If I could give more stars I would! From the first phone call with Ronny I felt like she understood our situation, listened and also gave some free advice all before signing on as a “client”! We had our first appointment with Ronny at Recovery 360 yesterday with our daughter who has been in a wilderness program and a residential treatment facility, gone for 9 months. Ronny was amazing, she compassionately listened to each of us then hit the ground running, because she knew we needed that and also knew we were ready. Her ability to hear and assess where we each were, also as a family, is a true skill. She loves what she does and it shows! Ronny has a great sense of humor and an charm that made us feel relaxed as if we have known her for years.
