I WAS A TEAM LEAD FOR ONE OF THE LINES. I DIDNT MISS A DAY OR WAS NEVER LATE AND THIS IS HOW HTI TREATS VETERANS.IM A COMBAT VETERAN WITH A COMBAT RELATED DISABILITY.THIS IS HOW HTI TREATS VETERANS WHO SACRIFICED THEIR WELLBEING FOR THE GREATER GOOD FOR THIS COUNTRY.

My name is Deja and I signed up for the virtual hiring two days ago and still no one has call me back or answer the phone when I call

I went to the job fair last Saturday and was basically lied to. I have over 10yrs experience on everything they have to offer at (OP). And the guy who checked my application out said the my work history was excellent. Someone would be calling me Monday no later than Tuesday. Im a man of my word ,I expect the same from people. Just to let (HTI) know its 8/1/2020. Guess u gotta to have a Certain kinda of look or they just needed some people to show up and apply so they would have a report of the number people that applied for positions file with HTI/OP.🤷🏿‍♂️🤔🤫. NOT TO MENTION ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I WAS LIVING OUT A HOTEL NEEDED WORK FAST SO I CAN GET A APARTMENT.

They rely too heavily on a Psych evaluation that really isn’t a good predictor of job performance. If you don’t meet their desired scores then you basically get “black balled” from any further opportunities. Relying on correlational data is problematic in so many ways and yet they continue to do so. If you want a job, I’d definitely recommend using a different staffing agency.

Good place to quickly obtain work. They will get you placed in a position, but will drag their feet when it comes to pay. Terrible communication amongst staff!! Advice: clocking in and out means nothing. Keep track of your time. Dont expect to be paid on time. Better yet, just stay away, especially from the Spartanburg location. There are plenty of agencies who value and respect their employees, and their time. I would not advise anyone to work for them.

My experience with HTI was phenomenal. During my interview process with the company Ms.Taylor King was right along with me. She wanted to know how the interview went and gave me updates along the way. When I came in for on-boarding she was very professional and answered every question I had about the company. She didn’t seemed bothered or in a rush to do anything other than to help me through the process. Thank you for a great experience Ms.King and HTI!

Totally worthless, dont trust any recruiter, all they do is get your hopes up when really all they are doing is filling up their prospects database, Ive never had a recruiter help me, ever. And HTI is no different, once they cant place you (after leading you on) theyll ignore you and never respond back. Worthless waste of time......liars

Found me a great career and went out of their way to do so. I would give 10 stars if I could.
