Poor attention to detail on important matters. They say that they overpaid me at closing, which is is definitely something they should have caught before they cut me the check. Now there’s an urgency for ME to go all the way down there to give them a check for the difference, which I no longer have due to repairs I’m making on my new home. That is an unacceptable error on their end and it shouldn’t have taken them 3 days to realize THEIR mistake.
