Just had a quick and easy shipping of a package I was relatively unprepared to ship other than the box and label. Austin helped me with some packing materials and ensuring the package would be protected for its trip. I’ll be back here again to ship all my packages as it’s conveniently just off Arapahoe and I-25

Each time I come in, Austin does such a great job of helping me. I’m usually in a rush and he always helps me really quickly and is very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff and prefer to send my packages from here as opposed to going to a regular DHL, UPS, etc

The post office is next door and pay extra to ship from here if i have to. Its only typically a few cents. I frequent this place and always get amazing service. I had a wonderful experience using their services. I needed to send a package to my sister and instead of waiting in line at USPS I was able to send my package via USPS Priority Mail through Pack and Ship. Austin was very friendly and helped me very quickly. Normally I end up waiting in a long line or trying to use the kiosk at the post office. This location is right next door to the post office and can help with pretty much any carrier. Definitely recommend their services.

Its unusual to see such negative reviews after my excellent experience today where I utilized the notary and mail service. No long waiting lines and the owner was really helpful and attentive. They offer shipping for all the main postage companies and have post boxes you can rent. Disregard the previous negative comments, theyre mostly referencing a problem employee who has unfortunately tarnished the stores reputation.

Ive ben using this location for shipping for the past several months and always have a good experience. Fast, friendly, good rates on shipping. When my current mailbox subscription is up, I plan to move to this location.

Truly abhorrently bad customer service. Made several appointments to get fingerprinted here and no one shows up. Working hours, have an appointment confirmation, and no one is even in the office. When I’ve gone here in the past for shipping needs, the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and bad at her job and doesn’t wear a mask. I urge you to never consider using this business.

Ive always been very happy with them. My package is always there, mail also. Weve been late on paying our box and theyve been patient with us to pay it. Not like we let it go a month or more, a week at most. But my mom and I have been getting mail and packages here for years.

Went to do a fingerprint. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Employee was not wearing a mask and did not follow any social distancing guidelines. Walked right at me and did the fingerprints pushing my hand on the machine making sure I did it correctly

I have never experienced such bad customer service in all my life. The lady that runs this store does not deserve to have the ability to be in business. I went in to discuss shipping options and she had a mask covering her chin, she told me she was wearing it. I kindly asked her to kindly wear to cover her mouth and nose, she got very hostile. I had covid in Feb and it was very rough but do not have the antibodies anymore. She started cussing me out, and flipping me off. The extreme lack of professionalism does not represent the companies they represent. I will dedicate several days to going up the chain of command with the companies they represent, and the State to ensure the actions of the lady is known. My advice is not to use this company ever.

Employee was not wearing a mask. This is in opposition to Covid regulations and is unacceptable in a customer-facing job. I will not be back and I advise anyone who doesn’t want the virus not to visit either.

Customer service -1, very poor!!!!I dont even have any words to express my experience at this location. I wanted to run off and never come back. Lady acted so rude which was absolutely uncalled for.I stopped by to drop off a package, waited in the middle of the room while she finished smocking & her conversation with another worker, then she slowly walked to the register. I have no idea what she was smoking, but her attitude was terrible. I asked to have a copy of a receipt and she just laughed, saying, Its COVID19. So if its COVID-19 receipts are not given???!!! Interesting fact that I have learned in addition to very poor customer service. I asked for her name and she laughed again, I asked for a manager and she said that she is a manager. Didnt even bother to give me her name.Please be advice not to go to this location!

I was scheduled for a fingerprinting appointment and was criticized by the employee for adhering to social distancing rules. She mocked me the remainder of the visit because she didn’t believe in social distancing.

Great service and reasonable prices for private mailboxes and packing shipments. I would definitely recommend this place over a FedEx Kinkos or UPS Store. Its also nice to support local businesses like this. They are good people and very helpful.

When open means closed. Arrived at 550pm to mail or FedEx an envelope. Employee told me theyre closed. Apparently a half hour before close the register is closed. Avoid this place where apparently customer needs dont outweigh desire to go home...noted and wont return. Probably also let FedEx know.

More than a year back, I left $1,000 worth package that got lost because of their lack of order, Store just paid me back $100 due to it wasn’t insured, so we lost but settled. Since then, we’ve been asking for a receipt every time we drop off a package once they scan it; but today she just said I won’t scan your packages anymore, go to FedEx if you want a receipt. Scanning takes 1 second. The lady there just give an awful service with a very bad attitude. It seems such business is for sale due to careless service 🤔

I have been a customer of this store and rented a mailbox since the original owner Jon started this company back in the mid 1990s..Jon was actually an awesome guy, but the current owner Jim has taken things to a whole new level.. With his strategic move to the current location, and his unbelievable dedication to professionalism and customer service, Jim is in a class by himself!!Sometimes Im out of town and dont make it in for months and months.. Jim always calls me by name and has a big ol smile on his face whenever I come in.. Jim is a great guy! And I love being a customer here!!

While Jim, the owner, is a nice guy, his prices are a little high, even for that business model. Having worked for FedEx and YRC for over 20 years, I am extremely familiar and well versed with his business model and know that the nominal gains he has on his services are steep but hes got to make money too. I appreciate the fact that he recognizes and addresses me by my name when I come in once a month. Thanks Jim!

Owner is completely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful to both his employees in front of customers, and customers as well! I have experienced this multiple times at Pack n Ship, however wanted to be supportive of local business owners and hard work. But this guy is simply an unhappy jerk. Do yourself a favor and go two doors down to the Postal Office, and pay 10% of his fees!

I typically save my commentary for kudos and in this case, I was treated with such mockery and very condescending behavior that it required a follow-up comment. Albeit negative commentary. The man who manages the store also is a notary public and charges $5/stamp. That means every time he puts his seal on the paper, it is a whopping $5. That isnt even the part that motivated me to write this review. His mistreatment toward me and mocking me in front of the customer who was behind me was unheard of and showed a complete lack of integrity. I do not do business with people who lack integrity. Taking my business elsewhere.

I shipped a pair of tickets out of this store and the man at the desk saw me put them into the envelope as it was right before closing. When the person I shipped to received the package they werent in the envelope.... He told me it wouldnt go out that night... and I have my suspicions of theft. Wont trust this place to ship again. Lost me $200 bucks.

I have used Arapahoe Pack & Ship many times in the past as a drop of site for shipping out Fed Ex Packages. In the past they have always been very friendly and helpful with me. On Friday, September 8th, 2017, I dropped off a time sensitive package for a customer. This package has vanished from the store, never being submitted to Fed Ex. The store has confirmed with me that I did indeed drop off the package and will take no ownership as to what happened to the package after it was dropped off. The lady on the phone was very rude to myself as well as the Fed Ex adgent to attempted to help me with locating the package. I love to work with small businesses, but I cannot allow this experence to go undocumented. I would not recommend leaving any packages with this company if you are hoping for them to take care of ensuring that they get delivered. They will not help you!

Box disappeared...the manager will not really help blaming usps not doing there job.

The chick was high. When I checked my tracking and videos, she was the only one who had the opportunity to break into my box. Box was delivered with only 1 of the dozen items mailed, corner ripped. Dont use this place!!!! Not TRUST worthy!!!
