I dont where else I could leave this type of feedback and hope something happens.I had two packages addressed to two different people each with their own individual addresses left at my door step this morning. Their addresses were 8300 Yale and 8400 Yale. My address is 2800 S Syracuse. I am bewildered by the severe incompetence. Also, I am bewildered by the severe lack of care or empathy when I spoke on the phone with customer service. I delivered the packages myself because they told me another driver would come pick them up sometime today, which Im not waiting around for. And secondly, then the original customers would still not have their packages until they were sent back through processing, which makes absolutely no sense.I also called about my order, which FedEx communicated to me would be delivered yesterday, and after not receiving it yesterday, the tracking status said it would be delivered today. The customer service rep informed me it would be here tomorrow arriving at the agreed upon delivery date. Why was I told then Id get my package yesterday or today? Once again, I am bewildered by FedExs incompetence.After witnessing the horrendous delivery ability of FedEx this morning, I am very concerned about my package not getting delivered to me. I tried to go pick it up but was informed the seller did not allow for pick up at a FedEx center. Ill make sure on every future order that this option is available if FedEx is delivering.To whomever is reading this, please take my story into consideration before choosing FedEx. Thank you.

This will always be my go-to FedEx! Everyone here is so friendly and courteous, I highly suggest going to this location. Josh assisted me and was super helpful. He definitely helped alleviate some of the stress for a time sensitive matter. Two thumbs way up!!

Every time I come here everyone is nice and helpful. Cant print a return label? No problem. Just email it to them and theyll take care of and wont charge you for printing.

Great experience! My order was completed early and the store manager was super helpful in getting me my order and allowing me to use the paper cutter. He took extra care to sanitize it and dry it before I used it so that it was clean and wouldnt damage my papers.

All the people that work there have always beenSuper helpful. I’m in there at least 1-2 times a week. Great store, the only fedex I’ll go to if it’s an option.

Every time I have stopped in here I have waited an unnecessary amount of time to be assisted. Employees are rude and act like youre an inconvenience to them. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Went in twice in the past week for some rush shipping I had to do, and all three employees that helped me were great. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and the services are high-quality. Ive been consistently impressed with this location and will continue to come back. Thanks guys!

Old bald man working was incredibly RUDE. I just asked a very simple question and apparently that was not okay. USE DIFFERENT LOCATION THERE ARE PLENTY AROUND.

I am sorry but the Fed ex Greenwood Village office is awful. Their customer service and communication is terrible. I hate to offer a bad review but you’re better off using the Postal Service or UPS or DHL or something else if you’re in this area. You request packages rerouted to the office because they require a signature and they don’t change it. Then get a final delivery attempt notice on your door as you’re on your way to your home less than two minutes away and the driver hangs up and drives away. It reminds me of that Adam Sandler movie with Chris rock and Kevin James. They called to confirm an address and hang out before you can finish your conversation. You can’t call Back and speak with the same person. It’s just terrible.This is not a rant, unfortunately there have been many instances where we have had poor service from FedEx. And of course let it go but I had to share after so many instances and offer fair warning to others to not have a similar experience.

Ive been here several times and the owner is super friendly and reasonable on prices for print, office space, etc.I really love this neighborhood one stop shop.

Most terrible customer service! Spent 45 minutes in the store to walk out without having been able to accomplish what I came for: get a prepaid label and send it with some papers to its destination. Personnel was totally unhelpful, knew nothing and rather condescending. Do not go there if you have something a tiny bit out of the ordinary!

I’m currently in line as I’ve waited 20 minutes for one customer in front of me to be serviced by the man here. I’m sure he’s nice, and he’s probably doing his best, but damn is this place understaffed.
