Staff was very attentive to me as a bride, although when I came with my bridesmaids our stylist wasnt as attentive, I dont know how many parties she was taking care of that day though since she seemed to be training another girl on top of it all, but kudos for her for seeming like she has it all together. The experience went above and beyond with the alterations team. Each one of them in the back I had an extremely pleasant visit with through out my journey with my dress. They are absolutely amazing back there. I will definitely be back for any other dress needs in my future 💙

Kacey was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the dress of my dreams and was so so fun to work with. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my experience here! She even teared up when she saw me in the dress I chose! She made finding my dress an amazing experience. And she let me try on as many as I wanted until I made my decision. I had a great experience yesterday at my first bridal alteration fitting at the David’s Bridal in Greenwood. I had the pleasure of meeting Angie, who was very knowledgeable & extremely nice. She listened to what I envisioned, & she gave her suggestions. She made it very easy to trust her. If she felt my suggestion would not work, she tried to come up with a solution to help bring my vision to life. I am excited to see my dress at my 2nd fitting! Thank you Angie for all your help! You are amazing!

I was looking for a mother of the groom dress. I went to 3-4 well known places and could not find anything. I reluctantly went to Davids Bridal so. (I say reluctantly because I thought it would be out of my price range.) Was I wrong! I was VERY pleased with the dress and the cost. I needed to get the dress hemmed and actually had an enjoyable time at the alterations appt. I will definitely recommend Davids Bridal and I will return.

I had a wonderful experience at David’s Bridal in Greenwood for my first ever bridal fitting on 6/16/21. First of all, compared to the other Davids Bridal on the North side of Indy, this store was very clean and organized. The first impression I had was that it was a very inviting place and I was immediately excited about my bridal fitting. My seamstress was Angie and she did such and amazing job all around. She was very nice and inviting, conversing with me the entire time which made me feel very comfortable with her. She was light hearted and bubbly which left me in a good mood not only for the fitting but long after I left the store as well. She did a very efficient job with pinning the dress and altering it to fit my body type and left me loving the dress more than I every would have imagined I would even when I first bought it. I was extremely lucky to have received her as my seamstress. I am very much eager and looking forward to my second bridal fitting here!

Went in a couple times. First time was to look for my wedding dress. It was the first store I went to, and told them it was my first time looking and wanted to be sure I tried on a a lot dresses before deciding. They let me try on FOUR dresses and then tried pressuring me to buy, and rushed me out of the store for another appointment. Did not appreciate that.The second time I went in for my bridesmaids. The girl did not help find dresses, didn’t know what they had in stock, and didn’t help them get in their dresses. I expected a little more help, if they’re planning on us spending hundreds of dollars at their store.I gave them one more shot. Tried to check them out for a bridal shower dress. I saw on their website that it mentioned bridal shower dresses. Asked the front desk girl if they sold any, she gave me attitude and said “you mean bridesmaids”, I said no, clarified myself, and she said “nope”. And wouldn’t help any further.Not mad or anything, since I got everything I needed from other stores. Just wanted to share my experience with others. David’s Bridal seems like the only thing they care about most is you spending your money.

We had a wonderful experience at the US 31 location With Cassie Moran!!! She was so gracious to do our measurements for me and my 2 girls for dresses we had to order online, she even went out of her way to pull dresses for us to try on! Cant say how grateful I am towards Cassie Moran for helping us out, even though we werent ordering from Davids Bridal. Thanks again!!

Me and 3 others went to David’s Bridal for an appointment I scheduled to try and find “the dress” for my wedding and it was overall just a bad experience. They weren’t very welcoming to begin with. They didn’t have a lot of dress options either (I’m between a size 14-16) and she would bring me things way to small I couldn’t even try on even though I told her my size. They don’t help you put these dresses on either so it’s very difficult trying to put things on yourself. The other two bridal shops I went to both had a representative in the dressing room with me helping me get dresses on and off each time. Anytime I needed help I’d need to peek out the door and try and find her even, my party with me would have to track her down. Then all the walls are mirrors and how the door opened was a direct view into my dressing room so everyone could see me in underwear and a bra. I would have to open the door and hold things in front of me to try and find cover myself so all the men, women, and children wouldn’t see. It was very uncomfortable. There were kids running around everywhere screaming. It felt like the representative helping me was pressuring me to like a dress when I just didn’t. Overall it was a terrible experience. I went to another store (Bridal Rack) and had the absolute best experience. It was magical, like it should be. You only get your big day once and finding your dress is part of those special moments you get to experience so it should be a good experience and that is not what I had at David’s Bridal.

The other David’s Bridal cancelled my fitting appt because I was 10 minutes late. I live 2 hours away. This store stepped up and took care of me, they saved the day with great customer service and kindness. Shout out to Felicia store manager and seamstress Liz and Suzanna. You helped make my day special.❤️

My entire experience with Davids Bridal in general has been incredible. I bought my dress in Lafayette, IN but brought it to the Greenwood location for alterations. They always offered to help with the dress when getting it on, which I understand is part of their job but in the middle of the pandemic I cant imagine how stressful it must be to always be doing that.Angie was incredible with the alterations department at the Greenwood location. My dress fits like a glove and I cant wait to see the look on my fiancée (soon to be husbands) face when I walk down the aisle.Pics will be added after I say I Do.

The girl helping me was not the greatest. But I didnt let her totally ruin my experience. Luckily Angie was there to make my time there better!! She is amazing. My only other complaint is the cleanliness of the floors in dressing rooms. They were so dirty I was hesitant to take my shoes off of let my dress rub against the floor. The floor turned my socks black! Gross.

Jasmine was an amazing help to me today! My friends wedding is in November and we needed a bridesmaid dress in and in the proper size. She helped me look through everything that I would be able to get in by the wedding, helped me try dresses on, and find what we needed without breaking a sweat. She did a phenomenal job!

Selection of dresses was ok. The lady who “helped me” gave me all dresses that were way too small for me to even get a feel for how it would look if it fit properly. The lady also wasn’t allowed in the dressing room at all to help me put them on so I had no clue how to get some of them on myself. Didn’t end up getting a dress there, and I’m actually glad I didn’t after hearing nightmares from other brides!

If I could leave a MINUS 5 stars, that would be too many. I didnt purchase the three dresses, but daughter did. Her daughters dress was EXTREMELY tight and zipper was not sewn in all the way, leaving a hole in back of dress. The brides mothers dress was never altered in the front as was suppose to be, making it too loose The rep said to safety pin.BASED on what Ive seen from this company, I would be extremely wary of ever doing business with them!!Today, the wedding day. The brides mother (my wife) could not wear the dress because of how ill fitting it is because Davids Bridal FAILED to do the necessary alterations. Ive advised my daughter to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see if she can get a portion of her money refunded.

I had an amazing experience at Davids Bridal in Greenwood. I ordered a Davids Bridal dress from another location and needed a bustle added onto my dress. Angie helped me made sure that my dress was not going to trip me up and my bustle looked amazing. She was so kind to me and my bridesmaid and allowed us to have an amazing experience. My dress is also all satin and she pressed my dress really lovely the day before my wedding. This experience truly made me feel like royalty.

My experience was fairly good. The attendant, Jasmine, was a little passive. I had hoped for an attendant with more enthusiasm. I felt the selection of dresses, in my size, was minimal. The pants to my outfit need to be altered, but you don’t offer alteration services. That was disappointing. Also, it would have been nice to have a chair in the dressing room.

Saleswoman was excellent!!!! Not only did she help me with my wedding dress but she also helped my teenager with her dress. She was literally in two places at once.I recommend David’s Bridal for your wedding attire.

Angie (seamstress/alterations) was AMAZING to work with! Very friendly and helpful. And took the time work with me even with my late work schedule.

The staff was incredible. I was so upset not being able to find a dress for my sons wedding. They were so great in making the gown I did find look good on me so I was happy with it. I needed it bigger on the bottom but smaller on the top. Erin and the other ladies in alterations were so very nice. I can’t thank Erin enough for all she is doing but mostly for being so nice.

Nice dresses for a good price but the ladies didn’t make me feel very comfortable during this experience my bridesmaids were helping me hold my dress to look in the mirror at it instead of her helping me by using the clips and she kept disappearing. Also I tried on a bunch of dresses for no reason because they couldn’t have them in before my wedding day which is 4 months away. out of all the dresses I tried on only two could be in before the date they should of paid more attention. Also forgot to mention that she suggested I went to another store after I asked how long I had to making a decision before they couldnt get that dress in

Staff was kind, helpful. We were able to get my mother in on the same day for an appointment. Couldnt find anything for her, but staff member referred us to other places that may be useful and described how we could still get our outfits altered with their staff! Outstanding service. We were able to find an outfit and Davids Bridal staff kindly worked mom in for alterations in 3 days! While in the store we were able to brouse the incredibly beautiful gowns, dreaming of our younger years and days gone by. I dont know how they stock such exquisite gowns for the price. We were truly in awe...

If I could give it zero I would. Don’t go here for a bridal appointment, event dresses and bridesmaids maybe but the bridal experience was the WORST. Found my dream dress elsewhere, this place almost ruined my day, thank goodness there are better places in the area.

Very pleasant experience. The store wasn’t very busy, the staff was very helpful and polite. This is our second experience here and have been satisfied both times.

My fiance was highly talking about how much she enjoyed her experience with her alterations appointment. Angie and Linda both looked over her dress and came up with a plan to make sure that they made changes that wouldnt take away from the focal point of the dress. Angie was very funny and made the appointment go very smoothly. Pick up appointment was suggested to be made on a day when both Angie and Linda were working where if anything needed fixed immediately, they would take care of it. Two very friendly staff.

Brides dress was sown together the front to the back had to be repaired. Our flower girl dress came in and they gave us a size smaller than we ordered and our maid of honor dress came in had a whole in the back of the dress alone with a big black stain and the bottom torn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY DRESSES FROM THIS PLACE. MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING DAY HAS BEEN RUINED BECAUSE OF DAVIDS BRIDAL WE CANT PUSH THE WEDDING OUT AND THERES NO TIME TO REPLACE THE DRESSES. IM SO DISAPPOINTED I cant imagine how my daughter must feel . I have failed because Davids bridal let me down. I should sue them

I had a horrible experience at David’s Bridal I was kinda disappointed since this is my first time ever trying on dresses. The lady took no measurements, kept rushing me it felt like, and just acted like she wanted me to hurry up and get out. When I found my dream dress and was paying for it she completely rang everything up wrong my dress was on sale for $549 but she rang it up as $599. I gave her $440 cash and she rang it up as $420 I feel completely ripped off and after looking at the receipt very disappointed I will be contacting David’s Bridal today.

I just have to give a massive shout out to both Logan and Madeline for their help this afternoon. We made a very last minute appointment to find a replacement bridesmaid her dress..caveat being that the wedding is in a week. Without any hesitation, they helped us pick out every dress possible for her to try on. They stayed with us and helped find her the absolute perfect dress that fit her like a glove. The entire appointment lasted just 20 minutes, and we were able to take it home the dress with us off the rack. This literally would not have been possible without you guys. Thank you!!

Kasey was outstanding and so positive and supportive. She picked dresses I would never have picked and they looked great. She really knows how to coordinate the best dresses with a person’s weight, figure and personality. I had a great experience.

Very nice experience at the Greenwood store. McKenzie assisted me in finding a great dress. All of the associates were very professional and not snobby or judgy. The store was neat and clean. Would recommend.

This was my second time going to try on dresses, and I thought I had a great time the first time, but this time was even better! Laura was amazing, and so very helpful. She helped me to feel so beautiful, and I was able to pick out a dress that I absolutely love and felt so beautiful in!!!! I cant wait to get married!!

I requested an appt online and the woman in the store was more helpful that I could have even hoped for. I had an abundance of needs for an upcoming wedding (seldom used color, needs sleeves, no cleavage, back covered). She was able to find me the perfect dress in size 2 and it will need just the alteration to shorten the bottom hem line! Absolutely wonderful service.

Both my bridal and alterations appointments were great. I went on Saturday mornings both times but received phenomenal care even though there were a lot of other customers. I just had my alterations appointment yesterday and Jane was so helpful and wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and the extra time she spent making sure to pin everything just right was truly appreciated. Our conversation was perfect and made me feel at ease. She was knowledgably, skilled, and helpful and had answers to all my questions.

I scheduled a first-time Bridal apt several weeks in advance. The stylist was paired with me and other brides - she did not have the time of day for me. My party ended up pulling dresses, hanging dresses, fixing trains and helping me get dressed. The stylist never introduced herself, never asked my name, and did NOT listen to the dress style I was interested in. We waited around for her help while she was doing other things. Extremely disappointed in the experience --poor service, poor selection of dresses. The only recommendation from stylist was to look and order online... thanks.

I picked a very elegant, albeit simple gown for my wedding, and then had the sleeves and the back completely redone in alterations. Angie did incredible. I was 90% sure it was the right dress, but after talking with her (she is VERY honest and VERY feisty) I knew 100% it was the right one. She made the whole thing fun. She has tons of experience and is just fantastic to work with. When my daughters dresses came in, I made sure to schedule their alterations with her as well.

I bought my wedding dress and had all the alterations done at the Greenwood, IN location. My dress looks fantastic! Linda and Jane did a great job on the alterations!

I am not comfortable searching for fancy dresses I went here because I thought they would be helpful. Two employees greeted meat the door. I let them know I wasnt sure how to find what I was wanted and they told me to look and find them if I had questions (later I figure out one was the manager). After searching and getting completely overwhelmed with no one around to help, I was almost in tears and heading toward the door to leave when Laurie asked me if she could help. I told her what I told the two ladies when I came in. Laurie was so sweet and encouraging. She offered great suggestions, brought me dresses, and set up my alteration appointment. In less than a hour she brought me from feeling alone and lost to happy and excited about my new dress. Thank you so much Laurie! I will only recommend going if Laurie is there.I had Angie to do my alterations and she was so much fun. She was very friendly. She did a wonderful job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did it. I picked up my dress last night and it is beautiful.Both Laurie and Angie have helpful suggestions on tips they have heard about in the past that have been a great help. They both went above and beyond. Thank you both!

It was a very busy day but my bridal party and I were taken care quickly. The staff were very helpful. I found the perfect dress and all the ladies in my bridal party did to. ❤

All of the seamstress were so nice in helping me fit my first long formal dress on my small frame. I am very pleased with the experience. The dri e to Greenwood was the only downfall

Terrible!!! My daughter bought a $1,500.00 dress. First you ordered her the wrong size and then wanted to charge her $400.00 in alterations to make it fit. She couldn’t re-order the correct size because it wouldn’t have been in for months! The dress she bought had sleeves that fell off the shoulders however the stylist put it on her with the sleeves over her shoulders. Because the dress was too large, we didn’t realize this was incorrect. When the correct size came in and she found out it was an off the shoulders dress, it was not the look she wanted nor was she comfortable in it. Shame on you Davids Bridal for not getting the correct measurements, or at least ordering both sizes if you were unsure instead of charging an additional ridiculous alteration fee to make it the next size down. Also for not styling the dress correctly with the sleeves. Oh and she did call the store and got nowhere with you.

This experience was fabulous! I scheduled an appointment to try on some formal dresses. They had so many prom and formal event dresses in a huge range of sizes. I had a dressing room reserved for me. The dresses were affordable and an associate even helped me add a hook and eye and adjust a zipper! I had a great time and found an amazing dress and matching mask. I would totally come here again for both formals and weddings!

It was such a great experience with Jocelyn. She helped me look at a variety of different dresses and walked me through the advantages of certain types. Very kind and personable, highly recommend!

I booked an appointment for 12 on Saturday. Didn’t get helped until 1230. The lady helping me (Sam I believe) didn’t really ask me any questions budget or size wise and when I told her the information she seemed to understand. However a few of the dresses brought were way out of budget or were too small for me to try to even squeeze into. She also seemed to disappear for 20 minutes at a time, only to return with two or three dresses maybe. I understand that they were busy however that kind of defeats the point of me scheduling an appointment. I just didn’t feel any of the good feelings that come with trying on your dress and working with someone to help you get what you’re searching for. Just didn’t even feel like she cared about it. I realize we weren’t the biggest bunch of people looking but that shouldn’t matter. I did end up finding the dress I wanted. They didn’t offer up for alterations as a service, when it was quite obvious to her (had to use the clips to hold the dress on to me), I found out when I got home with the dress and it was on the back of the card. I love my dress but the whole appointment left me feeling really blah about the whole experience.

I just came from my dress alteration appointment at the Davids bridal in Greenwood and, oh my goodness, I had such a good experience! The ladies who worked with me, Jan and Angie, made me feel so comfortable. They talked to me, they were friendly, and they made me laugh so much more than I expected to.Seamstresses are a dying population, especially the good ones who make the time you spend with them fun. I would 10/10 recommend their services, whatever the occasion may be!Thank you so much, ladies!!

My experience at the Indiana David’s Bridal was so good. We came in a Wednesday night and it wasn’t busy at all. Immediately after we got checked in a lady started helping me get a changing room and holding my dresses for me. She gave loads of feedback and helped me find different sizes. The dress I wanted had a tiny tear in the fabric but they were so nice and helped me find the dress at another store. We called the other store and got my dress delivered to my house. The best experience I could hope for. I was also in on Saturday recently helping my friend find a dress. Even on Saturday when they were soooo busy they still had the best customer service. You can tell that they really care about you and want to help you fine the perfect dress. They have made my prom experience so nice. Thank you David’s bridal.

Brianna was great, and very accommodating. We started the appointment browsing the great selection as she pulled approximate sizes. She helped with trying them on as she could, but it was unusually busy for a Thursday, so we were on our own for little bits here and there. That suited us just fine and contributed to an overall a very laid back experience. She did, however, listen to feedback about the dresses she did assist with and pulled a couple extra dresses she felt might fit what I was looking for. It was a very low-pressure environment; I never felt as though she was trying upsell beyond my stated budget or that I HAD to walk out with a purchase. We had a second appointment with a different franchise, and we will definitely be returning to Davids for my dress!

I loved my experience at this place. Madison helped me and I absolutely adored her she was amazing and would definitely come again for her.

I give this business 0 stars. We were on time. They made us wait. I filled out the preferences and questionnaire online 2 days before my appointment. They had none of it, no dresses pulled or prepared, knew none of my preferences. Their service was absolutely terrible. My friends helped me dress and undress and pick dresses. I would NEVER return to this store and they do not prepare their employees well to make this special day anything special at all. My experience was HORRIBLE and I will tell everyone I know and I know a lot of people.

Angie in alterations (Greenwood, IN) has been an angel. She has helped my daughter and given us honest feedback and has such talent. If it wasn’t for her we probably would’ve returned the dress and gone elsewhere.

I had an entirely different experience from my first to second appointment, which were only three days apart. I cannot give enough thanks to Bryanna. She was who assisted me for my second appointment and she was exceptional. She was really personable and volunteered thoughts and opinions, which was greatly appreciated. My dream dress is actually something I never looked at or would have thought to look at and she hand picked it for me to try on. It was the dress. She made the whole experience effortless. She provided me with many options and variations of accessories that I could include. Shes the best. I cannot thank this girl enough!

Emily was great at helping with the dresses and when I came back in a few hours after I left she was nice enough to help me try to find an earring I lost sometime throughout my day. Most places would just act like they looked but she had looked after I call and looked again when I came back in to look around which I think is above and beyond especially on a busy Saturday!

I had previously went for my bridal dress. Yesterday, I went to the Greenwood location with my bridal party. I had an appointment for us to ensure we would have an consultant to assist with picking dresses and clipping dresses. Sample sizes were unorganized and there were not all sizes in each dress. Amount of plus sizes in samples were astonishingly minimal. We had Olivia as our consultant, and frankly request someone else as you go. She was extremely unhelpful, and kept wandering away from us. She clipped up ONE dress for the four of my bridesmaids, while we needed many more clipped (but she was nowhere to be found when we needed assistance). On another note, while she was wandering, she wasn’t finding dresses. She didn’t bring other dresses for my girls to try on more than one time. She was wandering around looking like a literal lost puppy.

It felt very quantity over quality when it comes to how they treat their brides. You get an hour long appointment, no matter how long it takes them to start your appointment, and when that time starts to close in, they get very pushy. Our actual assistant was lovely, and told us not to rush, but she had other employees telling her within our earshot that she needed to wrap us up and not let my sister try on any more dresses (she had done four). We came with a pre-prepared list of dresses to try on and didnt have time to get through it or browse, and 10 minutes after our appointment we had other employees kind of awkwardly hanging around us, making us want to leave. She certainly wasnt treated like a bride as she was at the other two shops weve been to. She was treated like they had 60 minutes to get into her wallet and after that hour, she was costing them valuable minutes with their next wallet.

The staff were very patient, kind and professional! We went on a weekday, so the store wasn’t crowded and it wasn’t difficult to locate the perfect dress for my daughters wedding! This was a great shopping experience! In and out with dress , all within an hour!

My experience at Davids Bridal in Greenwood was phenomenal. We shopped for Mother of The Bride dresses and my Mom is very picky and particular. Kristen was very patient and eager to help us. She listened to us and delivered dresses that fit what we were looking for. Ultimately we found the perfect dress for my Mother. Also Angie the seamstress was very friendly and made us feel like we were being taken care. She was very honest and eager to help us. I also ended up buying my heels from here and i am very happy with my purchase. Again i was very indecisive, but Kristen was very patient and made sure i was happy with what i picked. Over all i was very pleased with my experience at Davids Bridal and would recommend anyone to go here!

Angie in alterations is wonderful! After being scheduled for a bridal appointment with another person also(like two brides at once) and making an appointment at a branch that wasnt even open anymore and driving an hour out of my way for no reason, I had very little faith left in this place but Angie changed that for me. She is very knowledgeable and put all my worries at ease. Thank you Angie!

Wow! We are incredibly disappointed with the Greenwood location. We have been loyal customers to this place for proms, weddings, and other formal events. A girl with blue hair worked with one of the bridesmaids in our bridal party today and made her cry talking about her weight and that she needed to go up FOUR dress sizes. She was incredibly rude to her and made her feel less of her self. She was a complete BULLY and shouldn’t have a job there. She should be ashamed of herself and The company should address the way she speaks to her LOYAL CUSTOMERS. We will not be back, unfortunately.

Was told the dress i wanted wouldnt be in on time back in march for july wedding so i purchased another style. I asked if i were to still order the other one that i liked online myself, if i would be able to exchange it if it happened to come in on time and they told me it wouldnt be a problem i just would have to call the customer service # for online orders. Nevermind the fact I was being completely rushed when trying on only 2 or 3 dresses in middle of the day back in March cause they were trying to close shop early due to a snow storm coming in but it was the only day i had off and able to try on dresses. The associate was very rude and rushed me. The online dress did end up coming in on time in May but I ended up liking the other dress better anyway that i ordered from the greenwood store, but wanted to make sure after alterations (that were only completed a couple weeks before the wedding) that that was still the case. I had an issue with alterations at a store in Tennessee and the alterations manager had to re-do the alteration herself cause it wasnt done correctly the first time and that was another reason I held on to the extra dress cause I knew there was a chance the other wouldnt be altered correctly. I called the online customer service number and was told they cant approve the exchange/refund for the online order cause its not within 60 days? At first she said 7 days of received date but then she said 60 so which is it? Either way, that was never explained to me by anyone at either store when I specifically asked about returns. The dress is brand new with tags still and Im just out that money? Terrible policy. DB has been so difficult to work with, not customer friendly and inconsistent information. If a dress hasnt been worn and still has tags you should be able to return it, especially given the fact they can see I clearly ordered two dresses.

Our time spent at David’s Bridal in Greenwood, looking then purchasing and fitting my daughter’s wedding dress was wonderful experience that added to this monumental moment in my daughters life. In a time of Covid, when so many sacrifices have to be made regarding her wedding, we were able to come to David’s Bridal and give her the princess moment we all want to have as young brides. First with Covid protocol we were able to come as a small party of five including her 85 year grandmother with the confidence that all safety measures were being taken. My daughter and crew picked out six dresses and her sales associate added one more to the rack for a total of seven dresses to try on. She absolutely fell in love with dress her sales associate picked! The dress that she picked is part of the 2021 collection and had just arrived at the store two days prior. Because she is marrying into the military we had only a few months until the wedding and unfortunately there was not enough time to order in the dress to her size. But have no fear, we were quickly turned over to the amazing talented hands of Angie and Linda David Bridals superstar seamstress’s. From the day she tried on the dress they explained exactly how the process of the alterations would proceed; first the waist would be brought in; then she would return for a fitting for the top; and finally for the hem and the bustle. We even had time with her last fitting to learn how to properly bustle her dress. There were no unexpected surprises only amazing results as these ladies took a dress that was at least two sizes too big and fit it perfectly to my daughter. Her wedding will be towards the end of June on a beach in North Carolina and we simply cannot wait. I really do want to acknowledge how much Linda and Angie contributed to making my daughter‘s wedding day such a special experience for her. When she wears her dress, she feels like the most beautiful girl in the world. Thank you❤️

I went to David’s Bridal in Greenwood to get my dress altered and to get my daughters junior bridesmaid dress. The alteration ladies, Jane and Angie, were amazing. They were both very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Both Jane and Angie were very helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. My appointment for my daughters dress was with Wendy. I wish I could say I had a good experience with her, but I did not. She wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t show us where the section for junior bridesmaid dresses were, and she didn’t help us get a dressing room. Honestly the only thing she did was ring us up. Another lady (not sure what her name was) helped us find where to look. And another sales lady (unfortunately, I don’t know what her name is either, but she is blonde and petite) helped us get a dressing room. I would recommend this store, because everyone there, except for Wendy is very friendly and helpful.

I got my wedding dress and all bridesmaids/Mother of the Bride dresses from David’s Bridal in Greenwood and had a fantastic experience! Shauna and Angie in alterations were both so personable and helpful. Shauna even fit us in unexpectedly for alterations when we stopped in to pick out bridesmaids dresses. She gave me great advice on how to fit my dress properly and took the time to explain what she was doing. When we went back for a few additional tailoring changes, Angie was there to help and was so fun and friendly. She spent time showing my girls how to bustle my dress and even did a last minute on-the-spot alteration to make sure I was happy with it. Loved the experience we had here and so glad we went with David’s Bridal. Thanks ladies!

Great experience from the get-go. Lexi has been a dream to work with for my alterations. Always up front about price and honest about what my dress needs. D was an awesome help with picking out a dress for one of my bridesmaids and did her absolute best to find the right style and color! Thank you ladies for helping make this stress free even during a pandemic!

Ive had this appointment for a few weeks. My group and I arrived for the appointment and the dressing rooms werent ready for 20 more minutes. We didnt have anyone helping us for 20 minutes. Then the whole time she was also helping other people. Didnt even help with making dresses fit. I know this probably wasnt her fault but the experience could have been much better. I dont recommend the Greenwood location.

I had a great experience in the store! I called ahead to make an appointment, was greeted with several smiles, and soon after started trying on all my favorite styles! These ladies had phenomenal service! I was cared for every minute of the way. The alteration gal even came in to help explain how she’d fix up my dress for me! They had many suggestions for how to add to or alter the dress. I said “yes” after my first trip in!

I recently purchased my beautiful wedding dress at Davids Bridal online, & was so pleased when it arrived. The staff at Davids bridal alterations were very helpful. I especially thought Angie and Linda were very essential in the process!!They went above and beyond!

Everyone in this store was just amazing and it was an overall astonishing experience. I was helped by Logan, Kierstan and felt so welcomed by Taylor. I loved that. Amazing. Just amazing people there.

Madison was fantastic! Ive been looking for a dress for over a year and have had no luck. She was patient and made me (and my children) feel very welcome.

Angie did my alterations for my first appointment and she was very helpful and nice. She asked me if everything she was doing was okay. It was my first time getting measured and everything and she made it quick and easy. Highly recommend Angie.

Bought my dress here weeks back and today was my scheduled alterations visit. I worked with Jane, she was professional, listened and knew what she was doing. I also had a little assistance from Linda. These two ladies in the alterations department were great.

Be sure to book an appointment for a consultation. I went in as a walk in close to a booked appt, and was pretty much ignored.(Greenwood location) However, I did drive from greenwood straight to the 82nd street location and the customer service was much better! Erin helped me zip each dress and find several different styles to try on. I left feeling confident about my choice. I wasnt treated subpar because I was a walk-in.

Whitney was very very helpful and thoughtful. She was right there for any questions or concerns that I had. She made the experience an enjoyable one thank you Whitney!!!!Also the store was clean and organized and put together perfect for the nervous bride 👰‍♀️

Ordered two brides maid dresses in February for a July 10 wedding. Both due in by end of May. One came in. Was told by manager that they were not sure why the other dress didn’t come in & it should/would be in by the end of July now. I explained that the wedding was July 10 & with alterations we would be cutting it close. There also wasn’t any guarantees. I was told that I would get a follow up phone call about the current dress order in the next day or two. It has been 5 days & -0- calls. So I called this evening & was told they were aware of the issue but have -0- information. Was told that if I didn’t have a phone call by 2 tomorrow to call back & ask for a manager.Really?? I have spent close to $600-$700 on three dresses(one ordered in DC) plus misc other items and I can’t get a call back about a missing dress? Now I have to call them if they haven’t called me?Customer service is very poor at the store. Staff appearance is unprofessional. Between dirty hands/hair & unkept clothes along with lack of communication seems to top off this stores list of “don’t go there”.

Had my dress altered at David’s Bridal in Greenwood and the seamstresses were amazing, making sure I was happy every step of the way. Lizz turned my beautiful dress into my dream dress and Linda gave me helpful pointers for day-of. I couldn’t be happier!

Angie helped me with my first fitting for my wedding dress, and she was fantastic! Angie was such a pleasure to be around and made our experience so enjoyable. She showed me details about the dress that I never realized, and she was such a wealth of knowledge. Both my mom and I left feeling great about the dress and the fitting!

Jane was fantastic and so kind. She made my experience everything I hoped it would be! Love her!
