Love this place! Yes, the service and product are both superior, and price for service is the best Ive found. The location is very convenient to many neighborhoods. But the people really make the difference! Eddi is so nice and efficient, and I still remember 20 years ago when I was new to the area and lost. Bill came out of his office and showed me the correct route to wherever is was I was trying to go! A friendly face in a new city, to be sure!

I know a dry cleaner is really just a place to get your clothes cleaned. But not really. When I go into Continental Cleaners I am always recognized and greeted with a big smile. Even though I am just picking up or dropping off clothes, I always leave a little happier because it feels right to deal with nice people. ...and they do a great job in my clothes. : )

The friendly nature of all the employees ( shout out to Eddi , Kim and Sarah-from years ago-) and the owner, Bill is just one of the reasons I think they are terrific. They always take the BEST care of me and my family’s clothing. They know what they are doing! Seriously, don’t we all want to go where everyone knows your name?

I have been using Continental Cleaners for a while now and have always been more than satisfied. The staff is always very friendly and my clothes come back looking great.

I do not think I can think of any cons for this place. Easy access, plenty of parking, customer service is great. The clothes are returned on time. They are honest about what they can do or what they maybe able to do in terms of stain removal. So far I have not had anything lost or damaged in 10 years since I have been their customer. Early morning hours work the best for me. Granted I do not take a whole bunch of laundry there daily, but I do take it only to them when I do. Definitely recommend this place

Fast, good hours and pleasant staff: Eddy comes to mind, but everyone is the same. Price competitive to everyone else in the area and they have other services such as boxing shirts at no extra charge. I’ve used them for a year and a half now, and even though I’m moving, I expect to keep using them. I’d rate 5 stars if they were same day, but next day is close enough.

Great laundry by the pound option

I brought several suits in to be laundered a couple weeks ago. Eddie helped me, and was extremely friendly. The suits were ready the following day, very good service! No doubt I will be doing business with this location going forward.

I have been going to continental cleaners # 10 for 2 years. I feel they have extremely friendly and professional staff and outragiously low prices. You certainly need to give them a try for dry cleaning if you havent already visited. You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of work you get for their low low prices.

Hi! I want to say thank you to Continental Cleaners. I have been using this cleaners for 25 years. First, was the Evans location however for the last 15 years it’s been Arapahoe and Dayton. I have gotten to know Edilia through the years and she ALWAYS asks how I am and we talk about her week, my week, and how she is doing. She is such a sweetheart! Kim has been very sweet and nice as well. I feel so comfortable and welcome every time I walk in the door.We recently moved and have several dry cleaners around us, NOPE! They do not even deserve one star but it’s the only way you can write a review. Simply the worst dry cleaners in Denver area. Would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Zero integrity zero honesty zero quality zero, zero, zero !!!

I have been a customer since 1997, and used them ever since. I drive a few miles to get here and never had any complaints. My favorite employee is Edilia, she is very kind, courteous, and helpful.

I would NOT recommend this dry cleaners. I just picked up a tie (that I bought one month ago) and they ruined it. When I dropped it off I asked for it to be spot treated where the spot was, the lady said she would spot treat the tie all over. It was the first time it was dry cleaned and when I picked it up it was over processed/frayed in spots. The manager Francisco came over and said right away we did NOT do that, you dropped it off this way. (Although interestingly he was NOT there when I dropped it off to know). Then I asked for the owners name or a claim form and he refused and told me to leave the property. I told him I would leave as soon as I was given the owners name or the claim form and he called the police because I wouldnt leave without one or the other. (They have a sign saying any complaints must be handled when the item is picked up). The police gave me the owners name from Francisco, and after trying to talk with the him the policeman told me, I understand your frustration. I cannot believe that happened. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. The police said if thats how the manager wants to run a business then thats their problem. I still cant believe it became an ordeal. After speaking with the owner Bill who also owns the Castle Rock location I was more frustrated because he defended Franciscos actions. I will NEVER use either location again! Francisco manages both locations as well. (As a side point the Castle Rock location lost a tie once of mine). I found this location on Yelp but it was such a bad experience I had to write my first review. I would give them no stars if it was possible. I just realized this dry cleaner is rated in another spot on Yelp and received 1 star by 2 reviews , and it sounds like they had similar experiences as mine. Continental Cleaners, Greenwood Village and Continental Cleaners 10, Greenwood Village. Please read those as well before dropping your clothes off and save yourself stress!

Local dry cleaners that meets my expecations. Affordable, and on time. Rarely have damaged garments. Id love it if they could find another way to attach the tag to my Polos without stapling it to the label.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS! I took in a custom-made bench pad to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up, the interior pad and batting was literally balled up in the middle! Furthermore, the bench pad was in a tied plastic bag with moisture droplets on the inside! It was unbelievable! They carelessly threw my custom-made bench pad in a washing machine and ruined it! They refused to fix the problem! Now I have a bare wooden bench with no pad! Worst customer service EVER! You have been warned!

We have been with Continental Cleaners for almost 20 years for a reason. The staff there is so kind and orginizied. Eddy & Edilia are like family. They are more then just doing their job. They go out of their way to know how our day really is and how life is going. We REALLY appreciate that. Sometimes when I drive up, Edilia will already have my dry cleaning pulled and waiting... Now that is service!

I was told my dry cleaning would be done the next day by four, when I showed up was told it wouldnt be ready until the next day, and then the woman at the front told me that it wasnt her fault I was given misinformation and offered no options of how the situation would be remedied. Incredibly unprofessional.

What a rude sulky person who helped me with my order yesterday. I was just questioning the price and took it like I was accusing her of something. She had major attitude I will never go there again. It says in big red letters $2.79 per item but it does not say anywhere under there plus tax. There are so many other options in that area for dry cleaners I will not go back because of the rude sulky staff. Go somewhere else.

Great prices compared to their competition! Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable if there is a problem. They lost a shirt of mine; it took a check-in every week for 6 weeks before they found it at another location. Each time I asked, the same attending staff, they looked at me and my question like I was a new and crazy customer.Still worth the price.
