Horrible experience. Frequently charged the incorrect amount while renting a space. The people that work at the front desk are not allowed to contact headquarters to help with issues. Basically, they are useless. You will never get someone on the phone if you have an issue and it will take weeks for them to respond with the incorrect information. But if you inquire about a property they will contact you immediately. Regus had made everything a headache since day one. Trust the reviews and bad reputation of Regus and look elsewhere. Regus still owes me $247.

I was pleasantly surprised using this location. Staff was helpful and even recommended a good empanada restaurant near by. Easy to access location, free outdoor parking, great views! Big thank you to Val and Andrew at the front desk. Thanks!

Dont rent from REGUS! They made three charges to my account for a total of over $4,000.00 for an office I already left last month and turned in the keys.The guy who showed me the office refused to tell me what the rent and deposit was after I asked several times, he told me it would be on my contract in my e-mail. They also hid in small print the amount for the deposit, they do not give you a move in total on your contract. They also hid the link to the move out guidelines in small print at the bottom of that e-mail, those instructions are NOT on your contract and do not print out as part of your contract. It simply states month to month, very misleading. If it doesnt print out on the contract, its NOT part of the contract.They also dont tell you that you have to pay for parking, its not included in rent and they dont tell you how much it will be. It must be in one of the hidden links I didnt see.They dont want to tell you how expensive it will be because if they did, no one would rent from them, and then once you leave, theyll make illegal charges on your account without your knowing like the thieves they are.

This location as well as corporate Regus is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places out there that will offer a much better experience and more honest client support. I ended my contract with them in June, 2017. It is November and still no refund of my retainer. The office location claims corporate has screwed up. Corporate claims the office location has screwed up. I have been getting the runaround for 5 months. Every time I speak with the location and corporate, I get a different answer. Very disappointing experience.

The office is lovely and the receptionists are nice and professional. The business office is rather manipulative and deceiving. Be aware of this. My budget was 500 a month. They met it by moving things around, offering free services, 4 free months etc. My invoices were 700 a month. When I inquired I was then told for 8 months I will pay 700 and 4 months I will pay 130 all equaling to 500 a month which is your budget. Really? The contract read as 500 a month and I guess their attorney could say it is true. I asked why not invoice me for 500, the agreed rate and what is comfortable with my budget. Oh no we cant do that.- really? As a small business start up I was comfortable with 500, not 700. For that I am going to get my own office space next year. I dont need a greeter and take it from here. In addition, after the contact was signed, I got a notice from the business office stating that all renters were going to pay a higher HOA because the expense of coffee went up. Really? I signed a contact with the HOA rate clearly presented. How does it go up under a contract? There are many co-op office spaces out there. Regus is not the only kid in town. BE VERY WARE OF THIS-Automatic renewal... That has upset many people. I find the business ethics of Regus to be sneaky. Consumer beware.
