I have been employed on a temp contract type of basis where I work when I want, and the availability is there. I would like to work in a more choice capacity in more local based jobs closer to home. This company listens and understands your interests while always attempting and placing you in daily or weekly jobs. They are overall very nice people to work for, but temp jobs less than five days a week are next to impossible to get. Most employers want one person for a full week, but when I work three days at another job, I only want a few days here and there. Plus, they always seem to want to put you far across town, even when I see their employees in the vicinity of where I live, and less than a mile away.

BG gave me a shot when know one else would. I wanted to change careers and BG believed in me. I always have work and they are very supportive in working with me to make sure I am the right fit for where I am for both myself and the community they send me too. Pay is always on time and accurate and they even offer insurance. Update: Found a great community with a great team and it was all due to BG and their support. Thank you Inez and Kelsi and the whole BG team for all your hard work.

The team that works with you is very attentive and always has your back. They have always watched out for your best interest no matter where your working. Any questions that you have they are there to answer and make each assignment as smooth as possible.

I have worked with BG off and on for 4 years and each time I go back to BG Inez is wonderful. She finds me jobs pretty quickly. Treats me like a real employee not just a temp. Would recommend working with BG if you are looking for a job in property management.

Worked as a temp porter for about two months. Very courteous and professional through out the interview process, which was a big deal for me as I was new to Colorado and didnt even have an actual address yet. Was placed at a great location my first week which turned into a full time job after the two months. Most of my contact was through Inez Galen, who made my time with BG very simple and easy. I couldnt have asked for a better mediary for my time there and was very appreciative. I am hopeful others realize how great of an opportunity they can provide, all you have to do is be willing to put in the work.

Kelsi and Inez are great. They find work for you whenever you need. The downside is that sometimes the properties are in a very bad condition and rude staff but you just have to let BG know and they will take care of it right away. A great starting company for property management. Very supportive too. Thanks Inez!

BG staffing was very easy to work with. Inez is fantastic. She is very kind and helpful and had great advice to offer. She never made me feel like I was only temporary. She made me feel as if I was a part of a team. I work for BG MULTIFAMILY in Denver and I love this company! Kelsi and Inez are awesome and very helpful! They always make sure I have assignments and they truly care about you!

I am a property manager who sought out the services of BG for both make ready temps and office temps while my community is having staffing issues. The maintenance temps were generally slow to work and of the 5 we had only 1 was really up to snuff with doing make readys or grounds work in a timely manner. The office temps are usually 5-10 minutes late, may steal your office supplies, and are a warm body to answer phones. Even though some had experience with lead tracking software, asking them to do anything beyond answering phones was risky. Inez, Liliana and Kelsi at the corporate level dropped the ball this week. I had requested a temp through email to cover Tuesday Thursday and Saturday while I was out on vacation. The temp who was scheduled to work Thursday failed to notify anyone that he was unable to come which left my office closed to my residents and prospects for the entire day. When I caught wind my office was not open and attempted to email Inez and Kelsi asking where a temp would be, I received no response. When I called to speak to Inez or Kelsi, I asked to reach a Regional Manager (Racquel) who I was told was in a meeting but would get back in touch with me. That never happened either. This is how they treat clients AFTER they mess up. No accountability or professionalism. Do Not use.
