Service staff are helpful and the entire service intake process at Bradshaws is great. Their text notifications prior to taking your car in for service is helpful. They repaired a rear seat issue that I was having on my Cadillac SRX. Had the vehicle repaired in a day, but after a week I still had the same issue. I dont blame Bradshaws, those things happen. My issue is that on the return visit, I dropped the car off at the scheduled time but never got a return call on the status. I went back at closing to pick it up but was told the vehicle had not been repaired. Something about having to get a foreman to look at it, and that he was off that day. Seemed a little contrived. The service writer said that he had been busy that day and did not get around to notifying me about it but that I was on his list to call. It was a big inconvenience planning around dropping the car off and having to pick it up only to be told that it had to stay another day. That meant that my wife and I had to plan 2 days of getting by on one car. It would have been nice to have been notified immediately when the work could not be finished. It would also be nice if they could text you the status of your vehicle during the repair process (being seen by technician, part be ordered estimated time of completion etc). Ironically, I got a call the first thing the next morning saying that my car was ready. Not really a bad experience but definitely not 5-star.

Can only say great things so far about Bradshaw. Don was extremely polite and provided the best car salesman encounter Ive ever had to date, and I have had quite a few over the years. He let me look and drive the car I wanted. Didnt pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable at all. Answered any questions and got the purchasing process done in a timely manner. I will most likely return here for scheduled oil changes and maintenance for my new car.

I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from these guys, in hopes that they could back up their great reviews on Google. But when I got the car the tires were under-inflated, the door sensor is broken as it always thinks a door is open, which prevents me from locking the car normally, and the left turn signal indicates a bulb is out. Just simple things youd assume that an auto shop would fix before selling a car. I feel as if they took advantage of me as a younger buyer and Im dissatisfied with the lack of ownership by the seller. I recommend another store if youre planning on buying a car.

Very professional and friendly staff. Always keeping you informed and up to date on the status of your vehicle. And always on time with their commitment of when your vehicle will be ready. I now live closer to a different dealer, but its still worth the farther drive for this level of service and care.

Not happy for the service and the guessing game you pay what the diagnosis and after words more guessing to solve the problem supposedly the technical knowledge un questionable and who suffered the consumer still my problem in my car not solved and Already payed $3200 for nothing 😑

Service department here is great. The staff here goes above and beyond. Didnt purchase from here, but choose here for our service, and wish we had purchased here. The other Chevy/GMC dealer in Greenville on Laurens Rd left much to be desired.
