Horrible and completely unprofessional place. I had an appointment set for today at 12:30. I had recieved 2 confirmation emails and 2 confirmation texts. This place was a little far from me but given the good reviews I had read on Groupon I was going to give it a chance. I called when I got there because I couldnt find the exact building and no one answered. I left a voicemail and continued wandering around. I called 5 more times and no one ever answered. I found the building and knocked on the door and waited around, no one ever came out or called back. I stayed for 20 minutes after giving up and finally leaving to go somewhere else. I ended up going to Studio Urban Wax on Broadway. GO HERE AND ASK FOR Ragnhild!! Shes amazingly sweet, fun to talk to, and did such a great job!! Seriously little pain and super accurate/fast. I will be going back!!
