Denise Taylor is the only one that would help me in Greenwood with my insurance after my agent Andy Durham quit. Allstate decided upon themselves to assign me an agent in Laurens County but yet I live in Greenwood County. Allstate States, that Im not allowed to pick out my own agent and that they, Allstate, has already picked out my agent. well, thats not the way it works in my world. I believe policies shall be taken out at other companies if this problem cannot be resolved.
