I would definitely not recommend this company. We had Sasha out to replace a worn seal on our Viking refrigerator. In addition to replacing the seal, we were sold on a full service and cleaning of the components to the tune of close to $1000. We were told that the seal would take a couple of days to form to the fridge and we should keep an eye on it. Here we sit almost a year later and this issue still isnt resolved despite numerous calls (starting a few days after install). They keep sending folks out and say they will get back to us and then nothing. We now have water that has dripped on our new hardwood floors and they are going to need to be replaced. Do not use this company!
