I definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find a job. They found my resume on a job search site and contacted me to see if I would be interested in working with them. I was a little hesitate at first but decided to go in and speak with Janelle. I actually found a job that I was interested in on their job postings and told her I was interested. She sent my resume over to the job and got an interview set up for me. I went to the interview and the next day, I was offered the job. She was really great to work with and the whole process happened very quickly. It was a week and a half between meeting with her the first time and my job offer. If you are looking for a new job, they are the people to go to.

My experiences, and that of two of my co-workers,coming from a Fortune 50 company here in Greenville, mirror those other reviews whereby FGP showed a lack of communication, motivation, and interest with prospective clients. I suspect that unless you contact them at exactly the right time,with the requested skillset(s) , youre not going to get much from them if anything. Keep your expectations low and you wont be disappointed.

I have worked with Find Great People for about a year now. I started out on a temp job my rep was Katie Hinson. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct with the job and that I was treated well. That job ended and she has me an interview within 2 days and a new job within 5 day. Poor attitude, treated me like I was a lowlife, clearly didnt bother to read over my resume and all around was a terrible experience. I left their office and went over to another recruiting firm and had a great job the next week. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I was contacted recently about a position in Alabama. I set up numerous times for a phone interview, and their representative stood me up each time, calling back later and leaving a voicemail while I was at work at my current job. Several times I attempted to call her at a time that she stated that she would definitely be at her desk and got her voicemail and no return phone call until the next day when I was at work. After numerous attempts to speak with them about the job, I finally stopped attempting to contact them and ignored further voice messages.

Another bad recruiting company as I have applied to several jobs this company has posted and never heard anything back from any of them. I got one call once and I tried calling them back and they never answered I left a voicemail and they never called me back. What kind of recruiting company/job placement company never follows up with people after they have called and left a voicemail. Its a complete waste of time and effort. I only apply to jobs that I know Im qualified for and I have almost 10 years of experience in my field so for them to never follow up with me about jobs Ive applied to is really mind blowing. How are they in business if its too much to ask to call someone back, return a voicemail, call someone about a job, or to send an email?

They are a wonderfully engaging team. Without a doubt, the care of members, at each level, is heart-warming, for people in uncertain places, looking to improve their lives.

I was very disappointed in this company and in their personnel and was shocked at how they handled a very difficult situation. During an interview the HR person admitted the truth was not important and it didnt matter even if there was proof. When a hiring company does not care about the truth then how do you trust them to give you the facts and not just tell you what they want to make the deal. Extremely untrustworthy.

Twice they have contacted me about potential jobs and both times at different points in the process they disappear and become impossible to get someone to answer a phone.Horrible system where Im constantly being contacted by different recruiters from their company. They need to fix how they handle division of labor.

Highly recommend them on both the candidate side and even more on the employer side! Have never worked with a more professional group of people who truly care about their clients and their employees!
