I loved my time here! Everyone from the office to maintenance is so kind and responsive. The community is very quiet and clean. I can’t say enough nice things about this apartment complex. If you are thinking of renting here, do not hesitate!

Ginger, Cindy, and the rest of the staff at Bridgwater went out of their way to make my over 10 year stay feel more like being in my own home than a rental. Repairs were mostly made the day I reported them, from changing a light bulb on fixtures I couldnt reach to fixing my furnace one cold Saturday night. I would recommend Bridgwater Apartments to anyone who wants great service by a friendly staff along with beautiful grounds and amenities. Thanks again for a great ten years.David Cohen A202.

Cameron helped me move in April 2020 and he handled all of my covid anxiety like a pro. He has also been super helpful in the handful of conversations Ive had with him since. My interactions with the rest of the office and maintenance staff have been great as well. Lovely, quiet community in a convenient location. The grounds are well maintained and me and my dog frequently enjoy the nearby parks/walking trails.

Shout out to the best management team ever! Ginger and Cameron are the best at what they do. I would actually consider them friends after 6 plus years here. They are here for the tenants and do everything they can to make it home. They are one of the main reasons I continue to stay. They are much appreciated!

I have lived in this wonderful community for around 2 years now..Denice, Ginger and Cameron are really the best professional property managers, I have ever seen in my six years of living in US. They are really helpful, warm, understanding and quick in addressing my concerns. They always pick up the calls, respond to emails and always have a big bright smile while receiving us.

We moved to Colorado 2 years ago and have lived at Bridgewater apartments the whole time. I shopped around at other apartment homes and you cannot beat the large porches, outdoor spaces, garages, large floor plans, location, and the management.Denice, Cindy, Ginger, and Cameron- are so helpful and accommodating. They have a lot of experience and a lot of years at this property. They handle issues fast and always friendly.Other things to note:This is an older property, not a new modern box property. It feels like a townhome.I have loved my daily bike rides in the gym, which is COVID-19 safe. You can get an updated apartment at a great price for the location- it’s awesome. You can swim year round in the heated pool.Love our privacy in our home, too.I personally thought we’d buy a home right after moving to Colorado, but we are so happy here.I can see why I have neighbors that have been here longer then us. Some residents have lived her for over 10yrs.Thank you Bridgwater team. ❤️

I lived in Bridgwater for two years and loved it. As a lot of reviews note, the staff is great. Denice, Ginger, and Cameron always go out of their way to help you. They are straightforward and honest about everything - no hidden costs/fees.Well laid out and designed units. The attached garages and storage are so clutch, easily $100-$150 more at comparable apartments. Good community, friendly neighbors, tons of restaurants nearby, a greenway running trail attached to the property,

So I have to be honest, after our tour this weekend we were very underwhelmed and a highly irritated. The photos online of the interior space are VERY misleading. There are only one or two units with the upgraded white cabinetry you see when you visit the website. Every other unit is either classic from the 1990s or cheaply “upgraded” with new handle pulls and a cheap countertop. Not a true upgrade. The reason why we are so upset is because after searching for many months, Bridgewater was one of the five apartment complexes we decided on touring. We had only one day in Denver to make a decision on where to move and we traveled from California for this tour. Had their website been more transparent and honest with what they had to offer, WE WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THIS PLACE! It was so outdated and each unit we toured was dirty and had a very old smell to it. We wasted so much time touring. When they quote you $1610 online it’s for the OUTDATED “CLASSIC” unit. If you want a unit with resurfaced countertops it’s $17-800 and if you want the unit that’s ACTUALLY shown in the photos it’s $1900! It felt like we were lied to and it was a huge disappointment. The garages are also very old and the units we viewed had stickers on the walls, holes, and it was very unfinished. The only positive to this place was Cindy; she was a great help and we loved her.

I would give them six stars if I could. Amazing apartment management team Ginger, Denice and Cameron. Cameron helped us from day one of our tour, he has been always amazing and professional. They are Very honest, friendly and caring stuffs. don’t worry they won’t rip you off or try to get every penny from you like many other rental places do, we have moved three times in past four years because my husband was in the military but this is the best experience we’ve had. They are truly amazing. Whenever we have a work order they quickly replay and usually come and fix in a day or two, the common place is always clean and well maintained. We loved location of the apartment too. Close to shops, walking distance to the parks, station etc. The apartment is very safe too. I forgot to close garage door couple of times but never really have stolen anything so as other neighbours I’ve talked to. One day I left my suitcase in the car over night and next morning I found a clime prevention note from Greenwood Village police officer! I was surprised! Overall Highly recommend the Bridgwater apartment.

I have been very impressed by the staff of this complex, the communication from the team as a hole has been great, However Ginger Glaser has gone above and beyond. Its truly impressive that they have been able to maintain such an high level of communication, professionalism and helpfulness, during such trying times.True thanks to Ginger, and the entire Bridgwater staff.Shaquille James.

Absolutely loving my new apartment here at Bridgwater. Cameron Kimpson was fantastic to work with. Whoever his manager is, he is a keeper!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This by far was my best experience ever moving into a new apartment. Everything went so smoothly, from initial viewing a unit to signing a lease. Im so happy!Maintenance is great, the grounds are nice and kept up well. Units are large, closets everywhere and lots of storage even in the garage. Very quiet, close to the Tech Center, shopping and dining. If youre looking for a place to move, this is it! Look no further!

We have lived at Bridgwater for several years. It has been a great place to live. We love the office staff. They always work hard to take care of things for us and maintenance is very fast as well. The landscaping is beautiful, they work very hard to keep it looking nice. Our apartment is very spacious, lots of storage and we have an attached garage. I would recommend Bridgwater to a friend.

I moved in Jan 2019. The price is very reasonable for its size and Greenwood Village, CO location which is walking distance to the RTD train that goes downtown. The apartment also has more space for storage then the house I moved out of. Management are extremely friendly and take care of you when issues arise. I had 2 issues after moving in. My dishwasher had a design flaw and I got a new one within 2 weeks. Also, my heater stopped working and was fixed in 10 minutes. Right now the club house is not opened for it is being remodeled. I was told there will be a grand opening social when it opens. The club house offers a TV room, swimming pool, workout machines, and Jacuzzi. Cant wait until it opens.

I have been staying here for more than a year. The apartment and the landscape is well maintained. It’s bit expensive but I guess it is because of the location. Any service request will be taken care within a day. The management is very supportive and resolves any issues immediately.

Within the last month a new resident and his family moved in above us. The new neighbor and his family are constantly running around, stomping, banging, and making other noises. Due to the poor construction of the building the running and stomping rattles the walls and and lights, and knocked items off shelves. We tried talking with the neighbors, no results. We contacted the office, I was told that they talked with neighbors... but I havent heard the results of these conversations. We have called the police, still no results. The only solution management offered was to let us out of our lease early, unfortunately due to the housing market there is nowhere for us to go. Management refuses to take any further action against our noisy neighbors. If you have a noise issue, dont expect any spine from the management or expect them to do anything other than make a buck. I do not recommend moving in here, and as soon as possible my wife and I will be leaving. This is by far the worst apartment experience we have ever had.

Since I’ve left this place, they have done nothing but damaged my credit and I’m still fighting with bridgewater today. Nobody wants to take accountability and fix what they did. Not only my credit but my wife’s credit as well. I have never dealt with such incompetent arrogant people. Don’t get me wrong it’s not everyone. I met some nice people but they are hustlers and if they don’t get the money they want they will find a way to dismantle your credit.

I drove around DTC many a times, and kept coming back to this location. I loved it here, I have now been moved out about 6 months, and I miss the location, along with the apartment layouts, space, garage, parking, .. I could go on.Home is where we hang our hats, and lay our head, and this felt like a great home.I had a one bedroom with a HUGE porch located on the first floor. The garage was perfect for storage, and it had enough room to fit a four door SUV in. I had a dog while I was there, and she loved the spaces outside where you could take your animals walking or running. The pool is great, however the hot tub left some to be desired. More so than not the Hot tub didnt work. The gym was great, as they provided everything you needed for a great work out.The office, club house was well lit, and the staff- was simply amazing. Every time you went to the offices, they were smiling, and happy. When I visited sometimes it was hard to stop talking because they became good friends quickly. I also have to mention that any or all maintenance requests were taken care of immediately, or within 24 hours of a phone call. The staff is superior in service and quality. My apartment came with a back entrance through the garage, and a front entrance through the porch. I moved from a house, so had plenty of room for all of my patio furniture. The neighbors were professional - and like me - a lot of them there temporary or on a project for work. I was there for one year. Now and then there was noise above me- but like everyone else in the complex, most people are business professionals and their lights are out by 10pm on weeknights.Overall- if I could have this location in the location I am in now- I would take it ten times. I thoroughly recommend this location, and the staff is amazing.(One thing- if you can- buy your own washer and dryer.. they charge 40.00 a month for use of their washer and dryer.. when I bought my own I saved a ton of $$)If I could go back, I would

This is the worst place I have ever lived.we have bought out of our rent for this month and are moving in June to get away from this place.I can honestly say that after having lived up and down the East Coast and Midwest, Bridgewater Apartments are terrible. for starters they are extremely overpriced for the location and amenities. they continually raised their rates after youre moved in. what started out as completely reasonable for 2bed, 2bath has become more expensive than Boston or New York City for half that size. you can find the same features for less all over Denver Tech Center or surrounding counties.they are constantly doing construction and landscaping.CONSTANTLY. are you an ICU nurse who needs to sleep during the day so you can save lives at night? too bad. have an infant child who needs lots of sleep but are unable to afford a day care? too bad. theres always extremely loud mowing or blowing or carpentry or something going on, several times a month, starting sharp @ 9AM and continuing unabated until usually 6 or 7PM.thats right.you think union laborers would want to go home at like 4, but no. these guys are busting out heavy machinery thats meant to curate MASSIVE acres of land just to cut and blow on some little pathways and patches of grass for HOURS.literally the worst place I have ever lived.if youre moving to Denver/DTC, look anywhere other than Bridgwater.
