to visit our property, but they were the first to tell us we didnt need some things done that we were requesting. Others were pushing us to remove several more trees than were needed. Two other arborists later confirmed what Timbertech advised for service. Timbertech was honest and up front about a timetable that included a packed calendar. Lacking any immediate open dates we would have to wait several months. If that wasnt an option, we were provided the name of a couple other companies in town who could get to us more quickly. Who does that?!? The gentleman providing the quote was clearly empathetic to our concerns and gave us any easy way out of using them. It didnt work, instead it provided us reassurances that this was the company for us.The crew showed up early and they began work EXACTLY on time. The crew leader communicated the game plan at the start so we knew what to expect for the day. They took enormous care of our property with each step, moving patio furniture outside of our backyard and relocating then replacing bikes and plants... they even laid down giant mats before rolling equipment over the yard! They cleaned up everything, (including some limbs and debris that fell from a neighbors overhanging tree) and even blew off the yard! Above and beyond. Two of my neighbors saw the care and work they did and asked for the contact info.My wife and I are still amazed at how much better the property looks and feel safer during storms.

Danny and his team really know their stuff. The first time I used them, I was blown away at how quickly they were able to prune and remove multiple trees on my property. Since then, I have used them at least half a dozen times on other jobs. Every time, they are fast and efficient. I dont even bother calling other tree services anymore. And if you didnt know, they also sell a variety of mulch for the yard. This too has been a high quality product. I highly recommend these guys!

Best company around! We had them remove a large tree and they did so quickly and safely. We have also purchased firewood, which was well/seasoned and quality wood. We will continue to use TimberTech for any future needs!

I was blown away by TimberTech....with everything they did. They were here on time and they worked together like a clock. Very professional!!! Their price was cheaper than anyone else....they were half the price of 2 of my estimates. I had a huge tree and now its gone...even the stump. My ground is level and all I have to do is throw out grass seed and hay....no ground work for me. I would recommend them to everyone.... you will not regret it.

Zack took point on the project of removing a tree from our roof (the tree was lodged in the roof & siding) after a local tornado. He was very professional & patient with the many questions related to the work & insurance needs. The team was well organized, professional & friendly. The rate was fair & reasonable for the work done. Still working with them through the insurance process, but, thus far they have been fantastic.

Very pleased with all the trimming of several trees, planting new trees and cleanup. They were all very kind, explaining every step. Explained the care we need to take to keep the new trees healthly.Could not ask for a better experience. I recommend them highly.
