Very helpful and responsive staff who are happy to help. Quick to help with any issues, including when I had problems with my I-9. They also responded to my application in less than 2 weeks when I initially applied and the process was simple and straight-forward.

Not a good company to work for

Noone ever answers the phone or returns calls. Called twice a day for a whole week and left numerous voicemails and couldnt get anything done!

Worst Staffing company ever! HTI and Etcon are way better. Ask any Borg Warner employee how bad this company is. They are terrible. I cant wait to see damage control respond to this! If you guys wold not have lied about our pay not changing at Borg Warner at the time that you switched with HTI, you would not have caught such ridicule. You guys told us our raise schedule wold not change. You lied. We sat right there and heard it, we are not stupid! And dont even get me started on the 6 point demerit system. Lotta good workers lost their jobs, myself included. Dont get me wrong, Ive been fired from a few jobs but am still amiable with those former employers. But they did not lie to me! So any biased assumed from my departure are unwarranted.

Trying to make a fast buck like every single temp agency Borg Warner, contracts with. Period.As a former investigator Peak is only interested in your first 3 to 4 months... At sub average wage in a right to work, state to give cover to non AGE discrimination!Once you have fulfilled your duty... Expecting to be hired,... They can you for NO articuable reason so they can collect their fee!!! LolThis is how large corporations like Borg Warner can claim, to abide by EEOC requirements of non discrimination, just like their oh so.... Genuine mission statement....Of respect for all blah blah blah.... While still desimating the aged work force... Yet falsely maintaining a corporate image of respectability!Good luck with THAT BW ... Worst place ever to work for. I was told I was a grunt worker! This by onsite manager at Borg Warner Seneca.They hire you in for one job and you wind up being a janitor! Never work for these people!

Don’t ever work for this company very unprofessional, lack of communication. Left work cause my one month old had fever they didn’t answer phones so I left work got fired a few days later. Why didn’t they fire me the next day cause they was on vacation nobody don’t ever answer phone! Go to HTI
