First time here and absolutely loved it! i don’t know the name of the guy that did my nails, but he was extremely gentle and gave his opinions on what i should do with my nails. prices were very reasonable as well, being a college student that wants cute nails this is the place to go! fill in, shape change and 2 colors for only $40!!! so good. highly recommend this place!!

I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE. I am still new to carolina and have been to at least 10 different nail salons. All the places I’ve been I’ve gotten a full set of acrylics and they have all had something wrong with them. Rather they didn’t fill in my whole nail, my nails were un even, design wasn’t right, or my nails were lumpy but this place was AMAZING. My nails came out looking perfect no lumps, perfectly even, and the design was spot on. I can’t remember my nail techs name but he was such a nice guy. I wasn’t expecting to pay $67 for a full set but it was WELL worth it. The place was clean people were friendly I loved it there. Will most definitely be going to this place from here on out.

My new favorite nail salon!! Ive gotten a new acrylic set and fill-in and Ive been satisfied both times. Ive been on Saturday in the middle of the day and there was no wait. The quality of their work is amazing, and they are able to do many different designs. I usually show them a picture and they are able to do it.

The guy, I think his name was Tyler, was amazing! He’s first person I’ve been able to find who can actually shape my nails correctly and he did exactly what I wanted. He took his time in working on my nails and made sure everything was to my liking before I left. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in until the time I left. I will most definitely be going back here!

I’ve gone here 3 times. First time my polished stayed on for 3 weeks! I was so excited. Next time I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it stayed on for a little less than 2 which is normal for me. However this third time, I got a gel manicure Thursday and it’s already peeling up. Inconsistency is frustrating.

I usually always come here, so I was surprised at how rude the nail tech “Mei” was. I asked her to do a design she claims she could do it, and it was horrible. I asked her to just wipe it off and I got just one color instead. Instead of being nice and understanding she was very rude and snappy! I’ve been coming to polish for years! Eversince Oomie and Kali left they went down hill! The only decent tech left is Tyler! I should’ve just waited for him!

Dont go the last hour they are open you will get a rush job!! 35.00 to much to pay for poor service!! Nails look awful! Bubbles and all !! They looked like this about 10 mins after they rushed us out!

Have been looking for a nail shop closer to my apartment and decided to try polished. I was hoping I would become a regular but as a customer spending $65 on an acrylic set I am very angry. My right hand was shaped fine but my left hand is completely off. I wasted my money. There was no cushion to lay my arms on while he worked so they hurt. And he didn’t even lotion my hands when he was done. But the other customers got this service. I don’t know if there is a bias to new customers. I am so unhappy. I do not recommend. Go to New York Nails Greenville Mall. I terribly regret trusting polished. If I could remove my nails I would.

This was my first time coming….I got here around 10:05 & 3 hours later I’m still waiting this is ridiculous!! There was only one person in front of me so I’m confused why Im still waiting!! & if you guys are low on staff then why didn’t you mention that 3 hours ago!! & Not One person has came up to me & said so sorry for the long wait do you need anything or nothing!!

Spend your money where it’s appreciated. They overcharge and are very rude. They can’t even stay off their cellphones for one minute. Most of them don’t even have their nail license.FYI :: Barbicide certifications are not EQUIVALENT to a state board nail license.

I went to about 3 salons that would not except me for one reason or the other and this place was the only one willing to service me. Very friendly staff, cozy dim lighting, and never a long wait. I love how the pedicure station is in the back because I am not comfortable showing my feet before they have been done. They have alot of seating for pedicures so u are never directly beside anyone unless u want to be.

I had booked online w/ the price they had. I get there and immediately was seated which was nice. I come to learn the prices have changed and they would not honor the online price I booked with nor give a small discount. They have updated their site which is good but the prices are ridiculous. Unless I pay way more for Gel for them to last more than 3 days. $55 for a basic mani & pedi (not even Gel). Greenville has lost its mind! Back to my home spa :)

I went into Polished May 28th ...for a full set and polish change on my toes. As of today June 9th 2 of my nails have popped off on my left hand. A nail on my right hand started lifting the day after I got them done .. not sure if it’s the guy who did them or what but I am very disappointed considering the amount of money I paid and was charged for length and my nails weren’t even long.

Tyler is the absolute best nail person in Greenville ❤️❤️❤️ He takes his time and is thorough and detail oriented! He’s also freaking hilarious!!! Thank you for always doing an incredible job!!!

A coworker/friend of mine asked me to join her and get our nails done. She got a full acrylic set, while I opted for a pedi. This was the first time I have gone to this place and I didn’t realize until we had left, that I swear at least some of the staff was from Glamour Nails (permanently closed). My pedi went well, except I wasn’t pleased with the lack of communication from my tech and she seemed to be disorganized with her work. While I was waiting for my turn, I witnessed the staff argue with another client, which is totally unprofessional. The man that did my friends full set, I have dealt with him in the past. He appears to be in charge, but doesn’t know his products from a hole in the wall. Her set was lifting 3 days after they were put on and by day 5, 2 nails popped off. We will never return to this salon.

My first time there and I truly enjoyed my experience! Great pricing, I got gel pedicure and gel manicure for under $70! Great service and very clean environment. My mother and I worked with Paulina & Tyler , they were excellent employees. We absolutely enjoyed them! No exaggerations, it was a real great salon.

I will definitely go back. I believe my techs name was Katie and she did an excellent job! She periodically checked with me to make sure she was doing things to my liking. I didnt feel like just another customer. She made me feel that giving me exactly what I wanted was important to her.

I love this place. The people are not only extremely talented at what they do but they are nice every time that I go. Oomie is super talented and just has an eye for what you need and makes great suggestions. I always get compliments when I let her do my nails. Deante gives an amazing pedicure. He does not cut you short on your service. He goes all out and is kind. I love their new online booking service. That cuts out the lengthy wait time. Pay attention when you book via facebook to see if you get a text back whether you are confirmed or not. They get a lot of requests. Love, love, love though everything about this place.

I have gone to Polished several times over the last 2 years. I cant help but feel that I should have learned my lesson the first time I witnessed the staff being unprofessional to their clients. I have generally been pleased with the appearance of my nails. They have a nice variety of colors and services to choose from. However, while there are a few technicians who are wonderful and professional, my last visit was a severe disappointment all around. I made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, waited 20 minutes (which I was honestly fine with, stuff happens), was given a seat at a booth, and told to move to another booth (still fine, stuff happens). When I was finally seated with the person who would be doing my liquid gel fill-in, I got a bad feeling when he seemed to have forgotten all about what I was having done. He proceeded to walk away for about 15 minutes, came back, looked at his phone and walked away again. He finally began the process of removing my old polish, got about halfway done with one hand and walked away again. He repeated this about 7 times over the next hour or so. He then answered a phone call and walked away again for a period of time i lost track of. About an hour and a half after my being seated, he finally started filling my nails in. He was constantly distracted and walking away from me. When he finally finished my nails, they were very thin and the color was not evenly applied. There were grooves in the color, but after being there for much longer than my appointments usually take I was in no mood to stay any longer, especially given the poor service I was receiving. My nails began to chip within 2 days and fully lifted within a week. I will not be going back to Polished Nails.

Paulina is so kind and gentle. She did my mani , pedi, and eyelash extentions. She also made sure I was comfortable..I highly recommend this place

I went for the first time yesterday to get a full set of acrylics. my friend went with me and her nails were fine (just much shorter than she asked for), but after taking forever my nails were horrible. i had to leave because my friend had class, so i called and explained my issues and the tech said he would fix them. i was extremely nice and explained that the acrylic was super thick and he didnt even paint the top of my nails so you could look straight down in and see the clear part. he also got acrylic all over my fingers and it took forever (at another salon) to get it off. the sides were also already lifting off (recipe for a bacterial infection right there). the tips were also way too wide for my nails so they looked awful there too. he filed my nails from the bottom to make them thinner which made my natural nails even more obvious since he barely trimmed them in the first place! he then slapped nail polish on top which literally dripped down onto my fingers! he told me that he sides were peeling up because of my nail shape but i explained that i have had acrylics multiple times and never had an issue with that. he proceeded to literally get up and walk away from me and ignore me. i quietly got up and left and wasnt even offered a refund or a free removal. i went to michaels nails on charles blvd and the nail tech there literally said oof when he saw my nails. they were extremely nice and after a waste of $30 at polished my nails look amazing. DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. RUDE AND HORRIBLE WORK. i would give them negative stars if i could. and im sorry the pictures do not do the horrible job justice.

They OVERCHARGED ME (without telling me) & charged me $105 for 2 full sets with NO designs or ANYTHING! When I asked why it was so high, they said that they now only do gel and they charged an EXTRA charge for the both of us on TOP of the already outrageous price...due to the length and shape, & the multiple color selection from my daughters...never ever have I been overcharged this way...I also kept telling the technician to cut them shorter, but he did not...but yet then charged me extra for the long length..rediculous...our nails started lifting not even a week later! NOT ACCEPTABLE! WASTE OF MONEY!...I will never go back here. They were nice but take advantage of you financially and the quality of the nails are not up to par in comparison with the other salons I have experienced.

Unfortunately I’m giving such a low review for the customer service. Me and a friend came in to each get a full set. First, they wouldn’t let her use her student discount despite her having the proof that she was a student. Second, one of the ladies rang up my total before I was done...I would have been okay with that but they messed up my nails after I paid and did not refund me for that. I originally asked for a hand painted design but since the tech couldn’t do it she put a sticker on them instead. I would have been okay w this but when I mentioned that they had already charged me for designs and that it shouldnt be the original price, they all argued with me and told me I was wrong. But I’ve also never paid $45 for a NORMAL POLISH full set with two stickers...so you decide for yourself. And not to mention the tech didn’t even put the stickers on correctly. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my time at this establishment, have been a long time customer, will never come again.

This was my best nail spa experience. I was pleased at how they took their time and made sure my nails and my girls nails were perfect. Will definitely go back and recommend them above any other nail salon that I’ve been to. They do a great job on eyebrows too.

My sister and I went to this nail salon and the technician told us initially it would be roughly 30 minutes. Afterwards a Caucasian woman walked in and while we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes she sits down for not even a good 10 minutes and was directed to a chair for further services. We asked the lady before us if they took appointments and she explained that she had called earlier with that same concern and was told they were not accepting walk-ins and she still hasn’t been seen for her nails. My sister and I walked out and will never be back again!

Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service is better at McDonald’s. Had a new (Just out of school) pedicure tech in which I’m open to learning. However I was trying to explain to her I have ingrown toenails so I need the sides clipped. She went to get another tech to help her and the lady basically refused and said”we don’t get those out”. REALLY, I have never heard such at any nail salon. The guy at the front playing on his phone and not giving any customer service. Never will return again!!!

Googled nail salons in the Greenville area and this salon had greats reviews so I figured I would try it. They lived up to all the great reviews and more! I went in today on a Saturday at that and got great service that really didn’t take that long even though they were busy. I don’t remember the guy’s name who did my pedicure and gel manicure but he was very professional and did a great job! Definitely will be going back!

The service was fantastic, the wait was short, the staff was super nice. However, I payed $10 extra dollars to get chrome on my gel nails and it immediately started coming off the same day I got them done. I didn’t hit my nail on anything it just started wiping off slowly but surely. I have had chrome before and I’ve never had this happen. So I would suggest that if you get your nails done here, do not get chrome!

Actually I come here a lot and I deal with a certain tech whom is very nice and she makes every visit pleasant she is the older lady and the only lady that does the eye lash extensions and eyebrows but today when I went I dealt with the owner named Sam whom was very rude for no reason. My services came to $20 and I was using a gift card that had exactly that on it and she said it was declined however the gift card transactions come to my phone and it showed me that she charged me $24 instead of $20 so when I tried to show her that she started loudly yelling its declined its declined and laughing while saying so. I then used my bank card and paid and tipped my tech and then a guy came over and I showed him and he apologized and tried to explain that it would release the funds that got stuck on the gift card in a day or so but the fact the the owner was that rude and I thought it was funny was very rude and ridiculous especially being that Ive been coming here for over a year and this was my only bad experience and it was involving her the OWNER!

The customer service provided by my nail tech Rosa and Paulina was awesome. I was really pleased with level of care I received for a deluxe pedicure. My SNS manicure looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the next day 4 of my sns overlay on my nails were lifting. This has never happened in all if the 3years I have gotten sns. Usually my sns last at least 3-4 weeks. I was disappointed because I was already out of town 2 hours away. I had to get nail glue to hold my nails together. I was considering going back and I would love to as Rosa and Paulina were so friendly. I am not sure that I will. But hopefully they will look into this and fix the issue.

Called prior to see if they offered a nail service in which they didnt need to use a drill due to my nails being thin because of a vitamin D deficiency. They confirmed they did offer a non drill service. When I showed up, I asked again, they confirmed again they had a process which didnt use a drill. I was planning to get a mani/pedi/ and wax, but the guy I spoke with came up and put the nail service he had told me about and sent me on the way without asking if I wanted any other services. So I was resolved to just the manicure at this point. A different guy took me to a chair and began working on my nails. Sure enough, out came the drill. Im super shy, so I didnt say anything, but after being so adamant about not having a drill, I figured the massage would have been shared. I was assuming this would be like any other manicure, but they only cleaned my nails and put a gel polish on them. This was not what I wanted, nor what I asked for. At least the nails look nice, which is the only saving grace, but I will most likely need to go somewhere else and get them redone in a week or so.

The service here is amazing!!! If you want your toes done right ask for Deonte. He is the only one I let touch my feet.

I love going to this nail salon! I’ve only been like four times, but I haven’t been disappointed. Got my eyebrows done there for the first time as well and I was so nervous but they look great!

Nails looked pretty nice... $44 for tips on nails was pretty high in my opinion. The atmosphere was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. One of the nail techs kept cursing throughout my stay, even when prompted by my nail tech to stop. She had to drop at least 3 F bombs in my 1 hour there.

I came today with my girlfriend and it was busy however the service was great, everything was handled with care! I love the people here lol, they’re funny , they actually offered me something to drink even though I was just waiting for my girl. I see a lady in the comments saying that the people are racist and I don’t see how, when I saw multiple races working here, doesn’t sound right to me. I recommend this place!

First time going here. Pedicure itself was really good. The description on the site is not what I received. No paraffin wax, no hot stones, no aromatic salts, etc.I walked in and was asked what i wanted. My nails were wrapped and o was taken to a pedicure chair. At no point did i get a chance to choose anu colors for my nails. (Im so used to that being the #1 question) The massage chair seemed worn. The cushion in the seat seemed thin and the armrests seemed to sit lower than Ive experienced before. I also couldnt get my chairs backrest to tilt toward or backward rest slide the whole seat up or back. I was offered Coke products to drink (was not offered wine). There was only 1 hot towel placed over my legs after the hand massage. Not each leg wrapped in a hot towel.The nail tech performing my manicure did not earn a tip from me. I would point certain things out and she would say its fine. I got the almond shape and some nails are bumpy in their shape. She went over then several times. I got the SNS powder done and she wasnt courteous enough to brush off my hands and wrists but would constantly brush off hers.I will say that my services ran past the closing time and I did not feel rushed at all. I have mixed emotions about my first experience here.

I went recently for acrylic nails and they turned out okay but definitely couldve been better. Some of my nails are crooked or slant more to one side compared to others and some nails are wider because the nail tech didnt file them to be skinnier. I wouldnt recommend this place to a friend

The best place in town to get your nails done. I am a powerlifter and get SNS with shellac polish on top, my nails look great for three weeks. The employees there are super friendly and make sure you love your nails before you leave.

Waited over an hour and a half to be seated to have acrylic nails done. I asked for matte black nails, and they came out transparent. Pedicure was sub-par as well.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place so decided to try it myself.... never will I ever again. The color I chose and the color that was put on my nails were totally two different colors! They are extremely overpriced for the service... I’ve never in my life payed over $30 for a simple fill-in and that is with a student discount... I do not recommend this place and will never return.

I read online that they were cheap and that was right. I only paid $20 but I had the worst experience of my life. They took off my previous gel nails with a scraping tool and it hurt really badly. The girl complained about her marriage then bought cigarettes off of her co worker right in front of me. She never wore gloves or washed her hands. I will never go back to this place again. It was dirty and my manicure was poorly done.

Came to get SNS on my nails here and I am so happy with the work that they did. First, I really like the fact that they have SO MANY SNS colors to choose from. Most places do not have such a wide varied to choose from. As for the actual SNS, I really like that they do not leave them thick so it looks really natural. Plus, they take their time to leave them looking good. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Ive been to this salon a few different times for various services and have always been pleased until today. Went back today and my boyfriend came with me because we both wanted pedicures. They set us up as normal and proceeded with preparing our basins to soak our feet. As our feet were soaking, one of the owners (i assume), came up to me (instead of my boyfriend who was right beside me), to tell me they only had males completing pedicures today and the one female was supposed to come do pedicures said she was sick and unsure if she could make it in. While he is telling me this he is motioning towards my boyfriend. I was a little confused and said oh ok thats fine, just thinking he meant there werent enough technicians for us to be able to get our pedicures done at the same time. The owner proceeds to say we will let him soak while you get yours done. Again, I agreed, because my understanding was that the same guy who did my pedicure would just do my boyfriends pedicure next, since we were the first ones in the building for pedicures. Well, fast forward 45 min later, my pedicure is done, the technician leaves and doesnt return for about 10 minutes, then goes directly to another female across from me who arrived at least 30 min after we did. I ask sir, excuse me, I thought my boyfriend was next. He says let me go speak to my manager to see what he wants me to do. He comes back and tells me the same thing the original guy said we only have male technicians doing pedicures today, Im sorry. I say ok but I just thought you would do his after mine, the technician just says well ok, i dont know, gives my boyfriend a towel to dry his feet then walks away from us. So i guess they have a policy that any sex can do a female pedicure (because Ive had pedicures done by males and females at this location), but only females can do a male pedicure. Not once did anyone ask my boyfriend if he had a preference of male or female, because he didnt. And once we basically expressed he still wanted the pedicure we just kept being told we only have males here today doing pedicures. No one ever explicitly said we wont be able to do his pedicure today. So he basically sat there for an hour soaking his feet in lukewarm water. Im disappointed in the lack of communication/explanation and probably wont return to this salon in the future.

They did an amazing job on my nails! Came in with my sister and her two small children (4 and 1) and they were extremely kind and understanding with the little ones and even provided their own iPad to keep them entertained, well worth the money and great customer service, we’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed. Nails were good but eyelashes were TERRIBLE. Right after Sam applied them they were lifting. Went to bed that night and the eyelash that was supposed to last 2 WEEKS FELL OUT. I woke up and had no eyelash. Informed them and then did not get my money back. Long story short. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Sam had a terrible attitude about fixing the issues. I calmly walked out but I will be telling everyone I know not to go there. Agh

Kiara did a gel mani and regular pedi for me today. She was super sweet and did a really nice job. Salon is clean and they use single use tool packs which I really appreciate! My nails look awesome!!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for awhilenow. Full sets and fill ins and i’ve never had a problem. Today, however when I went, there was a new tech, or at least new to me, who had never done my nails before. but i didn’t want to sit all day so I went with him instead of Tyler, my go to. First of all, my nails are all different shapes and sizes. none of my nails on my left hand match the ones on my right and they’re all crooked. Not to mention, my left ring finger is DRAMATICALLY longer than all other nails on my left hand. I got this done around 11. Before I paid and left I voiced my complaints to the receptionist who directed me to the one nail tech who I know to be really good. She tells me to give her my number, she’ll text me when I can come back. Hours have passed and no one had texted me, so i called about 2:30. She informed me to come around 4-5. I arrived about 4:45. It’s now almost 6pm and my nails are still janky. There needs to be protocols in place for when the NAIL TECH jacks up someone’s nails. They shouldn’t have to wait for hours on end to get them fixed due to no fault of their own. The nail techs and owners expect a payment, but don’t want to provide prompt service to unsatisfied customers. I hope this doesn’t happen again because I love this place but I paid $33 for quite literally, a mess.

Love this place just started going there because my mom introduced me and they are very affordable and great at what they do. I love Sam and everyone else amazing nail place ! :)
