They bought out our original trash service company. It’s been a hassle ever since. They don’t have anyone to answer their phones. They don’t respond to emails. Their online payment option has never worked. Sends you an error code. They don’t have posted due dates and yet some how keep sending and adding on late fees. It has now happened multiple times and I’ve started to document proof that they have cashed my checks and then sent out a statement afterwards declaring I owe them ever more money. Twice now they’ve held on to my checks for two weeks before cashing the check and then add late fees. It’s often that they don’t show up to pick up your trash. Or they get one side of your street but not your side. There is no way to receive customer service or support. They sent out an email saying they hired another company to handle their tech and phone and it’s that company’s fault nothing is going right. I also received notification that their site had been breached and my personal information had been compromised. THEY didn’t notify me of course. It was only brought to my attention by my phones security app. This company shouldn’t be allowed to be in operation. Fraudulent billing tactics and a complete disregard for being accountable for the service they claim to provide.

They miss peoples trash and also refuse trash if the lid is a little open. But then takes the neighbors trash that has a bunch of boxes all around it. They get paid a lot of money to do this job and only have the 1 job and cant handle it. Wont ever use this company again.

This used to be a good service. They have gone downhill a lot lately and their customer service representatives are the worst in the Nation. If you call with a problemIf you call with a problem expect to be treated rudely and hung up on. If they missed your house....they say, well get it next week.

Have no idea how their service might be...they cant be bothered to answer the phone.

Why wont they answer the phones. I have been trying to pay my bill for 3 weeks now and only get error messages on the website when I click Pay my Billl. The customer service phone goes straight to voice mail but the voice mail is full. Please help you paying customers......

HBS is not a dependable service, they don’t always show up and when and if they do they are late in the evening. We usually have to pick up trash from where the bears get in to the cans and get trash all over our neighborhood because HBS SHOWS UP LATE IN THE DAY.HBS is not a reputable company!

No one answered my phone call or messages I made a complaint and no one has called me back My trash was outside 6am and did not get picked up while everyone did

Our Hoa has changed to this company and they are so inconsistant about pick up times. Our trash on some days wont be picked up until 4 or 5pm and other days its right at 7am. The trashmen have watched us bring out our trash and still drive off while they are still in front of our house. Horrible service
