After being with AT&T for many years, my wife and I decided to explore another option with Xfinity. Peyton assisted us and she was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, professional and very patient with our many questions. We decided to switch from AT&T and after transferring our account, she helped set up our new phones and show us in detail how they work - an iPhone 12 and a Samsung 21. If Peyton is a reflection of the service Xfinity offers, weve made the right decision.

Set up two appointments which we received an email confirmation for. Waited at our house for the scheduled time window. No one showed. Called only to find out they saw two appointments on schedule and decided to cancel them. Had to reschedule and the same thing happened again. Ridiculous.

Adriana is absolutely excellent! After contacting Comcast over the phone several times over 6 months, Adriana solved my issue in less than five minutes. She is a patient listener and works hard to solve your actual issue to completion. I highly recommend her!

Horrible experience at this store.I tried to set up an account, the employee didn’t know what he was doing. I clearly indicated that I needed internet service for a few months, but he concealed the fact that contracts are only for 1 year or more. He charged me and I had to ask for a cancellation when I realized there would be a penalty if the contract is less than 12 months. They just said ‘you can cancel anytime’ and omitted mentioning ‘at a cost’!The worst part is this other employee who jumped in. She was erratic and unprofessional.I found a much better internet company that knows what customer service is and we are extremely happy with it.This employee at the xfinity store blocked me from leaving a voicemail to her manager. I called multiple times and was mysteriously disconnected. I called the following day and asked for the manager to call me back. Nothing !!! This store is seriously lacking in professionalism and I do not recommend it.

Just trying to pay a bill for someone. On phone all day because of the account status had to go to store to pay. Get there credit card in hand being now told I need to pay cash. Had to leave 5mins get money come back theres a line, I ask since I was here and not told to bring cash can you take care of it. I got a no you need to wait in line. Guess whos switching their internet?

The manager here at Orchard and University might want to educate the store employees on Colorado discrimination codes. Especially Civil Rights Code 24-34-601! By the way, the hand sanitizer dispenser doesnt work properly, the sanitizing towelettes are dry.

I had a great experience at the store when I went in to follow-up on questions I had about my new phone. The people were very helpful and friendly. They showed me where the functions were and offered suggestions on other functions that might be useful.

Order my stuff online to pick up, email says to pick up by 8pm, store is closed by 6:15pm. They better refund my money for lying, but the company probably isnt aware they close hours early. Cant even run a store properly, ill go elsewhere.... Now to call customer care to get my money back

I was in and out of the store WITH equipment in under 20 minutes along with starting new account, scheduling installer and setting up billing! The representative Derek was very helpful, friendly and understood my budget! (Had problems with doing this online and on the phone so thats why I went into the store!) GREAT experience!

The fact that this company even has a store front is absolutely asinine. It would be nice to be able to talk to someone in person about your bill, but the store for some odd inexplicable reason cant do that. The customer service number is a joke. If you would like some I ne to help you be sure to grab your popcorn because its going to be an hour. The constant changing of prices , hidden fees, and poor service is so difficult to deal withc that most people just tend to let them walk all over you. I literally have just WIFI abd I have payed $1,000.00 just this month. Comcast is the worst company anyone could ever associate themselves with.

So recently switched to Xfinity for home wifi and it was such a great experience I decided to switch to Xfinity mobile for my phone plan as well. Derek helped with this process and made it extremely easy and was one of the best customer service providers Ive come across. Other stores should take note!

Alex was awesome! He could have easily told me to just call the 1-800 number to solve my problem of getting online access when we were having trouble, but he spent the time to actually help me and work through it so I didn’t have to. Great customer service and actually showed he cared. I’ll probably be coming back to him to transfer over my phone service since he brought up how I could be saving money! Breath of fresh air to get good customer service these days

Overall service is good, but if you need to make any change, then the website constantly changes whatever you enter in. Good luck getting a hold of any person when calling in either. I wasted 3 hours of my life just now and got nowhere. Every single time I do this I wish there was another provider in the area. What a frustrating customer service experience.

Wasnt allowed NO STARS!Early August, I added my mom and dad to my phone line. My moms phone took 6 weeks to port the number. Numerous support calls (calls dropped with no call back) and came into the store to be told by the manager there is nothing I can do for you. The managers manager, Ryan, was in one of the days...still Not able to get call back and help. This involved two warranty phones...when it wasnt the phone. Both phones were turned into this store on September 22, 2020. THEN 1st of November...THEY SHUT OFF MY SERVICE!!! It took 2 hours get my service turned on and told due to one of the phones not returned. IT WAS STILL IN THIS STORE. November 5th, I was charged full price for the phone. I called the store beginning of December to find that the Phone was STILL IN THE STORE. I was told it left that day. How long will it take to get money back!?

It is now almost 4 months and Im in the market for a new cell serviceFamily emergency in Western KS and my cell phone is my business phone and for the last 3 days Ive not been receiving calls! I started immediately with Xfinity and they passed me off to Apple. For 3 days Ive been jumping through hoops with Apple trying to resolve the problem at the same time dealing with the emergency. Apple completed their work and now I have to call Xfinity again, WITH HOLD TIMES BETWEEN 1 HR 50 MINUTES TO 2 HOURS 50 MINUTES. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE Fortunately my wifes phone works but Im still losing business. Even when it worked, it was spotty.Be very careful of Xfinity. I had direct TV for years but was tired of the high bill and old equipment. I looked at Dish but their sales force was the same high pressure as Direct TV so went to Xfinity. Much more pleasant people, really want to help but the systems (I got internet, TV and cell service, the TV is spotty, the internet has gone out 3 times and I just got my cell phone info transferred so cannot evaluate the cell service) My internet has gone out 3 times that I know of. I call and they reset. Ive had internet since it began and never had this problem. This is the first time Ive had cable TV in 23 years and the reception is spotty. The picture loses pixels and even has a black screen for 30-60 seconds. These problems all seem to be equipment based, their rates are very good but do not compensate for poor service. Im the kind of person who will drive a car into the ground rather than spend the 4-5 years to learn where the windshield wipers are, how to use the heater and all of the other changes that are made just to have something new. Give me something that works and lasts. I love the comfort of picking up the TV remote and getting what I want.

Equipment issues caused me to go into theis store and I am very happy that I did. I walked out of the store with a lower monthly bill, new equipment, and a better overall feeling for big Comcast. The staff was super friendly and helpful making the changes to my account and getting me the right equipment. Some of them even assisted me after I went home to setup the new equipment over the phone!Most definitely recommend going into this location if you have any questions or issues regarding your account. Quality, competent, and genuinely caring staff is vital to customer retention and that is the service I received.

Last November I moved. Since then I have had a batch of late fees that no one could determine their origin. A new account was established to solve the problem After another late fee, I discovered that the account I had at my former address is active and linked - NOT by me - to my new account that was set up after I moved. Subsequently I cancelled the old account. The Greenwood Village manager found my payment that was tied to the old account. Now I am threatened with disconnection for non-payment. As of this post, I have NO response from the manager or been offered a solution.

There are plenty of Xfinity stores that are closer to my home (I live in RiNo) but I love coming here because every time I do the customer service is great. Ashley has been my go to girl when I come in because she is always so patient, understanding, and helpful. I will add that everyone in the store is amazingly helpful and honest when they have exhausted all of their resources. Ive learned to not call customer service and go straight to the store due to the fact that I always leave with my problems resolved and it ends up being faster than it takes me to get to a real human on the phone.

Happened to arrive for the grand opening celebration this morning. There were lots of friendly staff around and some goodies they were giving away. As for the service, everything was great! There was a small issue with the computer system, but staff worked diligently to get us taken care of. Would definitely recommend this location for all your xfinity needs!

Honestly, the service was good at the start. Then slowly it got worse. I pay for 1GB of service and most of the time when I check my internet status it’s 70-50 mb. Kind of disappointing. Also I’ve have trouble with my service just randomly dropping and tonight, I called 6 different times to correct the situation. Thankfully a woman was able to finally get it going, she was sweet. Cannot for the life of me remember her name.(my apologies) But to do so I have to reset my name and password for my internet modem. Up until this point I’ve had a Pleasant experience. I’m just irritated that I’m not getting what I pay for.

I was at the Greenwood Village Xfinity store to return my equipment for my tv and security service. What I thought would be a quick trip to just get rid of the equipment ended up being a quick trip to not only return but get a killer deal on my new package I had signed up for. Ashley Rodriguez helped me out and hooked it up. After spending over an hour on the phone a week or so ago and having to pay full price for just internet service when I’m in a financial bind Ashley saved my life! She not only saved me money but was super awesome to work with and made the process super smooth. I wasn’t expecting my Saturday to be this great! Excellent service from Ashley and I will definitely be sending people to her!!!! Comcast you have been redeemed by Ashley Rodriguez! 10 stars!

I had to go into this store multiple times because of issues with our internet in the home. Derek was there the first time and was extremely easy to work with. He made everything very simple and got me the best package for my home. It was the quickest trip to an Xfinity store I had ever had! After we found out the issues with our home, I went back to the store to have them help me out again. This time I worked with Hipolito and he was amazing! He got a technician to come out to my house on the weekend and got my issues resolved right away. I would 100% recommend anyone who is looking for internet/TV to go to this Xfinity store. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a cable company! Thank you Derek and Lito!

I needed to pick up a modem/router, I just started a new account. When getting to this store I stated as much, the guy behind the counter put my address in wrong three times... THREE TIMES. Put my number in wrong twice. They couldnt find my account, had me download the app, which didnt work. It started to get heated because he wouldnt do anything without a account number, even with me logged into the Xfinity website and telling him to show me where to find an account number, he would just repeat himself. A guy from the back comes up front, asks me my address, finds my name within a second. The last guy couldnt spell platte right even after I spelled it for him and had the last number wrong for my phone.Good lord, there was another one sitting on a chair watching a movie and interjecting with snide comments. Im amazed these guys can tie their own shoes. Luckily someone had their head on straight.

Drove 20 minutes in a blizzard to get a router, google said they were the only ones open in the denver area. Customer support said they were open as well. Way to drop the ball. Horrible first experience with xfinity. Just neglect. Shame.
