I made an appointment online for new tires on my wifes car over a week in advance. After receiving the appointment reminder email and driving her car into work and then dropping it off at Big-O I had a co-worker pick me up. Shortly after I was back at work they called and said they didnt have the tires, they had them in a different size at another location but didnt have a driver to pick them up. I had my co-worker take me back to pick up the car and take my business elsewhere. Ive had good experiences at other Big-O locations but someone at this location (8151 E Arapahoe Rd. Greenwood Village, CO) is obviously not doing their job. My co-worker had a similar experience here a week prior.

First Jeremy Dusho the assistant manager was awesome. He not only took great care of me, but I saw him doing a great job of running the show and taking care of all the other customers. So I went out to my garage and my Thing had a flat. That darn Thing! I put on the spare and took that Thing over to Jeremy and Big O. Jeremy came out and said what is that Thing, and I said exactly. We then had a small Abbott and Costello whos on first moment and then he took the tire in and said he would call me when done. Short time later I took that Thing back to him and we were all set. Great place and even better service. My Thing thanks you for great customer service, and says get your mind out of the gutter.

There are not enough kind words in the world for this location. I had a potentially emergent situation right before I was about to drive 4 hours back down to New Mexico. These guys got me in right before closing, checked out my car, sat down and talked with me about the issues and my options, and its honestly the first time I have felt spoken to like a human and not a woman at a car shop. Not to mention, when I came out to get my car and head home (the repairs could wait safely), one of the men I spoke with (I only got Neils name!) was filling my wiper fluid because he noticed the light was one. Definitely always go with this location whenever you can. Thank you!

I am from Minneapolis and had some tire issues on the way to Denver area. Once we arrived at our destination I immediately started calling around, and had the good fortune of getting in-touch with Big O Tires, and more specifically Jeremy @ BOT. Jeremy not only was incredibly pleasant on the phone, he was just as pleasant in person even though they were pretty busy and short staffed. Jeremy and team diagnosed and fixed the issues on my vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time, keeping me posted along the way. If I could give a higher rating I most definitely would. Moved to Colorado recently and didnt have any idea where to take ours cars for tires and/or service and the thought of going to the dealership was daunting. We happened upon Big O Tires on Arapahoe Rd near I-25. Jeremy, Will, and the entire staff are amazing. We call them for anything that is happening with our cars and they always get us right in and are so conscientious about their work that nothing is left undone. And, they are the most reasonably priced place I have ever gone to. I just cant say enough wonderful things about them!!

They were the only place in town able to squeeze us in on a Sat to mount a tire onto a rim for us. Great service and thank you so much!

We had a tire emergency (we’re traveling from out of state) and they got us in ASAP and got us a great deal on four new truck tires. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Picked up a screw in my tire. Tried to get it myself and hissing air. Will got me in and fixed it up same day. Plus, he’s bilingual! Excellent service.

Super friendly and quick service. I came in with a blown out tire and they estimated that it would take an hour and a half. They had it done in 40 minutes! Definitely going to give Big-O my business in the future!

I should have come here in the first place. After going to the dealership twice for a leaking tire, Big O discovered my tire wasn’t patched correctly. They patched it at no charge, which was awfully kind. Great manager, polite, friendly, as well as the other employees. Thank you!

Every time I go in there they are always very helpful

We took our vehicle here for a simple oil change. Our first trip after the oil change, we drove on I-25. Within a few miles the entire engine compartment started smoking. We pulled over immediately and noticed that the Mensa employees at Big O never put the oil cap back on!! So we walked to the nearest auto parts store and purchased a new oil fill cap and a gallon of oil. I also had to take 2 hours off work. I called Big O to let them know. They said they would look at the vehicle to make sure everything was ok. They looked at the vehicle and said they couldnt find anything wrong (I doubt they would admit it even if they did). They didnt even offer to reimburse me for the oil and oil cap we had to purchase. If they were truly dedicated to customer service, maybe they could have sincerely apologized and given me a free oil change it something.....but nothing from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They lost a long term customer over $40.

I came into Big O Tires thinking I had run over a nail in the car I rented for the week, but found out that there was a weight pressing against the tire that was letting the air out. (Not my fault) They got me right in and didn’t even charge me for the service! They were super friendly and professional and I can’t thank them enough for helping me out!

I really do love this location. Every time I come here they always take care of me. I recent got a new car and ended up getting a flat due to construction in the area. So frustrating but Daniel and his team got me in and was able to repair the flat. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Big O has consistently been a great place to take my car for minor repairs for years. I got a flat tire in my brand new snow tires and was expecting to have to just replace the tire. But they inspected it and were able to actually repair my tire. Saved me a ton of money and were genuinely just great guys not trying to rob me blind. Tim was helpful from phone to finish and I really appreciate it. Good reason to keep this place as a regular.

I love this particular Big O location. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and I feel like I can trust them. While other locations have given me laundry lists of items that they think I should repair, I feel like these guys are honest, telling me only what is absolutely necessary, and also understanding that my budget needs to be considered. I love the complimentary tire rotations; today, they also installed the air filter that I brought in for free. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer here, as long as I remain in the Denver metro area.

Great shop. They are thorough and detailed. Took the time to be clear about what is going on with my car, what my options are, and how they would go about it. I mean how they would both in a business/parts/labor sense, and a personal sense, my interests > theirs, what would they do in my shoes, cost balancing, etc.. I really appreciate that.I worked mainly with Tim, he treated me like family. Better than. Not hyperbole, long story. Super kind, worked above and beyond in my best interest, including when concerning other shops, got to the bottom of every part of my car, and now its in the best shape in years. Tim rocks.

Amazing service! Jeremy and Daniel are the best! My tire blew and they managed to handle my issue and get me back on the road in less then 30 minutes!

This place had my car for three weeks and kept calling me (while it was in the shop) with NEW problems that needed fixing. They ended up charging me nearly $6000 (I couldnt afford the final payment, so I had to take a half-broken car back home). Dont use these guys. They take advantage of people.If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wrote a really long review, but it exceeded the character limit so Ill summarize. In short, they kept my car for nearly three weeks in total because after the first $1,870.61 charge (where they replaced my tires, changed my oil, and replaced my back brakes -- I went in because my check engine light was on, by the way), my car was leaking oil EVERYWHERE. When I brought the car back in, they told me they would fix it if it was their mistake for free. Obviously it was their mistake. It was not leaking before? Then they charged me $1,258.40 telling me it would be ready in five days. They kept my car FOR OVER TWO WEEKS and did not call to give regular updates. When I finally called the FIFTH TIME to get my car, Jeremy told me it was ready, and then Will called me minutes later to tell me there was ANOTHER problem that needed to be fixed at the tune of $2,900. I had to go get the car because I cant afford that, and it is completely undriveable. They have ruined my car, and I havent used it in over two months (this happened in March 2021). To say I am distraught and devastated by the disruption caused and the fees incurred at the hands of Big O Tires doesn’t even graze the surface. I would like my money back, and I would like my car fixed. This is absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS PLACE. Oh also? Weve been using this Big O Tires for DECADES, and they have had the business of my entire family and friends -- all of which have vowed to never go back because of this experience.

The service was excellent. I thought that I needed a plug for a nail or screw, but they found nothing in the tire and refilled my tires accordingly. The beat thing is they didn’t charge for since they didn’t do anything but put air in my tires.

The staff and crew at the Big O Tires have always taken excellent care of me. In the past when I got a new set of tires for my Escape to my most recent visit working out the details to have some maintenance work done. They have been very accommodating. Even so far as to join me for a quick car ride so they could hear the odd sound that I couldnt have accurately described even if I tried. Jeremy and the staff there are top notch and I have absolutely no hesitancy in having them do any work on my vehicle. Except for a few items that I must go to the dealership for, they are my go to source to have any concerns addressed.
