I am 100% pleased with my experience with 101 Mobility. My chair lift was installed on time and the representative was on time and pleasant. The chair lift is easy to operate and safe to use. I have never felt unsafe in it. It is quiet and easy to operate. And it made it possible for me to reach the second story of my home and use my own bed and bath after my heart attack, stroke and guillain barre. It saved us from having to convert our dining room into a bedroom. I can recommend this product and company to anyone interested.

We have been very impressed with 101 Mobility staff. From the time we ordered until installation, it was only about 3 weeks. The technician spent a lot of time going over the features with us after the installation and making sure that we knew exactly how to use the lift before leaving. The lift works great and gives us peace of mind.

They helped our customer out in an emergency situation from a fire loss and needed to have a wheel chair access installed within a few hours. I would highly recommend to use them! Great customer service and quick response.

Travis & Tyler came out to do the installation. They were very personable. I purchased a vertical platform lift. It is very sturdy. I did not have enough space to have a ramp so this was perfect. It does not take away from the house looks. The installation only took a couple of hours. Now I do not have to experience the excruciating pain from climbing steps. It is worth the money considering the years I will get to enjoy the lift. Thanks so much. You made my day.

We had a terrific experience with 101 Mobility. My parents needed a stair lift and some shower grab bars installed in their house and 101 Mobility made the whole process uncomplicated. They stayed in touch with us through the ordering process and the guys on the installation team were courteous and efficient. My parents are extremely happy with their purchases!

I enjoyed the ease of ordering services. Needed 2 mobility scooters for my senior (80+) parents to get around Greenville SC. It was convenient to have the scooters dropped off at the hotel before our arrival and the ability to leave them there for pick up. The 101 Mobility Staff was great to work with and now that my parents have discovered this service, they will definitely use for trips to other cities. They never thought they could site see like this and having the ability to get a scooter delivered to the hotel of their destination has opened the possibility to get out more. BIG THANKS 101 Mobility. Kevin / Atlanta GA.

I cant say enough good things about 101 Mobility. I reached out to them about renting some accessible equipment for a big school event at Sara Collins Elementary. Not only did they have all the equipment we needed but they generously donated everything. David and Janice were so friendly and easy to work with. And because of their kindness and generosity the kids at Sara Collins who have adaptive equipment were able to attend the event and not worry about how they would get around. Thank you to 101 Mobility for caring for our kids at Sara Collins. You made a lot of kids and parents very happy and grateful. And we look forward to growing the relationship between Sara Collins Elementary and 101 Mobility.

We installed a residential elevator in a new build. 101 Mobility was responsive, knowledgeable, and has good follow through. They were patient with the our building process when we had delays not related to them, then worked hard to get us scheduled in quickly when we were ready to proceed. In-person preparation and planning at our site helped the design and process go smoothly. They came and stayed on the job till it was done. Very happy with the service.

When I first purchased the stair lift for my wife (who had 2 strokes) I thought 101 Mobility was the best thing since sliced bread. We have had the unit only 14 months now. In month 13 we noticed the chair was squeaking when going up and down the track. Also for some reason it would not start from the top of the stairs without constantly working with the switch. The owner came out within a week of me calling them and said he had no idea why the unit would not start up sometimes since it would not do it while he was here. He also used Pledge furniture spray on a rag and wiped it on the copper strip where the contacts touch. This stopped the squeaking immediately. He then charged me $95 and left. He was here all of 5 minutes. That was fine with me since the problem appeared to be resolved, as far as the squeaking went. After about 3 or 4 days we noticed the squeaking back again. Each day it gradually got worse. Plus the unit, from time to time still would not start from the top of the stairs as it should without continually starting and stopping the switch. I called 101 again and the girl I spoke to said she would have someone call me. I waited 2 weeks for that call and never heard a word. I called them back on Thursday 7/26/18 and complained that I had not heard from them and the same girl apologized and said again that she would have the owner call me. He called a short time later and apologized for not getting back with me sooner and said he recalled getting an email from the girl at their office as well as the message but just got busy and forgot to get in touch. That was this past Thursday afternoon, July 26. He told me he had an uninstall to do that afternoon and that if he could not get out that day that it would be Friday morning. I told him that if not Thursday afternoon then it would need to be Friday afternoon as I would not be home Friday morning. He said he would come Thursday. I have yet to hear from him and it is now Sunday morning, 7/29/18. This only leads me to believe it true that once they get your money, service goes by the wayside. I might mention that this stair lift is only used once to come down in the mornings and once to go up in the evenings. It is rare, but sometimes there is a need for my wife to go up during the day so in that event, when that happens, it is used twice per day. It is a Bruno, $5,000 unit. I spent more to get better...but now I am left wondering if I did the right thing in the beginning. While the folks at 101 have never been anything but kind and courteous, I am not getting the service I think I should.

Don’t do what I did!!! I used another company closer to Asheville to install our stairlift. It wasn’t adjusted correctly and stalled after 6 months! The other company wouldn’t return my call for service for 3 weeks! The maker of the lift told me to call 101 Mobility. They serviced and fixed our lift with such professionalism and technical knowledge! Travis was incredible! I truly regret not using 101 Mobility from the beginning! They are the truly BEST!

These folks were great. I got injured right before a big trip and someone suggested I go through a local company instead of renting the mobility scooter on site. When I called, the woman explained my options and offered delivery/pickup for $50. When you are short on time $50 is a deal BUT I had time right before my trip. The morning of my trip everything that could go wrong went wrong and they called to make sure everything was still ok. When I got there, I dont know why but it all the stress and anxiety hit me at once and I wasnt sure if I even wanted the scooter. Im 32 not 102. They were very patient with me and kept me on track and even showed me the knee scooter as another option but I knew that the motorized scooter was the right choice. They took the time to show me all the controls and even how to break it down/set it back up making sure to show me all the tricks to make it easier. At one point, I got overwhelmed and almost backed out but the owner looked at me in the eye and calmly said Hey, you can do this. I calmed down, loaded the scooter with their help and had a great time on my trip. I couldnt have covered the distance required with my cane. Just keeping off of my leg for the weekend was helpful in my recovery. I would use their services again but hopefully, I wont have to.Side note: The convention wanted $240 for the three day holiday weekend and 101 Mobility was $75 for the week for the smaller scooter. If you are going on a cruise or to Disney know that those locations charge much more than these folks.

Loved the scooter rental. Came apart easily and was simple to transfer and put back together. Easy to operate. Only took up a small area of my trunk. I rented it for a relative when she came to visit Greenville. Went downtown, Botanical Gardens in Clemson and Brevard. She was so happy to see the area.

We had an issue with a K2 stairlift sold to us by EasyClimber(wouldn’t recommend them at ALL).After over 2 months of trying to get them on the phone to help with my mothers stairlift problems I finally received a call back but only after leaving a very nasty message. So EasyClimber contacts David Dorn who is a franchise owner of Mobility 101 to come fix the problems. Mr. Dorn is very knowledgeable about the product and has over 12 years of experience installing and working with these and other models. He was punctual, courteous, clean and you could tell he took pride in what he was doing. If I had known what I know now, I would have purchased the product from David. Needless to say he fixed the issues and even found some improperly installed parts and removed and replaced them properly. There is still an issue that he is checking with the product engineers directly to understand what could be causing the issue. I have no doubt he will get it resolved after his phone call to the manufacturer.VERY PLEASED WITH DAVID and recommend him to everyone.Mike Mobley
