Jeffery and Oscar were absolutely AMAZING! This is the second time they have helped our store and each time they are both super informative on what is happening and fast working. He designed a safer entry access control. We absolutely loved his ideas. He and Daniel completed the work this week. It’s wonderful. A pleasure having them in my store. We had three locks installed yesterday - we provided the hardware and removed the old locks so it took about 45 minutes. We were quoted a $65 call out charge and $65 for every hour but at the end of the service the locksmith said it was actually a completely incorrect quote and we had to pay $290! The service was okay - we actually had them booked for the day before (our moving day) but they said they made an error and scheduled it for the next day (yesterday) instead so I had to take another day off work. Due to this lack of communication and incorrect pricing, we will not be using this service again unfortunately but thought it was important for others to know while researching.Edited: Oscar reached out to my husband (who made the appointment) and explained the situation to him and that the appointment setter had been incorrectly trained but he issued a partial refund - thank you for helping, Oscar!

Came out saw that the door handle was damaged. They ended up driving out to hardware store and pick a new one for me. At no extra charge! Very professional, fast and quality! The staff on the phone was awesome! I couldn’t have received better service and for the price!

Oscar, the owner, is one of the nicest people I have met in a very long time. I had an issue with my front door hardware/lock..a previous locksmith told me he could not repair.I was in a time crunch with an up and coming move. At the time, he couldnt install the new lock i had purchased because it was the wrong size for my 2.25 door frame frame.So he gave me some advice..I am forever grateful. A couple of weeks ago, I was trying to assist an elderly lady in the neighborhood. She had fallen, and the folks who had come to check on her had unfortunately needed to damage her door to get to her. The representative she sent came out and assessed the damage for free, and had a very good recommendation for what to do.I was really struck by their kindness and willingness to help, and I am so grateful for their assistance! An email with contact info and photo of technician was provided when the tech was in route.Ken was very friendly, very professional, and did a great job.. Never once did I feel I needed to keep tabs on what he was doing. Ive not used them personally but they were installing a lock on a door of a business I frequent. The man doing it was a complete jerk to the customers going in an out. If you hate your job so much, find another one

Tried to call to get a quote and the guy was EXTREMELY rude! He kept asking for my name and address then credit card info! I kept telling him I just needed to know the price to unlock my car but he just asked over and over for my information. Finally I asked him if he could just tell me how long before he could have someone out then he proceeded to inform me that No one was available tonight! Are you kidding me? These people are NOT local like they would have us believe by paying for an ad in Google local or something similar . They are obviously some HUGE money hungry franchise with a local call center in who knows what country with no sense of customer service whatsoever. I hate to leave a one star for anyone but sometimes you have no choice! Youve been warned!
