Randy doesnt seem to remember things said in person. I wasted time bringing 2 different cars to him. I got one estimate in an email and nothing for the 2nd car. When I called to confirm things he said to me he backtracked and acted as if I was trying to pressure him into something he didnt agree to. I will tell my large amount of friends to go elsewhere.

Did not use based off the fact I had to.come where he was in order to get a quote and also he informed me that he does not do repair for prep for paint. I simply asked if I could.send pics and get a rough estimate

I could not be happier with how quick and easy it was to get a door ding out of my car. I called about same day availability and he was able to fit me a bit more than an hour after my call. Drive in, pull up, walk away for 25 minutes to get a shake, come back and I finally dont have to look at that hideous door ding anymore. Reasonable price and great service. Cannot say how thankful I am to get something car related completed in under an hour.
