I started speaking to ECP just before the pandemic started and wasnt sure if using a service like this was worth the price. After the world shutdown, I decided I could probably use all the help I could get, and get it before the market got flooded with new job seekers. In my case, their fee was half of my former monthly salary (which I was losing the longer I was unemployed), so I thought it was a wise investment. I liked the new resume format they presented me and we kept refining it over time. They send targeted emails to recruiters and VCs on my behalf and provided full contact info so I could follow up on my own. They also provide assistance with LinkedIn and other external job search sites. I had been laid-off before so I was already pretty savvy with how the job search works, but it is always valuable to get different ideas, strategies and perspectives. The most valuable part of the service is working with your Career Strategist. Sheri Bender was great to work with and always available. She is knowledgeable and friendly but takes you to task which I greatly appreciated. She is an excellent motivator and provided clear advice. She turned around information quickly, helped during the interview process and salary negotiations. You always hope when you invest in a service like this that they will provide the silver bullet and you will find employment almost immediately. There is no silver bullet and alot of finding the right role is timing and luck; it also takes organization and perseverance. Having a partner like Sheri & ECP kept me moving forward. I was unemployed almost a year and found the exact role and salary I was looking for so I am very satisfied with my investment in ECP.

So far, I have positive experience working with my Marketing Director, Andy Marchese. His help on producing my marketing materials including short resume, full resume, full biography, and relevant letters and contents of email for job hunting campaign met my expectation. I really like the resumes and biography. There are certainly a lot of materials to go over right now. Its like drinking from a fire hose. Ill certainly have to go back and review the material. There is certainly a lot to learn and having spent a couple of hours on the phone going over it all, Ill have to circle back and review most of it. However, I have the tools I need. Sending the letters and emails and quantifying who we are sending those to exactly and then following up is important and probably the most critical component of the entire marketing program I would imagine. Its what truly separates you guys from Right Management that I was already using for free from my company. However, i think your resumes and soar stories are much more powerful and better.

Working with Shauna has been great! I am in the process now and she has made the approach less daunting. re-branding myself has been very revealing and ECP makes the process simpler if you apply what you are learning from them.

ECP provided me a couple weeks of committed detail work on my resumes, letters, and other artifacts. They have provided some coaching on interview approaches and follow-up that I thought were valuable. Four weeks into it, I havent seen a huge uptick in employer interest but have had a couple comments on how powerful my resume is. They have stopped calling and following up and my rep is not always responsive now.

Update:After 13 weeks of campaign, I got 2 offers on the tables, one of them is from my dream company. I want to points out that the jobs I was applying are in a completely different industry from my former employer, so it make the task extra hard. Nonetheless, I made it, and I couldnt have done it without the help from ECP, their business report and marketing prepared me for my dream job. I said the money is well spent.I also want to point out that, ECP is your partner, not doing works for you, you have to work hard yourself, the 13 weeks of campaign was an ordeal, the tiredness, frustration, doubts, and losing hope all come with job searching.Original:I had my doubt when choosing the the service from ECP, and the price is not cheap. However, so far, they have done a professional job. My campaign will start on the week of 01/06/2020. I will update it as the campaign progress.

Still relatively early (several weeks) in my engagement. Marketing materials seem ok so far. Ive followed the instructions, applied to >50 prospects. Not really seeing much result. I understood from the pitch that I would receive more direct advocacy with employers. I havent seen that or a process that would facilitate that as yet. Also the JobRamp site search engine on the my jobs page is not very accurate/effective in locating my actual entries on the page. Have to search manually.In the meantime, Im plugging away and standing by...

I work in the Financial Services Industry in Boston, MA. ECP was very professional, but I do not think their service is worth the cost. I did not receive one credible lead from their network and their marketing materials were received with mixed results. Some employers were even confused by the resume. The coach did have some great action plans for interviewing but all the marketing materials are cookie cutter and did not appear personalized. Something I would have hoped for given the cost. For what they provide this should be about 10th of the cost. I regret my decision for paying for this. It was my decision alone, but I was vulnerable and desperate. There is no easy way to find that job, outside of hard work and networking. You do not need to pay 4k to have that done. I am sure there are cheaper alternatives to the services they provide.

Seems like a scam, with many complaints on BBB sites. They want all their money up front and claim that even very experienced people NEED their CV re-written. They claim that after you get a gig, you get a full refund, but then they make excuses and never give refund. Legitimate frims get you gigs, then take a commission, so THEY have an incentive to produce, NOTHING here

Even though my campaign hasnt officially started yet... Ive already referred ECPs services to a friend of mine and my local chapter of the Project Management Institute.So far, I am extremely pleased with my experience and the deliverables of Executive Career Partners.

The creative materials and plan are great. I also believe the purely receiving the education that I have from ECP on my search, options, contacts, etc. gives me a tactical advantage over my competition. I would have liked a little more clarity up front as to what would happen AFTER the kickoff (what ECP would do vs. what I would do) but Im up for the challenge and I am confident that Rob will be available as I need him.

They have no un-advertised jobs or access to hiring authorities at the executive level. Based on info they just want $$s up front for services that you can get on your own, sometimes OVER $10k, total pyramid scam

My Marketing Coach required me to prepare success stories from my past accomplishments. I was able to prepare 15 stories. I didnt know I had those in me! My coach used the stories to create 5 customizable versions of my resume, a biograpgical resume, and letter templates for contacting LinkedIn contacts, recruiters, venture capitalists/private equity contacts, and employers. My coach also created my personal website and optimized my LinkedIn account. I was given a 13 week marketing plan to follow. I was encouraged to leave my comfort zone and start increasing my LinkedIn contacts, and following up on recruiter, VC/PE, and employer mailings ECP did for me. When you need a job its easy to get down and unmotivated, but ECP did all the heavy lifting for me including positive feedback on my accomplishments and value. I give them the highest recommendation and encourage you to use them.
