We compared quotes with 4 different companies. GenX beat all of them by far. We were a bit concerned, but after the installation and training they gave us, I HIGHLY recommend this company to other HOAs. They are VERY professional. The manager made sure any issues we had were addressed and went out of his way to accommodate us by giving us excellent training. Our residents have spoken nothing but praise for this company. Made our old provider look very expensive and dated. GenX moved us into the modern world with modern security!

For HOAs, Gen-X Security Solutions is a godsend.I was tasked by our HOA to explore installing a key FOB system for access to our neighborhood swimming pool. I obtained quotes from three (3) local vendors.This happened to be the case where the lowest bidder was providing the best service - and it was not even close. Their cost was literally 1/3 of the two (2) other bids.They installed a magnetic lock to our pool gate along with 4 video cameras to monitor the site 24/7.Thanks to the training Gen-X provided, the software was easy enough to use that we have been able to set up the licenses ourselves - although Gen-X will do it for you, if needed. Their support is instantaneous in responding to questions and issues.Two (2) weeks into our project, all 250 homeowners who want access to the pool can now enter with their cell phones or a key fob. The video system allows us to monitor any unauthorized guests and all after-hours activity (the night-time quality of cameras is extremely good). Having controlled access this way has freed up one lifeguard (who previously was assigned the mundane duty of checking in homeowners and their guests). Now the lifeguards can actually focus on the pool.I could not recommend Gen-X Security Solutions any higher.
