Developmental Pathways provides funding for my brother Randy Chen who was born with severe cerebral palsy. My mother Susan Chen provides a day rehabilitation program for him through the agency Alternative Support. They in turn compensate her for the day activities such as museum, fitness centers, parks etc. With the funding that is provided, Alternative Support takes more than half. This does not include the mileage band that is also funded by Developmental Pathways which was never received. Alternative Support claims it is all for administration. I understand when a company takes a percentage, but to take more than half is not fair to Susan or Randy because it limits the activities that could be provided. Alternative Support does not provided any programs for Randy. We were told that this is fraud.

Central locations, however, the office is not conducive to those with disabilities. Staff are pleasant.

Terrible place to work. Management was bad. Vehicles were bad . They are not fair to there staff.
