Allstate has gone down hill dramatically over the last two years. Couldn’t get them to pay out on an accident when I was hit by a postal vehicle. Then they tried to deny me on medical treatment for another accident. Had to get my medical provider and my auto garage involved for reimbursements that’s I should not of had to pay out on in the first place.Now I’ve been shuffled to 2 other agents to further dismiss me as a client.
