Kids First Dental & Braces is the best dentist I’ve attended in my whole life. The steps I took to get my braces was amazing. Everyone was nice , respectful, clean and made sure I felt comfortable through every single one of my procedures. I have been attending since 2019 and have grown a very tight bond with almost all of the workers there especially the ORTHO crew !! The best place hands down !!

Usually is pretty good but today waited for an hour in lobby while they skipped my child. Then she finally got back and got her teeth cleaned when they got finished we was waiting on doctor to come check her mouth when they skipped her again Sat in there for 2 hours

This was a first and last visit. The staff we encountered on this visit was very friendly but unfortunately we walked out due to the fact that the dentist went from one child to the next, using different items and all while using different computers/mouse as well as touching different pens, paperwork etc...And never once washing her hands between the patients. Just grabbing new gloves (with unwashed hands) and moving from one to the next. One of which had bleeding gums. This was told to me by a parent who overheard my complaint as I told the front desk why I was leaving. Parents put down your phones and watch whats going on.

SLOW!!!!! What good are appointments when the people you make them with couldnt care less about keeping it? Its 12:11, we had a 10:30 and were still waiting! This is our last time ever visiting this place. What a joke! NEVER AGAIN!!! TAKE THE DRIVE TO GREENVILLE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!

We did have to wait. But due to covid I was expecting that. Once they had us in. Everything moved fast. They all worked really well together. The staff was really nice. And my kids loved the dentist!

The Orthodontic team were very nice and funny while working on me and my sister we couldn’t stop talking about how funny they were and we had a great time there.

I would’ve gave 3 stars but we had an appointment scheduled for 10:30am (we checked in at 10:20am) and didn’t get called back until 11:25am. The cleaning took about ten minutes and the dental hygienist was superb and really good at keeping my son calm. She even explained every procedure she was doing. But it was after 12:10 before the Dr even made it back to see my son. Service should be a little bit quicker especially when dealing with children or they should learn to schedule children in a timely manner !

The office is clean. The staff are kind, knowledge and professional. My son has braces and they look amazing!! I would definitely recommend them. The payment plan is the most affordable one I have ever heard of in South Carolina. Thank you all so much. My son has so much confidence now.

Very professional and friendly. My daughter has been seeing the orthodontist there for a year now with her braces and he is very thorough and helpful. They explain what they are going to do and try to make the kids comfortable before starting any procedure. I highly recommend them if you want a people friendly type of dentist and orthodontist.

My kids have been going to this office since they first opened. They receive routine dental and orthodontia services here. I was a little anxious at first with the practice being new but so for I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, wait time is not very long, and so far Im really pleased with the progress of my daughters orthodontic treatment.

I had an appointment for my three kids, had to get them out of school early because we went to the office in Greenwood, SC which we dont stay in Greenwood and got to my appointment on time was given my paperwork to do and time I gave the lady at front my paperwork she called me back up and told me they was behind and it was a family of five behind me and they couldnt see my kids and I need to reschedule and was given a $5 card for McDonalds, which is nothing for three kids and doesnt put my gas back in my car and doesnt make up for the school time they missed

After waiting over 30 minutes for Dr. Jones, she spent less than 10 monthsm with us. She dismissed my concerns, responded rudely to my questions, and even stated that she was the dental professional in this situation Th other staff were great, but Dr. Jones has a poor beside manner.

I took my child there twice, the first visit they did a half butt cleaning on my childs teeth, the second time I went was to do a cavity fill, however we got there and the dentist saw my daughter was too much of a handfull for him and quickly referred us to they absoulte worst pediactric dentist in Anderson. I called to get another referral to anywhere else and was told that was the only dentist they referral to and that there was nothing could do to help me I would just have to find someone else on my own. I will never take my child back to them....quick hurry find another dentist, not them
