Got a rental in this location and they did not have clean units so I agreed to take a dirty one. Just got a letter from Avis for a $450 fee for cleaning service because excessive interior dirt! Called Avis customer support and they will refund the fee… make sure they inspect your car when returned!

Kevin was a great help and very kind while renting from Avis after my car accident. Really loved the quality of the cars they had available to rent. Other rental car companies seem to get the cheapest brands and lowest quality, but this avis had top brand cars, cars you dont want to say good-bye to.

Kevin was amazing! Really took care of my family and me when the airport tossed us in a 2 hour holding pattern! He was there when we needed him! Worth the Uber drive from the airport for an amazing rate and fantastic service! We will be back!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at this Avis location! It is an excellent location as It is hard to find a place to rent a car in the heart of the Tech Center. I made a mistake on my rental pick up time so the staff went out of their way to find me a car as early as possible. I will use Avis again any time I need a rental while my car is in the shop.

I had reserved and paid for a Jeep Wrangler and Semi planned our trip around having that type of vehicle. Despite having made the reservation almost a month in advance when i arrived to pick it up i was told that none were available. After calling Customer service and wasting over 3 hours with customer service and being hung up on three times I was offered a Dodge Durango. Not exactly what I paid for or wanted. When I picked up the car it was Dirty and was not cleaned up after the last renter. leaving on our trip[ the next morning I gave up and spent 2 hours cleaning and sanitizing the inside of the SUV. Then went and paid 15.00 for a car wash. to make matters worse the next morning I wake up to a flat tire that I had to have repaired at my expense. What is very disappointing about this whole experience. I was a Avis Preferred member during my time at HP Avis was my Rental company of choice this was a very bad experience over all ]

Great experience!! The app allowed me to reserve when they were actually closed, an hour or so later I received a call from Owner saying when could I be there to get the car that he saw was reserved. He met me and completed my rental with an amazing attitude !! 5 star all the way!!

The whole process was extremely easy. Only negative was that the outside of the car was not clean. The inside was, which is most important.

Kevin runs this AVIS shop inside Sheraton hotel. He and his friendly staff will show you to your car. His personable attitude made the experience great. Ill be back again and again.and one word of advice, this is a small Avis and does get busy. So book ahead. Be flexible in your car choice. Itll be fun.

As a full-time business traveler, I pay attention to the service I receive. This is my favorite Avis location (out of the 40+ states and Avis locations I have rented from in the past few years). Personalized service. Clean vehicles. People who care. Its really that simple, but they do it well!

I have rented before from Avis at the airport (always good there) but didn’t this time as colleagues gave me a lift. Picked up here later in week. Unusually for Avis I got a filthy, smelly car - so dirty I couldn’t use the wing mirrors or reversing camera. Low washer fluid, obviously not serviced or even cleaned between rentals.

I have been renting exclusively (primarily for business) from the location for approximately 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. I had a minor fender-bender (not my fault) about a year ago and they took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this AVIS location.

I loved the guys over the counter.. he was as excited to give me the car as much as I was to get a sports car.. He totally made this experience exceptional. Nice place, nice cars.

Didnt even realize that we didnt have to pay for me to be added as a driver, since Im considered as domestic partner. They refunded. If they hadnt pointed that out, we wouldnt have known. Honesty is rare in businesses!

Great customer service at this location & the cars are always clean - my favorite Avis location. Weekends can sell-out quickly, so book ahead.

First off i made reservations a week in advance. Once there the girl at the desk didnt know how to use the computers and her bods wasnt answering any calls. Finally we get it and drop it off and was told by airport personnel to leave keys in car so we did also left the gas receipt e the kets in cup holder. A week later Im charged 100.27 when i call im told its for gas and not returning the car. What?? They had it over a week so the check out people dont know what they are doing either so i got charged for the people using the car after me which they must not have been checked in or out correctly either.

Very pleasant rental associates. And car is nice and clean.

Car had bad smell or not able to tolerate. I right away complained and the answer was no vechile available and not able to get the car from other AVIS centers. Complained by my friends, not cleaned or no car mats front and back. lots of dents or marks on outside. It was difficult to get hold of the agents at the location and no response. No alternative options available to change and no upgrades available.

They charged me $90 for fuel even though I brought back a full tank. I think this is one of their automatic scams to make more money. I especially went out of my way to put in the gas and they charged me extra.They also charged me twice on my card that triggered a nonsuficient funds - because they charged it twice. This place is a total mess - stay away.I contacted headquarters to reverse the charges and we will see what happens. So far I am fed up with the lies and deception by Avis! Pick another car rental!!!

Reserved a convertible for a fun day in the sun. Car was not there at the reserved time, they said would be there in 30 minutes. Waited and then car was NOT a convertible. Awful experience.

They are old school and have no way to email reservations and have very limited staff. I mistakenly made a reservation with them and it took me 12 calls (literally - I counted) to get a hold of someone to process an extension to a rental.

Service was not good had to wait while she was on the phone.

Didnt have car available for pickup for my reservation.
